When I walked in, Alex greeted me right away. I told him I was a first time mattress buyer, and he walked me through all the steps of their testing. He then walked me to every different type and explained the positives and negatives. He's also a fun guy to just chat with. I ended up buying a mattress, and he was helpful and knowledgeable about delivery options and the paperwork. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend. Ask for Alex!

We walked in and were greeted at the door. The salesman asked all the right questions and we were on our way. He was great! He didn't try to steer us at something we didnt need, and he did make a few suggestions that were right on. Another few minutes and the transaction was done. I went into MattressFirm to lay on two specific mattresses that I had already done research on. I was met by Alex who greeted me and asked how he could help me. I went through what I knew about what I needed and what I wanted and my concerns and suggested he just walk me through their normal process. He was AMAZING! Patient, kind, knowledgeable.. answered all my questions, never rushed me and guided me towards the best choices for my needs, even as far as my budget was concerned. Ended up buying 2 mattresses (went in for one) and a bed (unplanned). I will refer everyone to him. He was absolutely incredible and the best part of my experience! Thank you Alex!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I went in wondering if this was going to end up a”hard sell” and just annoying. I just needed two twin mattresses for a my guest rooms. They will probably be slept in 5 weeks a year by my grandkids. So I did not need top of the line but didn’t want the cheapest. I’m sorry I don’t remember the young lady’s name but she made my experience 5 star. We did the quick questionnaire and then she showed me all my options I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes. I would definitely go back when I’m in need of another mattress.

He wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive mattress, but the one we liked best based on our preferences. 6 months later, this is the best mattress Ive ever had (one of the mid range purple mattresses)

The store members were amazing, kind, insightful and very helpful when my father and I went in to try out mattresses for his recovery. However, upon ordering our mattresses online we ran into issues- it seems they may be overtaxed regarding their and those agents have a limit of reach to assist. After speaking with our local Mattress Firm in Leominster about our issues I once again found them to be highly knowledgeable and helpful! Brian went out of his way to ensure that my family got what they needed in a time frame that worked! Sales person was overselling my inexperienced daughter who did not need the added pillow, mattress protector and sheets,that made the wow factor dazzle my daughter. Sales person also was ready to sell a full size mattress etc... when the daybed is a twin. More appropriate questions needed to be asked. Had I not showed up and taken over my daughter would have spent over 1600.00 when all we needed was a 500.00 mattress. Sales lady was polite enough but not nearly as professional as she should be.

Brian was very helpful and informative when we went in to Mattress Firm shopping for a new mattress. He spent a lot of time explaining the process he would use in helping us to make a selection and then had us try several recommended options for our particular sleep style. After which he gave us pricing information for the one we were most interested in. He even pointed out that if price was a problem there were other less expensive options that might also suit our needs. We did not make the purchase on that day, but after some consideration we returned a few days later; unfortunately, Brian was not there at that time. However, Alex allowed us to try the 2 mattresses we were most interested in and assisted us in making our purchase, all the time assuring us that Brian would receive the appropriate credit for the sale. As of this review we are awaiting delivery, which is scheduled 2 days from now. To date we are very satisfied with our experience.

I went in yesterday with the worst back pain of my life. i got every test done ranging from x rays, to kidney tests. nothing was wrong they told me. so it came down to maybe needing a new bed. i told the nicest man there, Brian about my situation and he helped me right away. he was understanding of my budget, and wanted to help me in the best way he could. i took my mattress home with me and my back is instantly feeling way better than before. i plan on calling soon to tell him how grateful i am. i would for sure recommend Mattress Firm, and ask for Brian if you can!

My fiancé and I have had a rough patch lately. Our house was destroyed a year ago, and we are very close to finally going home. My fiancé is a United States marine corps veteran, honorably serving his country and paid a hefty price. He was very overwhelmed and hasn’t had much sleep. He has a messed up leg and is recovering from an acl, mcl, and meniscus surgery. He has a bad back from his service in the armed forces, and a recovered torn rotator cuff. He deserves to have restful sleep. I myself am a little curvy and also have found it difficult to comfortably sleep. Alex, from the Leominster location treated my fiancé with dignity, respect, and compassion. He found the best mattress and bed setup that would meet both our needs, and was within a price range we could afford given the circumstances. We were very grateful for the expertise, and time he spent to ensure that we would be taken care of. Please tell Alex for us that he will forever be remembered as a compassionate and well educated salesman. The four stars it's because in everything there always a room for improvements. I had the opportunity to be assisted by Brian in Leominster MA. I walk in with a low budge mattress in mind not considering how important a good night of sleeping it is but after talk with Brian and also listen my mother's opinion I decided to buy me a better quality mattress. Brian was great, inicialy showing me three different types of mattress in what I had in mind but also given some great information from warranty to finance and the benefits of considering investing on something better for my health. On the end, I did purchased what I was looking for it but a way better quality mattress from what I was thinking about. Thanks for the help Brian. Thanks Brian.

I’d wanted a purple mattress and adjustable frame for quite some time. I went to mattress firm in Leominster and inquired with Alex about them. I knew immediately I wasn’t leaving without one. I have never experienced so much comfort in a mattress. It was like lying on a cloud, and the pillows are unbelievable! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained all I needed to know regarding which mattress and base would suit my and my husband’s needs. I never thought buying an adjustable base could be so complicated as I’d never had one before and my biggest concern going in the store was the mattress, but I am so glad I splurged and got the base I really wanted. Delivery available in only 3 days! Thank you Alex and Mattress Firm. I can’t wait to finally sleep comfortably again!

I walked in knowing only that I needed a new mattress. It has been a long time since I purchased one and the technology had changed. After reviewing about a hundred mattresses online, I was even more confused and apprehensive than when had I started looking. I went to another physical store before going to Mattress Firm. I left the other store confused. I was met by Briana as soon as I entered Mattress Firm. In another situation I might have found that annoying but I really needed help. Briana spent a long time explaining the differences and letting me try different options. It was a long process for me, but Briana was patient. In the end, I was able to make a decision. I do not have it yet, so I cannot comment on the delivery or product. While I am sure every representative has been trained the same way, I highly recommend Briana.

We bought a mattress in April and it was delivered on May 8. I called on June 12 and said the mattress had indentations and was asked to give it the 45 sleep test. We did and I called on July 6 and said we were not happy with it and was told to come in and either exchange or get a new one of the one you bought. We went in and no hassle, we exchanged it for another brand. The employees are very helpful and courteous. We are absolutely happy with this Mattress Firm store. Thank you for all your help.

After I was done looking he patiently answered all of my questions and even checked the measurements of the new bed I bought to insure the the adjustable Serta mattress I selected would fit in the frame. He also made arrangement that my mattress would be delivered to my fifth floor apartment instead of leaving it in the mailroom downstairs. Amazing customer service.

I was incredibly well taken care of during my trip to this Mattress Firm store. The Saleswoman was, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. I walked in simply looking for a bed for myself and my son thinking that's all they were about. But thanks to her and I chatting back and forth, she just kept uncovering other needs and clueing me into all the other things they had to offer. Ultimately, I left with a bed and frame system for myself and my son, pillows, sheets and mattress protectors for both of us as well. She even accepted a price match I found while we were checking out. All of these things would not have been accomplished nor affordable without all of her wonderful help. Amazing experience. Such a great store and great employees, we were there a while! The salesman was honest and very patient with my elderly father-in-law. Him and his wife needed a new mattress, theirs is so old and warped and she is having neck and back surgery. She has a lot of pain and problems.. I encouraged the Purple mattress since I have the original model. After laying in them and the salesman talking to us about it, and sleep positions, lots of great information, my father-in-law bought the purple hybrid premier 3, and the Mattress Firm adjustable base, purple sheets and a new pillow!! I'm so excited for my mother-in-law for when she comes home from the hospital.

On Sunday the 28th we are on our way to another furniture store and this store mattress firm in Leominster was actually on the way to the other store we were going to. So to us this was a throwaway store and was just gonna see what they had to compare to the other store where we intended to buy the mattress. Well to our surprise they had the purple mattress on display and able to try out. We had always wanted to try the purple but didn’t wanna buy it and then Return it if we didn’t like it. And at the store they had all the brands on display so we could try each one and see if we liked or disliked. The associate was so nice that they changed over mattresses to the adjustable bed that we wanted to use so that we could actually try it out and see how it actually felt they went out of their way to make sure that my wife was comfortable. My wife has ALS and it’s been an incredible challenge in this place made it feel like we could actually get through some stuff and get her the things she needed I’m incredibly appreciative and for a throwaway store we actually bought the mattress due to the great service and also the great price. their pricing beat anybody in the area to our surprise So would I recommend the store turn my family and friends yes I would due too pricing and how they actually were so nice to make sure that we got the bed that we wanted and needed thank you so much and I hope this helps whoever is reading this to make a decision to actually try out the store instead of like us who were just thinking this is in no way no good throwaway store that’s actually a great store with great people

We dealt with the Mattress Firm in Leominster MA, and it was a fabulous experience !! We had a sales man named Sean, he should really get a reward for how kind he was and understanding! Even with my two little boys running around he never once got mad, there was one point my oldest decided to jump to another bed 🤦🏻‍♀️ And I yelled at him and this sean (the sales guy) says “well the floor is lava so he can’t step on it” this to me shows your personality and genuine compassion. I just loved this place! And I hope Sean sees this and is very proud of himself!

I looked at the info on Purple mattresses online and then called to speak with a rep about trying it out. Frank was awesome. Walked me through the options and invited my wife and I in to try out the 2”, 3”, and 4” models. The visit went great. Not crowded and the staff reassured us about how they sanitize everything between visitors. Frank had us try the 4” and then the 2” to get the best comparison feel. He also was able to find info about the weight of the 3 and 4 models (important because this is going into an rv). Why wife and I left, checked weights and size for final fit, and then called Frank yo finalize the order. Start to finish, just great service. Thanks so much!

Peter was fantastic. Several other locations of this chain I've been to makes me want to carry a stick with me to get their over-aggressive salesmen off my ankle. Peter was thoughtful, actually listened to me, and made excellent an recommendation for me, with it in-stock and ready to pick up. Well, that was until I returned with the van the next day to get the mattress and it literally walked out as I walked in. I was given a $50 discount for inconvenience and picked up my mattress today (this time paid for,) and am looking forward to the first decent night's sleep I'll have had in several months.

He understood my time constraints and that I had flown there from MA to help with my relative's move-in. This place has the Purple Matress!!! I recommend looking up the specs for it but nothing is like laying on it and trying it for yourself! Only took me an hour to fall in love with it.
