After going to multiple mattress retailers and trying dozens of mattresses, we were in and out of Mattress Firm in about an hour with the perfect mattress on order for a fast delivery. The manager, Bill C. was incredibly helpful and was able to find us the best option within our budget. He was easy to talk to and patient as we tried each option and asked questions. Financing was quick and simple. The terms and warranties made the whole process stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! I went into Mattress Firm a while back and was greeted by Gary. He was very accommodating to start the process of looking, but back then, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I went back today, ready to decide - and met with Gary again. I could not have asked for a better experience. He took a significant amount of time to help me decide what would be the best fit for my needs - he even put everything on hold while I ran home to measure my space - and he is even looking at some additional options just to make sure we covered all of my needs. I am very happy with my choices and the experience. I definitely recommend Mattress Firm in Hyannis - and appreciate their customer service!

Needed a new mattress and box spring. When I went in I was welcomed by Bill Collins. We looked at different mattresses and I decided on a mattress. Got a Labor Day special and was told the boxspring was $199. But after I paid and was looking at the receipt, I noticed that the boxspring was $229. I made a comment about it and was told that the $199 one was out of stock. He never bothered to mention that before he charged me. I wasn’t very happy and then he said, that he would credit me the $30 on my charge card because he did tell me that it would only be $199. Never got the $30 credit. Needless to say, I’ve learned my lesson and will probably never buy anything at mattress firm again. Update- I finally received my $30 credit a month later.

Bill Collins greeted my wife and me after we took a quick look around as we entered the Hyannis store. He was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. We went in to look at one specific mattress but ended up testing quite a few of various brands. During the process Bill explained the features and different materials of each brand and the pros and cons of each style. After a few hours we made our decision and purchased a mattress as well as some accessories. I’m confident that we’re going to be happy with our choices and feel that we made educated decisions based on what we learned and on the answer to the question Bill repeatedly asked, “How does that mattress feel to you?”

We Purchased 2 Pressure-smart firm 11.5 mattresses with adjustable bases from Hyannis, Ma Mattress Firm. Joseph assisted me. He was knowledgeable and professional. Delivery was scheduled for the following week.I received an automated call to confirm delivery. Mario & Cortez called in am w/time of delivery and said they were on their way. They were professional and respectful of me & my home. They wore coverings over shoes and I loved that my new carpets were protected. Everything was in great shape. I did ask the delivery men to give me the remotes from the beds to put aside as I am not going to use the adjustable mechanism-came with the purchase of mattress-. I am over the moon at how well everything went from beginning to end. I tested one of the mattresses and I fell asleep-it is very comfortable. This was my experience and I hope yours is as wonderful!

Bill really listened to me, which is rare these days. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and suggested an excellent range of options, but was never pushy. My purchase of a mattress, box spring, frame and mattress protector was seriously one of the best retail experiences I can remember. And he did everything he could to meet my demanding delivery needs. Mattress Firm is the only place I will buy a mattress on the Cape.

We went to get a new mattress for my husbands bed. We decided the next day that we really didn’t need the best mattress in the store. My husband is 83 and as long as he has a firm mattress he will be fine so we cancelled our initial order and purchased aStesrns & Foster firm pillow top mattress which he said seemed just fine. Oh what an experience. We have tried three beds in the last 30 days. We started with the purple because that was a recommendation by a guy named John who now moved to a different location. I have had lumbar surgery three times and this was his suggestion. Worse bed I've ever had. It was worse than the pillow top mattress I had just gotten rid of. So we went back and we got the Eye Series instead. Not bad. But we are still waking up in pain. Then we went back and upgraded to a TempurPedic. And nothing beats it. I have not woken up in pain one time since I've slept in the bed. The bed is self is great. I just don't really want to ever deal with Mattress Firm again. Every time we call or talk to someone people legitimately lie to our faces. The employees are pretty sketchy. Except the guy named Bill Collins. He is a straight shooter and a straight shot. We had no problem with an employee and he called within 10 minutes to fix it. And it wasn't even his problem. So kudos to Bill Collins.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a mattress at the Hyannis location. The first time was such a great experience that I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I wasn’t disappointed. Our sales associate, Jonathan, was so polite and helpful. I was fortunate enough to work with him both times. He listened to us and then led us right to the mattress we purchased. I noticed while he was helping us that he was also remaining engaged with the customers in the store. He did it in a way that none of us felt slighted and all of us felt that we mattered. The store was actually about to close when we arrived but I didn’t realize it and Jonathan never made us feel rushed in any way. I’ll just say this, if I need another mattress or bed, I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you.

Did not get attacked at the door for service. Liked that !! Approached Bill at his desk and told him what I was looking for. We had reservations about mattress shopping given all that is happening with COVID. My husband and I were shopping for mattresses and after visiting a number of other stores, we walked in to Mattress Firm feeling confused and overwhelmed. Bill Collins met us at the door and greeted us warmly. He fitted us for a mattress that was right for us by showing us how our bodies should be aligned when on our sides and back. He simplified everything and we felt informed and confident in our purchase. Mattress Firm also gives you four months to exchange your mattress for any reason which is longer than anywhere else we'd been. On top of that, unlike other places, they refund you the difference if you choose a less expensive bed and they don't charge a re-stocking fee. A great store and a great salesman. We chose a Simmons Legend and a Simmons Black bed because we did an adjustable Split King so we were able to have different mattresses without sleeping in separate beds. The price was better than anywhere else too. We are very happy with the whole experience, thank you Bill!

Mr Philip Hudson is the manager at this store. My experience with him in the serious purchase of a mattress was met extreme kindness and care. He took the time and helped me and my situation. We hadn't replaced ours in 17 years so we were way over due. We purchased a Stern's & Foster mattress and an adjustable bed. We've had the mattress for about two weeks and I have to say it's not that comfortable on the pressure points. The adjustable frame is excellent though. I also know there is a 30 to 60 day adjustment period for ANY new mattress. So it will soften up. I'm getting a foam pad for it for the time being. I know it will last for a very long time. It's quality made.
