Brandon spent hours helping us find the perfect mattress and flawlessly helped us transition from Boston to Florida with our new bed. My sisters bought me a mattress for my birthday. They felt the service in the store was very good. The delivery team communicated a few of times to keep me updated on delivery status. The gentlemen who brought in the new mattress and took the old one away, were very professional and knowledgeable. They handled things with care and answered all my questions. I didn’t have much time to sleep, so I’m still evaluating the mattress.

Ask for Larry when you walk in. He was very patient with our decisions and told us everything useful to know about the mattresses we considered. Larry got us a discount too so hes best to head to. Great customer service. hygenic as well with the shoe covers on the end of the beds and a cover for your head on the pillow. Great quality mattresses!

Our matress hunt was easier than expected. Mattress Firm in Avon was our first stop and to our pleasant surprise, our only stop. The manager, Luke greeted us upon entering the store and he began to ask questions to get a good idea of what our needs were. He is quite knowledgeable. Went to Mattress firm for the first time yesterday just "to see what they had" before proceeding to my original destination. We were approached by Larry and Gavin and asked if they could help us or answer any questions. Well, Larry was so knowledgeable and helpful explaining different styles and listening to what we were looking for, letting us try different mattresses that we bought three mattresses and when we got home we called back to buy two box springs. He was very helpful without being pushy. He made the experience of purchasing mattresses easy and pleasurable. We stopped by Mattress Firm to look at mattresses. We met Larry and he was amazing! He showed us several models and described the pros and cons of each one showing great knowledge of the products. He was also quick to look for answers when he wasn’t sure. He wasn’t pushy or biased, in fact he was particularly patient as we visited the store three times before making a decision. He did not steer us toward buying the most expensive mattress. He was paying attention to what we were asking but also gave us space to try out the different options without pressure. The store itself wasn’t crowed or seem full of clutter. They even provide water bottles! If you visit the store, definitely ask for Larry!

Walked in with the purple mattress’ on our minds, we laid in and loved several. After asking some questions the sales associate showed us many different options. The experience didn’t feel forced and he readily gave us cheaper offerings to choose from without downplaying any one over another. We found a nice deal and went on our way. These stores can seem creepy at times, with their lack of customers and seemingly omnipresence. Yet we had a nice time and got a good deal. If you’re in need of a new bed- go to a brick and mortar. Test them out live. Don’t order one online.

I got so much help from Brittney from the moment I walked i walked in the door. I told her about my back and shoulder problems. She was very knowledgeable about the nuances of each brand and really helped me to process my decision. All in all I saved a lot of money, although I'll be trading this mattress in for the Purple if my back issues continue. I picked a mattress that was in stock so I won't have to wait long. My only complaint is that I had to commit a whole day to the delivery window. I stopped in here after visiting the "sleep lab" at Jordans which wasn't a very helpful situation at all.

There is so much to say about this store and about Jessica, she helped us through the purchase of our new bed and base. My husband is a disabled veteran and I have really bad back issues so a firm bed with an adjustable base was what we needed. She helped us test basically every bed on the floor and we ended up choosing the best bed for us! Looking for a mattress? Be sure to buy this weekend for the best deals. We Went looking for mattresses on Friday and after two disappointing stops elsewhere, we stumbled upon Mattress Firm in Avon on our way to Ikea. We were greeted enthusiastically by Fred Siegel. Fred spent lots of time answering our questions. He patiently explained all the different levels of bedding and qualities. In a complexed world of so many brands & choices out there today, we were happy that he was so knowledgeable and knew his product so well. At no time was there any pressure. We felt we saved a lot of money because of the upcoming holiday sale weekend, and was given an extra Black ice luxury pillow free after purchasing one. I needed to call three times about the scheduling for delivery and he happily accommodated those changes. Fred has an engaging sense of humor, is focused in on the customers needs, and is genuinely a very nice sincere man. This made our whole mundane experience of having to buy a new mattress more than delightful. I left wishing he was my friend or neighbor.

I've been searching for a mattress for a bit but was put on hold due to quaratine and I bought one online and it still hadn't shipped so I called avon store cause online wasnt giving me any answers and Luke helped me track it when I was unable too. He went out of his way to track it down and found out it wasn't coming till another week so he offered to find a similar product to get out to me sooner. I've never had such a positive experience shopping for a mattress. If you have any questions he is definetly the one to ask. Made everything very easy on my behalf. Thanks luke!

Purchasing a tire was out of reality experience, so when I saw a mattress store nearby, I thought, maybe my day isn’t a total loss. The store couldn’t let me in because of the quarantine.
