Selecting a mattress--especially at this level and price point--is daunting! But Melissa patiently guided us through the process--which for us, was starting from scratch. She was terrific at helping us parse through the features, based on our specific needs and wants. AWESOME. We felt so much more comfortable making our selection. And, we also ended up with pillows--again, SO many different features, but brought into sharp focus by Melissa. The store is well set-up for customers to "sample" different mattresses, and VERY clean and conscientiously maintained.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with this store. I am a disabled veteran with horrible back and neck pain made much worse by my old mattress. Jacob spoke to me one day and although I was not buying at the moment he was extremely kind, informative and helpful and still gave me his undivided attention. I brought my wife in two months later and purchased a bed, a base and bed frame. Financing was easy and hassle free. They were very patient and not once did I get that “push to buy” feeling at any time. Tracy, although not part of the sale, has also been extremely helpful and caring with any after questions or needs that I have had. Overall a friendly store and staff that genuinely cares about your needs and not your money. I highly recommend.

I was absolutely blown away by the customer service that I received while visiting this location. I was made aware of the store thru Melissa who was working the tent at a local baseball event (Boise Hawks). I was shocked to find out that the physical store was located in the mall versus the Village where all of the higher-end brands are located. About a month later, I went in to claim a pillow that I won in the raffle. My wife and I were greeted in the store by Melissa who gave us the tour. We tried several of the different products and were blown away by this technology. Melissa was a breath of fresh air. She could not have been nicer and more knowledgable about the products. I went in for a free pillow and walked out with 3 more and a back and lumbar support. I would have walked out with a bed if I had visited there a year earlier. The product complimented with the tremedous customer service Melissa provided has ensured that next year we will be back to buy our next bed.

Really liked the wide selection of mattresses that the store had. In addition, I liked how cautious the staff was about sanitizing which was very nice. What really impressed me was the staff. The two that were there were very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. And they weren't pushy. Just a great environment. I recently had pleasure of walking through the Tempur Pedic Show Room at the Boise Towne Square and I could not be more pleased with the level professionalism and the treatment I recieved from the moment I entered the showroom. ALSO, the caliber of the products and beds are simply spectacular! Honestly, I had no idea the breadth of features that Tempur Pedic offers . . . literally, the beds are Smart! For example, you can control heat, cool, vibration, angle of torso, head and legs all via your voice or, as the case may be, "Alexa" or "Hey Google". I certainly will be making a purchase, but need to winnow down the options . . . and they deliver (and assemble) your new "bed" free of charge! I was assisted by Melissa, Gerrick and Mel. Great people and impressive sleeping vessels! Ha! Tempur-Pedic in not your parents bed. It is a "technology infused slumber enabler!"

Unbelievable customer service at this flagship store! I have quizzed and questioned all 3 employees at different times while researching and purchasing my 1st and 2nd, and looking for 3rd and 4th Tempur pillows …..and every employee, 2 salesppl and the manager has been incredible in every way! I’ll likely end up with a few in the closet for someone else, because it’s impossible to know if it works without a few nights fighting with it, or not, but all employees do everything humanly possible to figure it out with you while you’re in the store. It’s an expensive proposition, buying multiple $200 pillows to see if you end up liking one after sleeping with it….but found 1 so far that is insanely perfect and the employees are too. Jarrod
