The thing i love about this Purple store is how friendly and knowledgeable all the staff are! Twila has helped us each time we’ve purchased from the store and she has been low pressure and sincere in her advice, she’s the best! We have a purple plus king mattress and I’ve been sleeping better than i ever have. I no longer wake up with shoulder or neck pain. We also have a seat cushion, weighted sleep mask and awesome purple sheets. You won’t be disappointed if you make a purchase here.

I went into the store and was greeted right away by the employees. Christian helped us. We have been looking for a comfortable mattress in years. He was very knowledgeable in all mattresses in the store. We tried out all of them, as soon as he said as soon as we deliver and if your not happy with the mattress after weeks we have 90 days to exchange for another one. That sold us right away. We purchased our mattress and are very happy with our purchase. Love it. I would recommend this store to all family and friends as I have been.

When you spend $4,000 on a mattress, you expect a high level of service. I got it from Christian & the entire staff. I originally ordered the 2" mattress & as soon as I walked out I had doubts because the 4" I tried felt like a cloud but was twice the price. My daughter convinced me to go back in and upgrade. Christian was super helpful. First, he sold me the 2" with no pressure. When I went back in to upgrade, he had to call to cancel the original order, which took several minutes. Then, my bank declined the second charge as fraud because they were back to back. I had to sit on the phone with the fraud department for several minutes to get that cleared up. He never acted annoyed or put upon for having to wait with me. As a matter of fact, all three fraud investigators I spoke to said "oh, Purple! I hear those are really good mattresses!" We were able to get a discount using my daughter's college ID. The delivery drivers were also amazing. They even helped me finish putting my bed frame together before fully setting up the mattress & removing all of the packaging. I am very satisfied & glad I made the decision to upgrade!

We had excellent customer service by Chris- he was informative, relational and non pressuring. The Purchase aspect is easy and does not take a lot time. Less than a year ago we purchased purple pillows and they’ve been the best pillows we’ve ever had - so we decided to try out the mattresses.

Everyone at Purple is very friendly and no-pressure. I was helped by Ariana. She was awesome. She wasn’t at all annoyed when I needed to retry a couple of the mattresses a few times. They have great customer service, very knowledgeable, and great products. went in cause I have a bad back and after 5 back surgeries and not being able to sleep on any mattress foe over 15 years i decided to see what purple had to offer. I spoke to Christian who works there and told me everything there is to know about their mattresses and history of the company and I was really amazed, next I tried all the mattresses and pillows they have in the show room and I didn't want to leave. There mattresses and pillows are amazingly comfortable and not to mention there warranty and how you get to try them out sold me. I purchased a mattress and pillow and OMG best sleep ever. For someone who only sleeps 3-4 hours a day cause of chronic back pain this will be the only mattress I will have in my house. Thank you so much Christian I really appreciate you and everyone who works there I am very pleased with my purchase words can't describe how I feel but thank you so much. Definitely recommend 👌.

Boring mattress store turns exciting! Well, exciting is a bit of a stretch but interesting and helpful is more accurate. Beautiful store design compliments the technologically advanced mattresses. Additionally the highly informative sales staff are enjoyable and interesting. Daniel Kirby is a great example of a highly informative and professional sales manager. He helped us make a decision on a mattress way easier. I sleep really hot and my wife is a side sleeper with hip problems. We settled on the 4" hybrid premiere. I will follow up later to inform you about the mattress choice.

: My husband and I bought our new mattress at the Meridian Idaho Purple Store. Karilyn was the associate who helped us, she was professional, easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the products they sell. She helped us find just the right mattress to fit our needs. We ended up buying not only a mattress and base for us but also two dog beds, sheets, pillows and a chair pillow for my husband‘s tractor that he loves.. if you haven’t tried Purple I really highly recommend it is the best mattress out there. Excellent promoting, customer care, and establishment. I've known Twi for awhile and before she even interviewed, she was promoting the business and hyping it up. It felt like she had worked there for years. Eager for the job and to ensure the community knew about the amazing merchandise, Twi did not leave anything behind, even answering further questions I and our friends had. In addition, once our mutual friend, Ariana started working there as well, it felt like I too was working there and a part of the Purple family. If I ever need merchandise from Purple, I wont hesitate to buy from this well established business; especially if the rest of the staff is as good as these two ladies.

The people in this store were beyond friendly from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. We knew we wanted the mattress but they walked us thru everything, gave our girls little purple mattresses for their Barbies and helped us with the promos and discounts. Chris was the man who helped my fiance as we are looking for new pillows and a mattress, and he was SO HELPFUL with all the different information there is to know! We know very little about the market but walked out knowing clearly what we liked and with price quotes. I've been a pillow user for my whole life, so some may say I'm an expert (haha), and I've never felt a more comfy pillow/mattress. Purple is QUALITY and it is absolutely no joke. Please go in to this store and experience the best thing ever!! We put the purple pillows instantly on our registry with full intent to buy if no one else did! We're waiting on a mattress since we have a cross-country move coming up, tbh had we not been moving we probably would've bought in store that day. (The pillows got purchased so fast and our guests ALSO had amazing things to say about purple's products!!) We are so excited to start our marriage COMFY!! Side note they have the BEST hand squishy toys, feels weird to admit but I use mine daily and also love it.

We had a good experience at this purple store. It’s a really nice setup so you can try all the beds to see what feels good with protectors for your feet and head for cleanliness. We ended up purchasing the hybrid premier 3 to try out. They also have little mats with all the prices for the mattress you’re laying on. The staff was great and gave us an extra discount which we really appreciated. He also mentioned discounts for first responders. And as any good store should, they had a bathroom :)

The Purple Mattress store is awesome; it's my favorite place to browse at the Village. On a recent visit, I got to try all of the different mattress variations to settle on the one that worked best for me as a back-sleeper. The sales staff was incredibly helpful and was the opposite of high-pressure (I don't believe that they work off of commission, which is nice). On my most recent visit, I came with a lot of questions, and my sales-person, Twila, had all the answers, along with personalized recommendations. Twila provided guidance on how to get the most bang-for-my-buck along with information about how to go about selecting the mattress that's just right for me. Also, even though I came in very close to closing time, Twila didn't rush me or imply in any way that I was a bother (even though it was past the end of her shift by the time I left). Superior customer service at every turn!

Underwhelming. We bought a mattress at the Meridian location but the purchase was based on our experience at the Salt Lake location. The Meridian store was staffed with employees that had all the enthusiasm of a poorly run Subway restaurant. If anyone should get credit for the sale….it was a much better experience in Salt Lake City.

The store itself is nice. Not a huge place. They do have several demo beds and pillows. I was disappointed I'm the overall selection of merchandise that was actually in stock. Most things had to be ordered and sent to your home.

Twila and Kara were so helpful and informative about all the products. They both own Purple products, and I'm guessing their favorite colors are purple. Mace Windu had a Purple lightsaber. Coincidence? I think not... My love of Star Wars started back when I was a little boy at the age of 5. I was home sick and my mom brought home the Star Wars movies and said, "You will like this." She was right! I was a HUGE fan of Star Wars up until my 20s when Disney purchased Star Wars...This is where things kind of went downhill. The sequel movies suck. Disney also did away with the Expanded Universe, which is completely unacceptable!!! They basically undid 40 years worth of other people's work. I can't believe it. I am so upset over this. These are the kinds of things that keep me up at night. Maybe the pillow I purchased from Purple will help me sleep better? In other news, I just ordered a Calzone. I'm really excited about it. I haven't had a good calzone since...oh gosh when was it...2016 in Pullman Washington at this little place called Stella's. Do any of you know about Stella's? Also, do you remember when Pizza Hut did the P'zones? Those were pretty good too. After my calzone I'm going to go and get a milkshake. I used to get milkshakes all the time from the Shari's in Moscow Idaho. A woman named Rose used to make them special just for me. She was pretty awesome. I think she is a psychology professor now. Wow that's pretty cool right? Cool like the cooling technology that these Purple Pillows have. You know what else is cool? Hockey. I really like watching Hockey live way better than on TV. You know what else is better live? Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I am going to be training under the Gracie Barra banner. If you get a membership with one location you're actually able to train at any GB location. Pretty awesome. I'm trying to get everyone to start training in BJJ. If you are reading this review, please look up a BJJ location near you and START TRAINING. And then go home and get a good night's sleep on your Purple mattress. Thanks Twila and Kara, you rock! PS - Train in Jiu Jitsu!

Excellent service from Kara yesterday! She was fantastic. We wanted to upgrade our current Purple mattress to a newer model and she listened to our needs and showed us all the choices. She explained all the differences and gave us privacy when we needed it and was there to ask questions when we had them. We very much appreciate her assistance. The showroom was beautiful and well laid out. Overall, it was a great experience.
