The entire experience was perfect. The salesperson, Heidi, is extremely knowledgeable and pleasantly answered all of our questions. The bed was delivered the following weekend by Will and Jim who were excellent. Polite, clean, communicative, and even tolerated my super excited puppy when he bounced back into the house. I highly recommend the Mattress Firm, Boise II location!

Our experience here was wonderful. My pregnant fiancé and I were in desperate need of a new bed and Heidi walked us through all of our options and explained everything about each mattress in great detail. After our first night on the mattress my Fiancé was finally able to sleep through the night. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my mattress needs. Give Heidi a raise!
