I went in a few days before Christmas to buy a new bed and had a great experience! I spent 2 hours and asked a ton of questions, trying to make sure I get a bed I’m going to love since the last two beds I’ve bought were not good experiences. The last salesperson when I bought my current bed made me feel like I was on a timeframe and the whole experience felt pressured to rush and pick one. Brian was very thorough and I was able to tell him about my lifestyle and what a typical week or weekend was like in order to fit me with the best choice for the challenges I’ve been having. I needed a bed that would allow me to sleep a full night without waking up and having to get out of bed because my back hurt so bad I had to get up. He helped me compare several and lay on them for more than the usual few minutes. He made this experience a pleasure and so easy from start to finish, with no pressure whatsoever. I’m very happy with my purchase experience and would recommend the Boise store to anyone needing a new bed !

So me and my wife went here for a new bed. We were met with kind and professional customer care. We found a bed and it was nicely priced and the bed at the place was better then the one we brought home. What customer care didn't say is that it takes 31 days to break in a new mattress. But after that time past the mattress we bought is hella good. So we appreciate all the help and service we received at this store and recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed.

As soon as I walked into the place, I knew I was going to be taken care. A young, studly gentleman by the name of Briar helped me out. Since this was a first for me, the process was a little intimidating but very interesting. After figuring out what level of mattress I liked, we tested out all the brands. He was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I need, want, and everything in between. He got me set up with a mattress, adjustable base, the most comfortable pillows, and bed sets that’ll last me for years to come, for a crazy good price. On top of it all, they have an option for delivery AND installation. I can’t wait to test out this Cadillac of sleep. Thanks again Briar, for being so friendly and helpful. Went to Denver Mattress at Furniture Row to get our new mattress, base, linens, etc. We were introduced to, Reggie Schorzman, who helped us select what we needed. All I can say is; he is an absolute gentleman, was upfront with us during the entire buying process, and never pressured us in any way. What a great shopping experience. Update: I went back into the store to swap out the initial mattress with a softer one as well as buy another twin set & frame. The male employee who helped me at the desk was incredibly helpful and scheduled my delivery date and time right there. He was fast, efficient, and kind. (The first male employee, a different gentleman, was also kind, however the first go-around it was the follow through and delivery that was the issue.) ________________ I am editing my initial review, which was five stars because initially the sales guy was great… absolutely zero follow through on service. I came to the store and purchased a Denver Mattress with two Purple pillows on 5/25. Salesman said there was only one pillow in stock and he would have the other one sent by UPS. I paid extra for delivery to have mattress delivered WITH the pillow (that was already IN STOCK). The salesman said they should be getting the mattress in the next day or two so I should be contacted and delivery should be in about a week. One week went by and I didn’t hear from anyone. I called on 6/2 asking about an update on the mattress pillow and the other pillow being sent by UPS. The man who answered said the salesman didn’t enter it in right so the pillow was never even ordered, he said he’d do that right away. He said the mattress had been there since Tuesday (5/31) but no one had “gotten around to deliveries yet”. I asked when the soonest the mattress and pillow (that was in stock on 5/25) can be delivered to me and he said the earliest is next Wednesday (6/8)! The delivery came today with the mattress and NO PILLOW!!! The delivery guys said they must have forgot it. I called the store and the man who answered said they must have forgotten it and I could just come to the store to pick it up. I said I work insane hours and this was why I paid extra to have everything delivered to me. He said he could deliver it but it would be “a few days I don’t know”. I should have prefaced this by saying that I literally live 1.8 miles (6 minutes) from the store. It took one pillow (delivered by UPS) 13 days to come 1.8 miles to me. It took 14 days for a mattress to travel 1.8 miles to me (that was available 8 days ago). And another pillow that was literally IN THE STORE on the day of purchase isn’t even going to be delivered, instead I now have to take off work (costing me pay and gas) to come pick up the pillow myself. This is absolutely the laziest store I’ve ever worked with in my life.

I went to Denver Mattress today and worked with Alex Blazek, who helped me find a really awesome Doctor's Choice Elite mattress. First off, I really appreciate how Alex was very helpful and put the customer first. I work in sales and I understand consultative sales. I understand the value of communicating with the customer, asking probing questions, etc. Good sales orients around more than just closing any sale and pushing product at customers, though. It really orients around trying to find a good fit for the customer and showing that you're willing to try to find situations that are maximally advantageous for them in as many ways as possible. Alex really embodies that. He was VERY knowledgeable about the products carried by Denver Mattress, and did a great job making informed product recommendations based on the conversation we had. He also showed a proactive willingness to help hunt down some awesome deals for me once we found the mattress that was right for me. Most importantly, he wasn't pushy and respected my space. He gave me time to talk things over with my girlfriend so I could make a great decision that worked with my budget and my needs. He also didn't hover, helicopter, or try to force conversation. which can create the perception of pushiness (a thing I experienced over at Mattress Firm). I left feeling like I got a great deal, was presented a LOT of good options to choose from (including options on accessories - like the mattress protector I added onto my order), and I just felt good about the process. I also liked Denver Mattress' way of level setting around expectations regarding delivery services and warranty. I would absolutely recommend both Denver Mattress *and* Alex as a sales representative.

She showed us several options and explained all the details of the mattress and additional options if we wanted them.
