Boise Mattress is a great company to work with. My husband I are were looking to replace a mattress that we had purchased in a rush and soon found that after two years it wasn’t working. Went to Boise Mattress and wound up talking to Travis, Steve and Stephen at both the Broadway and Fairview stores. All are friendly and knowledgeable and allow you to take your time in trying the mattresses out. Acknowledge that the best mattress is the one that fits your needs. Steve is the owner and works closely with other merchants and mattress companies to make sure you are getting a quality product. Surprised I was to have him deliver my mattress! Very careful in setting up new bed and removing old mattress for small fee. Took no time at all. Love to support local, veteran owned business. Ask about sales, discounts and trial periods on mattresses. Thank you for your assistance.

These guys were great! Steve the owner spent a lot of time with us and was very knowledgeable… I ended up going back multiple times before finding just the right bed.. Steven, another employee also ended up helping me when Steve wasn’t there and he was just as knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Our instore experience was great. Steve, the owner, was very informative and really focused on our needs and issues. He recommended several variations of mattresses that fit our needs. He explained to us in detail the difference of each mattress and why they varied in price. I worked with Steve , the owner. Steve was so knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a mattress and hybrid base that makes the mattress go up for your head and lifts the foot area up as well. It also has a massage button as well and a Anti- Snore setting. My mattress was delivered and set up in a very short time, they even took my old mattress away for me. No hassles just great business. I was amazed and very pleased. I'm an older lady and struggle with ordering on line. So they called and I discussed wanting a medium firm soft mattress. I don't go to stores because of Covid especially the variant Delta. They have me information on mattresses in my price range. I paid for it on the phone and they delivered. These Diamond mattresses are so comfortable that I cannot get my husband out of bed! We spent months shopping and researching mattresses. We visited a few stores with extremely aggressive sales people that only would show us their highest end. Then we stopped here. The owner took care of us. He was not pushy, was extremely knowledgeable, and his price was great! We actually were able to get an adjustable bed, thanks to his fair pricing. He makes pillows too which is a win win! We always try to support small privately owned businesses, and we supported a veteran this time too. I highly recommend you visit this store before making a decision on a mattress purchase. A good mattress that works with your body is so very important. Being treated with respect by the person selling it to you is also very important. We purchased an Englander brand which came highly recommended from a friend.

Nice younger guy (sorry I forgot your name!) helped us find a bed at an affordable price point for my mom’s guest room, about a week ago when I was in town for Christmas. Since the bed is only going to be used occasionally, we weren’t looking for anything fancy. I appreciate we were not pressured to spend more than our budget, and the bed we found seems to be good value for the price. Without getting into details, I’ll just say it’s much more supportive than popular foam-only mattresses being sold for comparable amounts or more at other nearby retailers. Pleasure doing business with this store. Would recommend based on our experience.

If you want to be treated with honesty and fairness, go to Boise Mattress. I visited the store on Fairview next to CVS and Play it Again Sports this fall for the first time. It is a very clean store, laid out so customers can easily try out beds. The owner, Steve, has been wonderful to work with. He is a veteran, father, and true professional in what he does. I appreciate the integrity he has shown me and my family. I love it when a local business has their own line of mattresses named after Idaho counties. Pretty cool if you ask me! I like the layout of their website... easy to use. But I recommend if you can, go meet Steve in person and pick his brain about your mattress issues/needs. He has given me advice that helped me sleep better... I can always tell when a business owner loves what he does... and loves the local people he serves. Kudos to this local business! No wonder they have so many repeat customers!

Edited to add- worked things out with the owner. Thank you for fixing this issue it's greatly appreciated. Had a great experience buying a mattress from here about 6 years ago for my older son, so we returned to buy another for my younger son. Bought a mattress, and was not told that there are no exchange options unless you spend $799 and buy a cover from them. When I called and was told this, and I asked why they had not been upfront about this policy, the guy on the phone said (and I kid you not) "It's too hard to remember all the things we're supposed to tell customers unless they ask." I want to exchange the mattress because the one I bought is smaller than a standard twin, and leaves gaps around the edge of the bed that I worry my toddler will get caught in. Just a really disappointing experience.

I bought a bed from here, wish I shopped around other stores more. I never was given a receipt in store, they said the men delivering the bed would. When I asked them upon delivery they said they dont do that. Communication could have been better. Selection was okay...i wish they had more latex free options, as I'm allergic :( all though the only thing that got me to stop in is that crazy funny sign shaker lol. Not sure if he's still there, but he's awesome!

My fiancé and I have been looking for a king size bed for a while now. He likes the bed to be more on the firm side while I like to have a softer bed. He and I originally went to Mattress Firm and found an amazing mattress. We were shocked that we were able to find a mattress that we both liked. We thought to ourselves, well it's worth the investment, right? And this has got to be the only mattress that we'll both love, right? Wrong. Don't get me wrong, our salesman was absolutely amazing at his job and the mattress he sold us was amazing but we immediately had buyers remorse the same night because we realized that we were going to owe over 5 grand for it. As you can probably tell, we cancelled with Mattress Firm the following morning and continued our search. As we were driving down Milwaukee St, we saw that Boise Mattress was having a sale. We thought, can't hurt to look. And we are so happy that we did. We found a deal that was EVEN BETTER then the one one we found at Mattress Firm and to top it off, we paid less then half of the price that Mattress Firm wanted. The owner gave us a whole new buying experience. As soon as we walked in, we didn't feel pressured to buy anything. He let us browse around freely without hovering over us. He didn't use any sales pitch. We told him what we were looking for, he let us find it ourselves while still making himself available if we had questions. I also really wanted to buy one of the pillows from the store since we were saving so much money. (Cool Tech in size medium) He told me: "before you buy one, because they're $59, why don't you take one home and sleep on it. See if you like it. If you do, come back and you can pay for it then. If not, just bring it back." And I was so happy that he gave me the opportunity because even though I thought I loved it in the store, actually sleeping on it hurt my neck. So he saved me a lot of money there as well. The only "down" thing I'd have to say was that we wanted to buy sheets and a mattress protecter there, but they didn't have any available. Not that it's really a downer, we were able to pick up a great set from Target since we we saved so much much money anyway. So if you do plan on buying a mattress there, just be prepared to buy sheets or protectors elsewhere. That's the only "down" I could think of. So don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing Mattress Firm in anyway. We just had a better buying experience here and urge everyone out there to not be susceptible to a great sales pitch. Check around town to see if you can find a better deal. I'm sure glad we did!

This is a fantastic local business! I bought my second bed from here and opted for a memory foam this time. The owner was very helpful and even gave me a discounted price and free frame. I slept so well for the past two weeks on the bed that I decided to go back today and buy the memory foam pillows (my old ones don't have the same feel on the memory foam bed). I also like the story behind the famous "sign guy" on milwaukee. Turns out the owner gave a young man, who had nothing and was struggling, a chance/opportunity and has employed him for years now. The "feel good" story is worth a listen if you get the chance. I definitely recommend buying from Boise Mattress and supporting this local business.

On line ordering was a breeze, paid $50.00 to have it delivered between 8am & 10am. It was delivered about 20 min late, but delivery man took it upstairs and, turned the bed frame around, because I had it upside down. And put the bed together. I can deal with the 20 min late.
