This is a smaller store in comparison to Mor Furniture for example (my mom will be loyal to Mor to the grave), but this is more my vibe. Store associate Glad approached me almost immediately and throughout my visit she was patient and answered questions thoroughly. She even offered to do a little staging so I could see exactly what the specific mattress and frame I wanted would look like together. Holding out my last star for how delivery & set up goes this Saturday (same week local delivery, including weekends, depending on your location of course). Delivery update- came as scheduled and did the job!

I had the pleasure of visiting this store today (Saturday), and WOW! Not only is the furniture, mattresses, and home decor of upscale design and quality, the customer service is stellar! I needed only a mattress today, and after explaining my budget restrictions was guided to the best fit for me while staying within my spending limit. Additionally, my mattress and boxsprings are scheduled for delivery Monday. My whole experience far exceeded my expectations. When I am in a better position to update my home furnishings, Renditions will definitely be my “go to.”

I had the best customer service experience. I needed a bed for my father. We were moving him into an assisted living facility and for many complicated reasons needed to get him in that weekend. I also needed it delivered. I was hoping but knowing on such short notice that this might not happen. I am not from Boise so I just put into my GPS a well known franchise mattresses store. It took me to America The Beautiful furniture store instead. The franchise was across the street. This was meant to be. Not a coincidence. I call this a God moment. This is a locally owned small business and the owner just happened to be there. I not only got the bed but after hearing my circumstances it was delivered immediately on a Saturday. I truly believe this would not have worked out this way had I ended up at the franchise mattresses store. I highly recommend this store and the wonderful people that took care of my needs that day. Exceptional. There is still human compassion and understanding. ❤️

Nice selection of quality furniture. We’ve bought several pieces from them and are very pleased with the look, quality and service. Our last purchase was a semi custom bedroom set which had some issues on delivery and the owner went above and beyond to have the furniture picked up and all of the issues resolved. They have a beautiful selection of original furniture. Many of the items are made in Idaho. The management is awesome! They go way above and beyond to keep their customers happy. They're very down to earth and are not pushy sales people. We really appreciated the free delivery. The items that needed to be ordered came in sooner than expected. If you want furniture that makes a statement and is a showpiece in your home and has very reasonable prices, then this is the place to go! I recommend going here before you go anywhere else.

After looking everywhere for bedroom furniture, I went into Renditions. Fell in love with 3 sets. (Was wanting 2) From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was perfect. They were happy to answer any questions, but there was never any high pressure sales. When I did make the purchase, the delivery was scheduled to accommodate my schedule. The delivery guys were prompt, professional, and very patient with me. Had to decide placement! My entire experience with Renditions was very positive! Love the unique choices in this eclectic and rustic store for furniture and decor. They have some quality brands other stores don't carry. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable without the "used car sales" approach many of its competitors utilize. It's always a treat for me to go in and look around, and today I got a great deal on a mattress with a very cool and solid adjustable frame. My favorite furniture store in Boise, and big bonus that it is locally owned and I believe most of their inventory is American made with some made here in Idaho.

Cherie was exceptionally helpful in assisting me to choose the fabrics and style of my sofa and when it was delivered by the store delivery staff I was beyond happy with the quality of the build and how comfortable it is. In addition to my new sofa we have purchased two sets of mattresses from America The Beautiful Dreamer and feel we have received amazing service and mattresses that provide us with a restful night of sleep. The showroom floor always has such eclectic and stylish accessories for your home and from month to month it is always changing. Tonight I went in to try and find a bed for my son and was blown away with what happened. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman by the name Randy. Super nice gentleman. Told him I was on a budget and didn't have much money. He ended up finding one in my buget. But was out of stock. Thought darn wasn't meant to be.... Nope. This guy named Randy took me to his personal warehouse on Sunday night, in the rain to make sure my son had a new bed for Christmas. Renditions and American the Beautiful Dreamer are amazing to work with. We have purchased a beautiful American Leather Couch that our dog decided was an excellent chew toy. When I told Cheri and her team what had happened I was happy to discover that not only would American Leather make new cushions for me, but that Renditions would manage the coordination of that process. In this world of high consumption and throw away furniture it is nice to know that there are options and dealers that are mindful of our environment, and still believe in Heirloom quality at an affordable price. This shop is the epitome of high touch service. Not only are many of the products they offer manufactured in the USA, but everyone At Renditions is truly interested in helping you find the right item for you. We have purchased a couple of very nices pieces from them that are made well, and high quality. I only wish that Renditions was a tad bigger. I enjoy Cheri's style, and would love more of it.

This was my first adult mattress purchase (new, nicer, and queen size) and the owner was so gracious, understanding, and helpful in keeping me in-budget. My wife and I have purchased several pieces of furniture over the past few years from Renditions Furniture. We were recently shopping for a king size mattress specially suited to ease my back pain. Jamie, our sales rep, spent well over an hour walking us through the different styles and invited me to "test drive" each to find one that could suit my needs. After about a 1/2 dozen trials, I found the perfect one for me at an outstanding price! Two of the things I most enjoyed about our latest experience are: 1) A no pressure sales experience and 2) The concierge style service they provide. I tested mattresses ranging from $1,500 to $4,000, and settled on the perfect one for $1,800. Never once did I feel pressured into an "upsell". Jamie walked me through the pros and cons of each, catering to my specific sleep needs (even pointing out ones that would negatively impact me as a "side sleeper). This is a great place to browse and purchase furniture, with a wide variety of styles and top shelf customer service. For the "cherry on top", the owner even stopped by my office after hours to hand deliver my receipt! Renditions is our #1 recommend for furniture...and to support Idaho's Small Businesses!

A few months ago I was in the market for an adjustable bed. I started with big box furniture stores as well as mattress stores thinking their large volume was a positive. I then went to America the Beautiful dreamer on the advice of a friend, but really thought they would be too expensive and slower to deliver. What a surprise. Not only was my purchase substantially less expensive than the other quotes I received, but very fast. They went above and beyond to help us get the bed before my husband’s upcoming hip surgery. They also have high quality furniture at reasonable prices, some made in Idaho! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This store is the absolute best. All afternoon I have been looking for a California King box spring. I called this afternoon, continuing my search, and Randy, the owner, remebered a client who was looking to sell just that. He took the time to call them and put us in contact with each other and we got the box spring. Randy even called to make sure they contacted us. I cannot say how helpful he was and how much I appreciated this act of kindness. He could have retailed the box springs for $300. Instead, he gave the previous customers my number and we got the set for $150. I would recommend this store to anyone, for any of their furniture needs. After looking throughout the townheaded to Nampa, Meridian and Boise.......and finally found Renditions on Cole Road. We saw that they have unique pieces of furniture, mattress and décor. One on the most impressive things for us was made in USA--and also wow manufactured in Idaho. It was easy for us to purchase a beautiful bedroom suite and have had many compliments as to the chosen wooden selection. I have not seen anything like what we have in any other store we walked through. After almost a week we came back to Randy and his staff who are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you happy...so a mattress was purchased!!!! Now for the most important servicethe mattress was perfectionin design, pattern, color and manufacturebut AFTER 3 MONTHS--it just was not for uswe chose wrong.....However Randy and staffwanted us to be happy and after speaking with them, checking other items in their store--we decided on a new onea touch more moneywhich we were ok with and now are waiting for delivery of our new mattress within a week....you cannot beat that kind of customer service....right!!!!!!! I purchased a custom sectional, two swivel chairs, all made including the fabric in the USA. The quality is top notch, i will have this furniture for a long time. I also purchased a murphy bed and bedroom set made in the USA. The staff is very helpful. They will help you chose the style if you want something other than standard on the floor. You can pick your own fabric because each piece is made to order.

Popped in on a whim after stopping by some other places that sold mattresses. I was looking for basic, inexpensive children's mattresses. As soon as I walked into the showroom, and just before closing time, i looked around at the beautiful displays and thought "Nope, this place won't have what I want. It will all be higher end stuff". Randy comes popping over just as cheerful as can be, asks what I'm looking for. I thought for sure he'd shake his head and tell me I'm in the wrong place. Instead, he tells me to follow him upstairs.
