My experience at this Hoover location is always immaculate. I had a box spring I bought back in 2020 & somehow the springs in it warped. I submitted a claim and the very next day they sent me a response & told me I was approved. We came into the store & we were met by Chris, he gave us A-1 customer service. We came here to get a bed under short notice and with a relatively low budget. The salesman that assisted us was very knowledgeable and considerate of our wants and needs. Chris went well and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed at a price we could afford. He was very patient with the difficulty of finding a bed to suit two wildly different body types and sleeping habits and I think he was right on the money with the ones he showed us. Best mattress purchasing experience I've had yet. 10/10 would spend my money here again and can't wait to sleep on that fantastically comfortable bed!

I called this location to check if they had a Purple mattress in store and talked to Dixie, she was so friendly helpful and directed me to a location I could and even called to see if they were open for me. After we tested one and decided we wanted to buy we drove out of our way to buy from Dixie. She was just as helpful and friendly in person even with a sudden rush of customers and gave us a great deal. Can't wait for our mattress to arrive!

I have quite a few chemical sensitivities and have been looking for a non-toxic mattress for quite a while. I was thrilled to see that Mattress Firm carried Intellibed which is one of the truly nontoxic mattresses on the market. However, the two models they had on the floor contained latex which would not work for me, so Shannon called around to find the model that did not contain latex and had it shipped to the store for me. A few days later I was able to go try it out and was able to purchase at an incredible price. Their financing option made it possible for me to also get a mattress for my guest room as well. My shopping experience was very pleasant and easy. I highly recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for the Intellibed or any other mattress out there.

We walked in at 5:30pm on Sunday and were the only people in the store, so obviously we got plenty of attention. What made it 5 star worthy was the overall experience. We came in looking for a hybrid mattress due to all the rave reviews we had seen and heard. Alex started us off on what I would consider mid grade mattresses. He took us over to the TempurPedics next. I know what you're thinking because we thought the same thing. While the TempurPedic was nice, so was it's price tag. I compliment Alex, he definitely did his best to try and sell us on that particular mattress. When we would try others in the store, he wouldn't talk bad about them per say, but he also wasn't singing their praises as loud. However, once we told him our financial situation he was a complete gentleman about it and began telling us the great things about the mattresses we were testing. When we found the one we purchased Alex was super complimentary about it and raved about our choice. Shopping for large purchases can be so stressful and overwhelming. I kind of equate mattress stores with furniture stores and car lots. I don't like being rushed or hassled the entire time, but I do like attention when I have questions or want opinions. If we had to do it all over again, I can guarantee you we would return to Mattress Firm and ask for Alex. He assisted when needed, gave exceptional customer service and made the process smooth and worry free. If you go to this location you are in good hands and won't regret it.

I once went in with sleep apnea, and he restored my sinuses to their natural elasticity with the purchase of a new pillow top.
