From the time I walked into the store. Dixie was so welcoming. She listened to me and addressed my concerns. She took her time and had me try out different mattress and suggested different sleep patterns for me to try. She suggested different pillows for me to try to ensure I get the best sleep. Dixie was so knowledgeable and treated me as if we were old friends. Before I knew it I was buying a much needed mattress and pillow. I enjoyed Dixie so much. I wish I could buy another mattress!! Thank you so much Dixie!!

The lady Dixie that works there is one of the best sales person! My husband really need a lift bed and she help then he didn’t like the mattress and she got on it to find him another and set the delivery up for next day before he comes home from hospital! I went to Big Lots yesterday to buy a new twin mattress, but I wasn’t crazy about the price. I called around to a few mattress stores to do some price comparisons before I made my purchase. Dixie answered the phone and went above and beyond with her amazing customer service. She listened to what I needed for my 13 year old son’s bed, and sprung to action. While sitting in Big Lots, I purchased a mattress from her and it will be delivered tomorrow. Yay! In less than 30 minutes she had my wife and I in the right bed, with the right size, firmness and at the right price. She got us a great deal on a king size mattress that feels awesome, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward, and down-to-earth throughout the process. She clearly actually cares about customer satisfaction and meeting customers’ sleep needs, not pushing you into a sale that’s not a good fit or pushing an “upcharge” where it’s unneeded. She suggested several mattresses both at and below our maximum price range, and her suggestions lined up well with the feel we described ourselves as looking for. The lady who helped us (I must locate her card to properly endorse her) was not only amazing in her multi tasking skills attending to several customers at once while staying on top of each topic a customer started talking about between themselves but went above and beyond any sales persons I have ever had!! My wife and I ventured into Mattress Firm today on the hunt for a king size mattress. We had called around and visited many local mattress stores, and the prices for even the basic quality were overwhelming. We walked into mattress firm expecting the same experience as the others stores, and boy was I wrong! Brittany immediately analyzed our needs for the best mattress "fit". We were able to buy one of the top of the line mattresses for a fraction of the costs compared to the other stores. We stayed under budget and will definitely be back to buy for our other bedrooms!! I'd like to specifically recognize Anne Graves (store manager) for exceptional service. I got my mattresses from this store about 10 years ago, and they've been great ever since. Lately one of them needed an adjustment so Anne offered to come out to take a look at the issue on her own time (on a Sunday, no less!). She got everything fixed so no extra service call was required. Anne, thank you again for going above and beyond to resolve my issues! Update: Anne came through for me once again! This past March, my mom needed a lower box springs to get into her bed. Anne got me the last one they had in stock for a Tempurpedic and got it out to me the next day!

The two gentlemen that showed up were very nice. We had a mishap because the adjustable base that was in the truck was not what we ordered. This was not the delivery guys’ fault, but the salesmen fault. The invoice had a California king when it should’ve been a regular king. We were able to call and expedite the correct base so hopefully these two gentlemen will deliver it when that comes. These men deserve a raise!
