I contacted Chris via Facebook Marketplace looking for a queen mattress. It's been years since I had a new mattress and I was ready for an upgrade! He responded immediately and set up an appointment for me. The day of the appointment, he also confirmed that morning! Once I got to the store, he was very friendly and made sure to stick within my price range. The process was quick and easy! I applied and was immediately approved. I told him I needed it delivered that day and he surprised me when he was able to do the delivery immediately! He arrived at my apartment, installed the high rise and the mattress and gave me a discount on the delivery fee. Based on his communication, great product, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile, I highly recommend him and Mattress by Appointment!

We messaged Chris around 12 pm on a Sunday asking if we could come see what he had available. Within several minutes he replied and said he could meet within the hour. The selection was great and the process was swift and simple. Chris was great and very helpful! We found exactly what we wanted and had the paperwork done in no time. The mattress and box springs were delivered within a few hours, on a Sunday evening, in perfect condition. I HIGHLY recommend using this company!
