So we drove to the store, tried out several different mattresses and settled on the one which met our needs for our guest room. Jim answered all our questions and was was extremely helpful with our decision. Our new mattress will be delivered on Monday!

We were helped the salesman Joe. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, genuine, and funny. While he obviously wanted us to buy a mattress, he wasn’t overly pushy. He made suggestions and then gave us some time to test and talk amongst ourselves. He didn’t put pressure on us to buy anything right that moment as he could see it was a hard decision. We ultimately did decide to buy a mattress from him that day and you could tell he was happy about it. After completing the purchase, he said to give him a call if we wanted to know anything about the area, such as places to eat or things to do (as we’re new here). Overall great experience and we’re happy with our purchase.

After making the wrong decision on a mattress (100% my fault), I used the comfort exchange to correct this problem and get one that is much better. Joe and Joel were both fantastic in every step of the way, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend making sure you cover yourself with the comfort exchange. It might cost a little more to do it but without it I would have ended up with a big problem. You absolutely do not want to end up with the wrong mattress. It's a long term investment that really matters!

Joe was great! We woke up Saturday morning still tired, like always, and decided we’d go look at mattress instead of putting it off. We checked every mattress store Birmingham had to offer before wandering into a Mattress Warehouse we found on accident and had no idea existed. An hour later we had a bed (and two pillows)! Just woke up from the best night’s sleep! Joe was knowledgeable, (seemingly) honest, and gave us room to try out different mattresses and talk amongst ourselves without feeling pushed (which is important to me). He stayed past close for us getting us all set up and then even helped load our new mattress into our vehicle. We really appreciate him. Thanks Joe!

Joe Muselman our sales person was a joy and delight from the minute my daughter and I stepped through the door. He has extensive knowledge of every bed, every manufacturer, every sale detail, the warranties, and had the patience of Job as we tried every bed brand the next 2 hours. At the end of our evaluation, he knew my daughter was still puzzled about which bed to buy, so he encouraged her to go home and think about it, no pressure to buy, he just wanted her to be confident in her decision. He treated us like family and we laughed and laughed, had the best time! My daughter decided the next day to purchase the Tempur-Pedic king set in medium, and it was delivered today as promised. Her sister is now wanting to go and look for a new bed, and she knows that it will be a relaxing and enjoyable experience because of Joe and his way of putting everyone at ease, and knowing so much about each bed he sells. Thank you Bedzzz Express for having such great people like Joe Muselman when we walk into your store. Makes all the difference when a salesperson truly cares for his clients. A+
