Neither of them were pushy what so ever which we definitely appreciated. We told them what we typically liked and they helped us find the perfect mattresses. We have purchased from Bedzzz Express (same store) in the past. Now it was time to upgrade to a King size bed. Barry greeted us when we walked in the store and listened to our story. It was like he knew exactly what we needed. And he did! Our transaction was smooth and simple on this Saturday morning. Barry set up the deliver for Monday, which was Labor Day. Around nine AM a young man called us to make the arrangement for delivery. He gave us a two hour window (10 to noon). Two very pleasant young men should up with our bed. around ten thirty. Thirty minutes later our bed was set up, the old mattress was hauled off and they were on their way. Our entire experience was FANTASTIC!!! We are now looking forward to many more good nights sleep on our new king size TempurPedic Mattress.

I needed more info but salesman was slow to give it due to the fact I didn’t know the right questions to ask. So I didn’t get enough info. However we had a price range in mind so I based my purchase on the price. We bought a matttress there before but had a different salesman and have been very happy with our purchase.
