I did my entire transaction over the phone after investigating the beds online and the fabulous sale that was running. This was my 5th bed purchase (we have been true believers for 20 years) and we have even purchased our daughter and son-in-law a bed. This bed updates one of our original beds in a guest room. You can't go wrong with a Select Comfort bed!

Ok we haven't got the bed yet, but Gary and I think amber? Were excellent. Gary took all the time in the world answered every question and was honest as much as a salesman could be 😂. But we made a purchase that we talked about for 5 years and Gary helped us through it. Hopefully after we take ownership that service continues. Can't say enough.

We had the pleasure of working with Brandon! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful but never pushy. He took the time to get to know us right away and established a comfortable environment and not a sales environment. He would ask us a specific question, then explain the benefits/options of their bed to our needs/concerns. He also helped us see past our needs now and how this bed will also help us in the future which was very important to us as this is an expensive investment. We really enjoyed our shopping experience at the Billings, MT location. Our sales representative Brandon really knew his stuff. He was polite and professional even when other customers came in the store he never forgot about us or them. Only complaint is the time it takes to get the purchase delivered but not much can be done there in this economy. We are very excited to receive our new bed next month.
