After using air mattresses for awhile, I decided that when I went to my next duty station that it was time to buy a real mattress. I researched and came upon this store which had excellent reviews. Since this was my first mattress purchase, I didn’t really know where to start on what to look for but Jay walked me through the different types after I gave him an idea of the firmness I wanted. He made it an easy experience! Great prices and won’t have to wait long for delivery! Very military friendly!

Shopping for a mattress is not anything to look forward to. We realized that we were sleeping better away then we were at home so it was time to shop. After our last mattress on line (3 years ago) we were determined to shop in person. We knew the feel and price point we wanted. There were several we tried. The experience was relaxed, no pressure, just support and questions to focus on acceptable alternatives. Labor Day weekend sales are great at Mattress Firm!

Not going to lie, I didn’t believe the 5 star review I saw... that’s just impossible. But I was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong. We walked in, the guy asked us about our preferences, really listened and never tried to push a sale once. He made sure we tried mattresses with different pillows, and even moved one into the floor to show us how it’d feel with a firmer bed frame. We didn’t go in intending to buy that day, but we found the perfect mattress and we were happy to support the first non-pushy mattress sales guy I’ve ever met. Definitely recommend.

Hubs and I stopped in to browse for an upgrade to our current mattress-- Tim helped us look at other options besides the Temper pedic that we had our eye and it was so worth it. We had been shopping around online for a few weeks, looking for new mattress for our son. We went by Mattress Firm so he could try a few out, with the intent of eventually ordering online. Brad Covington at the California, MD location was extremely helpful, and pulled out numerous mattress for my son (and my daughter who was tagging along) to try out. In addition to being extremely accommodating, they were also cognizant of the COVID situation and had covers, etc. for all of the items we tried. After getting home and discussing things with the boss, we decided to order but I wanted to give this store my business. Rather than making us drive back in to do the paperwork, Brad completed the invoice on his end and sent us the link to pay (including the military discount I wouldn't have gotten online). Great folks and good prices, awesome combination!

We came into mattress firm for our fourth time last weekend having decided to finally purchase an adjustable split king base/mattress set. Every time we’ve come in over the last few years, Brad has made us feel at home, welcome and appreciated. He was NEVER pushy or forceful in wanting us to make a decision before we were ready or on his time. He is very good at his job! He was able to give us A TON of helpful advice, information and assurance! We’ve purchased furniture and mattresses from other companies in the past 7 years and they were all horrible experiences. I suffer from a host of medical problems and truly needed an adjustable base and better mattress to improve my quality of sleep...Brad was 110% understanding and made sure he was doing everything he could to help us find the perfect set up for us that was within our price range but still of excellent quality (which was extremely important for us). We scheduled our delivery for yesterday (Sunday). I received an automated phone call verifying the appointment and a 2 hour window of time for arrival on Saturday evening. Our time was scheduled for 1:30p-3:30p, right around 12:30 I received a call stating that they’d be here within 10 minutes. So, they did show up a little early, but that didn’t affect our days plans or anything. The delivery guys set up everything and were in and out within about 25mins. They were kind, professional and quick! I slept like a rock last night, we couldn’t be happier at present with our purchase!!!! We will NEVER purchase another mattress without first trying to work with Brad again. The entire experience was top notch! Thanks Brad for being so awesome!!!!!
