I purchased a Tempur-Pedicure Queen bed along with the adjustable bed frame. I first visited this location a week prior and Drew took so much time taking me through all of the options they have to offer. I'm very picky about mattresses and Drew let me lay on everyone I was interested in and explained to me all the info about these mattresses as well. After a while I was down to 2 options but wanted to bring back my partner to see which she preferred. Drew did not pressure me to buy right now and understood I couldn't make a decision w/o my partner. I came back w her as promised and we settled on the tempurpedic mattress w the adjustable base. We got great financing and a promotional discount as well. Alexis answered all of our remaining questions , got us the financing and delivered everything to us 2 days later as Drew was getting off soon after we arrived but did a wonderful we warm transfer to Alexis. Simply amazing. Please come here for ur mattress needs. U won't regret it.

I visited this store at the beginning of August because I desperately needed a new mattress. I was immediately greeted by the salesman Ian who suggested a mattress that was just right! Ian was professional and provided excellent customer service. He also helped me find a mattress for my son. Once purchased, he scheduled the delivery but just days before delivery he called me to let me know that my son’s mattress was not yet available for delivery. This was a disappointment as he was looking forward to receiving it before the school year started. Since Ian was aware of this he went above and beyond the call of duty to find another store that had the mattress in stock along with the frame. He then personally delivered and set up the mattress for me before just in time to surprise my son. Ian was great to work with and I would refer my friends and family right over to him at this location in a heartbeat! Thank you Ian and Mattress Firm!!

Great experience and quick. I needed a full mattress for a daybed. Mr. Young handled business. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The only reason I am giving four stars is I purchased the mattress protector which is supposed to protect the mattress from soil, allergens, bedbugs, etc. But this cover leaves the bottom of the mattress exposed, so I'm not convinced. Will return it and purchase one like I have that totally encloses the mattress with a zipper.
