Excellent experience purchasing 2 mattresses recently. After checking out another store in the area, I really appreciated Zach's non-aggressive sales approach. He allowed me to browse in peace but was readily available to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of helping me to select mattresses that fit both my needs and my price range. Delivery was fast and smooth as well. I'll be purchasing another mattress soon for my guest room and this is definitely where I'll go. Highly recommend!!

After doing a lot of research on mattresses as well as where to purchase, my husband & I decided to pay a visit to Mattress Firm in Eldersburg. David Black, Store Manager, was the person working that day. We told him that we read about a Hybrid mattress, but wanted to check them out. We tried out many different mattresses & he was very helpful in explaining the differences in them. We didn't plan to purchase that day, but found one that we loved - it was delivered 3 days later. We purchased a motion adjustable base that as we found out at installation, needed to have 3" risers installed to fit our bed frame. Dave was kind enough to order & follow-up to make sure that everything was done correctly & that we were happy. We are still getting used to our new mattress & so far we are very happy. Many thanks to David Black for his assistance & knowledge & to the installer, Enmanuel, who also did a great job.
