I've waited a couple months before posting a review so I could really take my time and see if the mattress/everything held up with time. Indeed - this place deserves 5 stars! I was naturally very skeptical at first because the premium mattress I purchased was marked at a much lower price here than anywhere else I could find. The store location itself is very bare-bones/no frills and I wasn't sure if perhaps I was walking into a scam (I found the store via an ad on the FB marketplace). But the sales associate was super nice and attentive to me without ever being pushy. He was very honest and forthcoming answering all my questions about how/why the prices were lower here than elsewhere. Fast-forward a couple months later to today, and I'm still happy with my mattress purchase! It feels great; no damages, no marks, etc. I'd definitely encourage others who, like me, may be a little wary of a non-traditional/non-commercial mattress store to give this place a look!

My husband and I found Mattresses and more while hunting for a very specific mattress that we had experienced in a big box furniture store almost a year ago. We found it here and we were hesitant because it was out of state (we are in NH) and weren’t familiar with the company. My husband called and spoke with the owner, Alan who was EXTREMELY helpful, accommodating and made this mattress purchase extremely easy. Alan packed the mattress perfectly and shipped it to arrive within 2 days! The whole process was seamless and professional. We are so happy we supported a family owned business for this purchase and we couldn’t recommend Alan, Holly and the entire Mattresses and More company more! Thank you all!

I just bought a mattress and base today. I contacted Joey via Facebook and he responded immediately. I came in to initially just look but when he has the best price it is hard not to buy. I bought it and had it delivered same day. I noticed a pin was missing and a remote not syncing right so I contacted Joey and he took care of it. I was apprehensive in making a larger purchase from an unknown and seemingly underground retailer. I was so pleasantly surprised by my sales experience. This company turned out to be family owned & operated and they have managed to build a team that really takes care of their customers. Great experience with Mattresses & More! We got a high end memory foam mattress at a fraction of the retail cost. And they had the exact mattress set we wanted in a split king (not easy to find). Check those place out and save hundreds! $$$$ I have been searching for a good mattress and settled on trying the Purple mattress after sleeping on one at my sister's house. I found Mattresses and More on Craig's List and ended up getting a purple mattress that was brand new but slightly defective (a little dirty with a small, patched hold on the bottom). It was about $600 cheaper than what I would have paid on the Purple website. The guys that work there are very helpful too!

I absolutely love the customer service and the sales representative was really informative about each mattress. Me and my wife ask over a hundred questions the sales representative remained patient. We finally made our mind up to go with the tempre pedic and the adjustable base. This will be our first memory foam mattress. We also decided to get the mattress protector. Angel was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, let me lay on mattresses, applied no sales pressure, answered all my questions, and helped me pick out the perfect extra firm mattress. They have many great brands here, including Sealy, Serta, Stearns and Fosters, even the occasional Saatva. I received a good value on a premium mattress and am grateful my hunt is over. For a modest fee, they deliver mattresses locally and will recycle your old mattress. As part of my research, I read a ton of online reviews on mattresses for weeks, including from brands that only sell online. It’s honestly stressful making a large purchase online... what if the mattress doesn’t feel right? I’m glad I went in to a local business and had the benefit of peace of mind. I bought a Beautyrest Black which was the perfect firmness. It was an inner springs hybrid, which is what I was looking for. Again, Angel let me test out as many mattresses as I wanted, but quickly identified which I’d probably love, given my sleep profile and preferences. The owner, Alan Sr., told me their prices stay consistently good, beating out holiday pricing from chain and online retailers. I confirmed that for myself this Labor Day weekend. Their showroom is no frills, but service was outstanding. I’m glad Gwinnett has local businesses that provide a fantastic value. I have every confidence in my purchase and would happily refer others. I wanted to write my review after the bed was delivered and set up. The perfection and professionalism continued. The driver called me 30 before delivery. They used white glove service. This place was great! I had messaged Joey on facebook messenger about a Full Purple Mattress. He quickly responded that they had a Full Purple Mattress 2 available and that they had a store I could go to. Luckily the store was near my workplace so I popped in during my lunch break to check it out and Joey's sister - Holly (it's family owned, which is cool) helped me find the mattress and pull it out to test it. The mattress looked in perfect condition, still in the clear plastic, just unrolled from the purple 'Purple' mattress duffle bag, which I didn't mind - but does make the "take it away in your car" a bit more difficult. I tried it out, Holly answered a few questions I had about it and when I asked about the $699 price that was posted on Joey's original FB post, she called and they gave me a deal for $600. THIS IS A $1700 MATTRESS RETAIL at MattressFirm & Purple.com!!! For that price alone, this place is worth 5 stars. I paid about $100 extra to have it delivered (I am a single, 23 year old female with a car too small to fit it myself) and they were able to deliver it to my apt immediately, get it up my stairs, and onto my bed frame super fast. The whole transaction and delivery was done in less than an hour and a half. I will definitely send my friends here for mattresses and for anyone looking into buying a Purple mattress - it feels like sleeping on a cloud, and I definitely don't feel guilty about treating myself at that price point. Thanks again to the people at Mattresses and More!

I'm writing this review because so few people actually write positive reviewed these days and when I experience good service, I would like to return the favor. Great, hardworking staff (the associate helping me was Angel). Great customer service. Told him my budget and I wanted a king size bed and he immediately got to work Finding me the perfect mattress. This store is perfect for the busiest of customers (I am in school, married, have a 2 year old son and we are in the process of moving into our new home), they make everything seamless and quick with no frills or nonsense. I was in the store no longer than 20 minutes and left feeling satisfied with an excellent deal well below the price range of bigger chain stores. I'll definitely return for my son's new bed as he will be needing a "big boy" bed and I know that the staff at mattresses and more is Knowledgeable and more than fairly-priced.

Buck was super responsive and helpful in helping me find a mattress that would work for both me and my husband. We ultimately decided on a Beautyrest Black Hybrid. I went to 6 stores and they were the only one that had this mattress. We also got a great deal on an adjustable base with all the bells and whistles. I have researched for 2 weeks very much all mattresses out there and visited many stores and as I found the right mattress , found out that it costs about $6000 then I came across Mattresses and More , found the same mattress for about 1/3 of the price. I was shopping for a new adjustable bed for months. I found a TOL adjustable base at M&M that included every feature possible for $899. Every other base with the same features cost between $1599 - $2300. I was looking to spend around $3500 for an adjustable base and mattress, and I found what I wanted at M&M for just under $2000, and that included delivery and setup. I was very happy with the delivery crew, they came into my home assessed what needed to be done to properly remove my old mattress and box spring, make the proper adjustments to my existing bed, then install the new adjustable base and mattress. They cleaned up there mess, showed me how to use the new base, and then were on there way. I had a great experience with M&M from the purchase to the delivery and setup. I wasn't even upset that there were no Labor Day discounts.

Picked out a mattress , it was delivered. Found out there were some manufacturing issues. Alan came to my house & saw the issues. He went to the warehouse and found the same mattress without the issues. They came and picked up the 'bad one' that evening and replaced it with a perfect mattress. Very happy with the mattresses we purchased. We ended up going with the Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid. Saved a lot of money compared to our local Mattress Firm retail store. I was reluctant to buy such an expensive item via Facebook Marketplace (sight unseen), but the person assisting me (I think it was Joe Lasky), was very helpful and patient. First let me say that I am impressed with the speedy service and discount prices. I looked all over Chattanooga, TN for a new mattress. Before shelling out $3699 for a just a king Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt mattress at a local Mattress Firm, I decided to check out Atlanta Craigslist. This is how I found Matresses and More. I called and spoke with Alan Sr. He was super friendly and immediately texted me photos of the new bed I was interested in - only $2200! He also sold me on the Reverie adjustable platform for $700 more (which retails for more than $1300 at local stores)! This platform adjusts the head/feet, massages, and includes so many other options. I was still a little bit skeptical of the prices, so I Googled the address and read online reviews of the store - all of which were great! Because of this, I decided to make the trip with my trailer in hopes that I’d be able to purchase the bed of my dreams. I’m SOOO glad I did! The purchase was easy and the gentleman quickly loaded/tied my bed and platform onto my trailer for transport. Additionally, Alan Jr. sold us on a pack of pillows and a mattress protector. Everything came out to $3135 (including tax)!!! This is far less than the cost of just the mattress at the local store. If you are in the market for a Tempur-Pedic mattress, I highly recommend this store. The next time I’m in need of a mattress, I won’t think twice about making the 4 hour drive to support this business!

First of all I did a lot of research on mattresses to purchase. However my choices were some very expensive choices. The Sealy posturepedic Hybrid series will run you $1600 to $3500 depending on type, comfort and size. I never thought I'd be looking on EBay for a deal. We found Alan and his locally owned business there with the best deal I could find. So naturally I was skeptical. After a quick phone call, some pictures, reviews, a price markdown I went ahead with it. Couldn't have made a better choice. Extremely happy I did. Alan was very courteous, knowledgeable and made himself available. Reading reviews you can see that he and his father have done a great job and am happy to see people like them in business. I saved about $800-$1000. This was a great deal and my wife and I are sleeping on an amazing mattress. Check these guys out, I recommend it. I didn't give 5 because handling the mattress got some dirty hand scuffs but nothing we couldn't clean. Other than that the mattress was pristine. Also shipping came very fast considering we are in California. Thanks Alan!

I found whatamattress on eBay as was looking for a Tempurpedic split king cloud luxe mattress and adjustable bed. I had checked with local bed stores and prices were off the charts for us. I called and was told I needed to speak with Alan and he was not in but was given his cell number - unbelievable - who does that? Anyway I called and Alan answered and gave me an great price on buying both mattresses and Leggett and Platt Prodigy 2 adjustable beds. He was so helpful all through the process as I had questions, no wait, answered his phone every time I called. Mattresses arrived first and beds a few days afterwards with phone calls setting up times for delivery and setup. Everything went very smoothly. Had a problem with one bed not cooperating with remote and called Alan who referred me to Leggett and Platt who could not have been nicer and sending new control box to service person who will come out and install for me. I will admit I was a little nervous spending money with someone I knew nothing about on EBay, but I read the reviews first and was most impressed and now I am thrilled that I bit the bullet and chose them. I saved tremendously over what I would have paid at the local stores and I give Alan 5 stars for his customer service. I am a very satisfied consumer and would highly recommend you give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

***I rate this 4.5 out of 5. I don't see an option for half a star, but my score for Mattress and More is 4.5/5, not 4/5. I bought a tempur-pedic mattress from Alan Jr at this store. I give A+ to Alan in communication. He was on top of everything and was immediately responsive via phone call and texts. Shipping was prompt and Alan Jr. kept me up to date on everything. He was also fair with me in terms of negotiating with the price. I got everything exactly that I paid for and we are extremely happy with the mattress, especially since we did not have to pay full price for it at a department store. I asked Alan Jr. a lot of questions before the purchase and he was very patient and understanding in answering them. There is only 2 things that I had an issue with, but this should definitely not deter any of you reading this from buying from Alan Jr. and Mattress and More. 1) I was not impressed with the white glove delivery people. For $150, they brought the mattress and box spring to my bedroom, but did not put together the bed frame (which shipped separately). When we asked them to, they refused. Also, there was a hole in the fabric on top of box spring that happened while in their care. Alan Jr. was gracious enough to deduct $25 from the cost. While we weren't thrilled about the tear, the mattress rests on top of it and we'll never see it. The white glove delivery is not at all reflective of Alan Jr. or Mattress and More, but I wanted to share my experience with them. 2) The other thing, which is why I gave 4.5 stars instead of 5. Before confirming my order with Alan Jr., he advised me that there was a tear on the bottom of the box spring, which had been patched up. Alan Jr. sent me a picture of it...it was hard to see due to plastic covering the whole box spring, but I agreed to go ahead with the purchase. Upon getting the box spring, I was a little disappointed in the patch job. The fabric covering the hole was loose. Also, it appeared there was another patch job on the other side of the box spring that I was not told about. In any case, the structural integrity of the box spring was not compromised and it was more aesthetic. It's also something that is completely out of view as well. I received two box springs in this order. The other box spring was 100% perfect. Other than the box spring, everything went well and my wife and I are very happy. We would definitely order from Alan Jr. and Mattress and More in the future.

I had done a lot of independent research on adjustable bases and had decided on the Reverie 8Q. I came across Mattresses and More through their eBay presence, but then contacted them directly. I emailed and texted them a few times in the process and always received very prompt responses to every question (sometimes within seconds). They also beat the lowest price I had found on internet and were hundreds less than my local dealers. Ordering was very easy, and they shipped it out the next day. It came by delivery truck (Southeastern Freight Lines), and the delivery driver was very helpful and courteous. Overall it was a terrific experience, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Bed frame is great but we had to go to Walmart late at night and find the right size nuts to screw the legs into because they were the wrong size. So make sure you check the legs and they will screw into place. It was the only thing they didn't show me.

My husband and I desperately needed an affordable mattress that we could sleep on that would help my husband's hip disability and my back, hip and leg pain for a comfortable sleep. Working within our budget, they found us a mattress that we enjoy and I FINALLY have slept the whole night through without my hip pain waking me up. My Purple 2 was one of the best investments I could make! No worry about a latex allergy either since Purple is Latex Free (which they also understood about choosing the right mattress for me!)
