As we entered we were greeted by Hayden. He was very pleasant and professional. Hayden made the experience of searching for a mattress super easy. Unlike many I don’t like to write a review if everything is good but this time I couldn’t resist myself to write the review for Mr. Brad who were the sales representative at Kennesaw Mattress firm location. I changed our mattresses 3 times in 3 days with certain reasons but Brad was kind enough to listen us patiently, taken care of us nicely and resolve our concerns. It was a smooth and stress-free transition through the entire process. I highly recommend this location and specially Brad. he is the best guy in this business.

Absolutely the best!!!! Hayden was our sales man and he was super sweet and helpful. He was working by himself and he had several other people in the store, he was helping us all and never seemed stressed or upset. He was extremely nice and was patient with us and my grandmother who was having a hard time finding a bed she liked. He never made us a feel like a burden and he went above and beyond to help us find the right mattress for her. I would highly recommend him and this business if your looking for a new bedset as they have a bunch of different brands to choose from as well as different firmness. My wife and I came in and wanted to purchase a rather cheap mattress that was still above average in feel and durability, and would help with her back issues. Been shopping around for a mattress online for about 2 months. Finally decided to go inside to feel my way into buying the right mattress for me. It's only so much you can read and watch online! Too many choices lead to confusion! The sales rep, Huy was amazing! He knew his stuff and was very informative. He educated me on the science of what a good mattress entails. I asked lots of questions and he was patient with me. I walked in with the intention of the attitude "this is all I'm spending nothing more or less"! However, that wasn't the case, so ended up spending $600 more bc my sleep is everything!! We are besties! My current 9 yr old mattress is slowly dieing on me and it must be replaced asap..lol Waking up with shoulder and lower back pain is not fun when you have a 10 hr work day ahead!! So ended up getting the Temperpedic Hybrid Qn sz for $1599! It was on clearance for half off...jackpot!! I'm adamant on not allowing a salesman to pressure me into buying! Huy didn't do any of that. I believe he was honest with what he shared with me. Great customer service 👏 which I valued the most, so I didn't need to look no further.

We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm; Beau Bentley educated us in the new mattress technology! He was very helpful and patient while we tried out a few mattresses--our favorites, Simmons Beautyrest and Serta--several times to feel their differences. In fact, Bentley offered great suggestions without being pushy. To help with my bad neck issues, he handed me a special, low pillow to use while I tried out three mattresses in the running. Then, when we made our decisions on a mattress and frame, Bentley cut us a great deal on the price. Furthermore, he threw in two of those special pillows and a protective mattress cover for free. Beyond a doubt, Bentley was a fun conversationalist who made our entire experience splendid, so I cannot wait for our new, king-sized bed to arrive (just four days after ordering it).

They were quick and explained well. I knew the mattress I wanted from previous visit. After I price shopped on the internet - I decided on mattress firm. Reason - the free adjustable base. Now I did my research - and I found comparable mattresses - same brand, thickness, technology, etc. much cheaper at other sites. About $350 cheaper; however, they would require purchase of box springs, which was about $350. Ultimate deciding factor, I could get the adjustable base for same price as mattress and box spring elsewhere. Now - since I knew what I wanted and was there for a previous visit, I went to mattress firm website and pulled up the same deal. $124 for shipping! In store they deliver for $24. I saved $100 just by driving to store and ordering in person. Be smart people. Do your research.

This is the 2nd mattress set we have purchased from this store at Town Center. My Mom bought hers last year. Each time we were treated with courtesy with no pressure to buy. Knowledgeable and friendly, Shelby even helped my mom who is 88 get out of the car when I let her out in front of the store. Mom lost her shoe getting up on curb and Shelby retrieved it and escorted her in and got her seated while I parked my car. We probably spent about an hour trying out mattresses...talking, laughing, sharing a bit of life's stories...all while Shelby and her coworker (store manager) helped me choose a mattress. Shelby got me financed, explained store return policy, got delivery and set up arranged. I will and have recommended this business and this store in particular. If any family needs new mattresses we will return to this store.
