My store rep Tyler was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive and didn’t push me into buying anything I didn’t want or needed. He listened to what I described regarding the type of comfort level my father needed for his back and showed me what they had in stock. He was patient and allowed me to make the decision on my own. Found this place by mistake, but it was the best decision ever to stop. These guys don't work on commission so they don't hassle you. I got an outstanding brand new king size mattress for $300 less than MSRP. They even delivered it in the next 60 minutes to my house and carried it upstairs. Outstanding service!

Melvyn the store manager gave us a variety of mattress options to choose from and worked with our budget. The delivery was on time and early and they got the bed up in no time. Tiara was the best, my husband got a bed and we loved it so much we went back and got another bed. We got the Tempur-Pedic and the I-Serta. My husband love the fact he wakes up with no back pain, I love being able to sit up and read and look at TV with no head board. It conforms to your body. I am thankful for my experience at this location with Melvyn Thomas. Regretfully, I was having a less than desirable experience with Mattress Firm. Previously, I ordered my mattress online. Unbeknownst to me, I would undergo several delays due to the vendor being out of stock. I could not call to speak to anyone to request another model in place of this, nor could I request a refund. I was so disgusted and frustrated that I didn't know what to do as I was being redirected to a website without any personal interaction (an area of opportunity for Mattress Firms Customer Care). I went into the closest location to explain to Melvyn that I had a designed budget (from the refund issued to my PayPal account) to procure a replacement mattress. I requested that it would be in stock and that I could get a delivery sooner than later. He helped me locate a comfortable replacement and ensured that the product met my budget. When I went to pay for the goods, I encountered another two hour dilemma between Mattress Firm and PayPal. For clarity, I did not want to use an alternative payment option as I had a refund pending from Mattress Firm to my PayPal account. I already paid off my PayPal credit card balance and I did not want to have an outstanding credit that I could not liquidate on the back end. Therefore, I wanted the charges to cancel out. Unfortunately, I did not have the ability to pay using my PayPal credentials in the store, I had to do so online. And, when I went to regenerate my cart online, the price increased significantly. However, Melvyn was patient and kind enough to call around to identify a suitable workaround solution so I could pay for my merchandise. Finally, after three hours (literally), I was able to pay for my products and leave with a delivery date in hand. I am so thankful for Melvyn being there, that day, to help guide and support me on this endeavor. Had it not been for him, Mattress Firm would have lost a returning customer.

I enjoyed my experience today at this location. My wife and I were assisted by Melvyn Thomas and needless to say he made our shopping experience a memorable one. The best customer service ever!!! You haven't had an experience until you've had a Z EXPERIENCE. She goes above and beyond the extra mile to make sure, when you walk out of the Camp Creek Mattress Firm you're satisfied. Z is awesome!! I told her my price range and what I was looking for. We wasn't able to find what I needed at her store location. She then start searching online at the Morrow store. Z found just what I needed! She called to alert them of my interest. They told her that the delivery truck had not made it to the store yet. Z advised me not to worry, and that she will check constantly and let me know when it arrives. She did just that! When I arrived at the Morrow location, they informed me that Z continuously call and even sent emails to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. Miles and Z at the Camp Creek location are the best! We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. Z started us off with the sleep test. Then Miles stepped in to inform us of the different mattress types. He also assisted with our mattress selection, and finance options. Payton did not hesitate to take care of me. However, the second delivery to exchange my mattress was to be between 5 PM and 8 PM on the next Saturday. I called the store at 745 PM because I did not hear from anyone. The delivery was not made until 9 PM. Way too late in the day. The guys said they had one more after me, and they had started at 6 AM. The Company needs to hire more delivery guys. By the way both delivery teams were great. Class One service.
