Michael was great. He was knowledgeable and what he didn’t know he found out. He listened to what we wanted and helped us compare beds to find our perfect match. He also suggested option that will keep our warranty valid. He helped us purchase sheets and other accessories for our new bed. He also explained the delivery and setup process to us. We were very pleased with Michael. He has natural ability for sales because he listens to the customer to help them find their perfect match.

The store is excellent. Tyler, Nick and Sara took care of some minor delivery issues. We exchanged our Queen size mattress today for a King size and Tyler did an amazing job making it a seemless process. We have purchased from Mattress Firm before and have always been satisfied.

I had pre shopped at the 6 mattress stores located near the Asheville Airport and found the Mattress Source to have a good selection of top quality mattress sets. Just needed to have my wife check out the top contenders that I had found. Having owned a Beautyrrest Platinum set for 11 years and being totally satisfied, we naturally leaned toward another Beautyrest set. Adam Jackson took his time and suggested other brands and types, but the Beautyrest Black plush top won out. He not only went to bat and got us a great price match with a competitor but arranged quick delivery and fully explained the Comfort Guarantee and how to handle any problems we may encounter. Had been visiting a Ashley home store and they didn't have something we wanted to look at. The other Ashley home storesdid but the one we were at seemef to just be making stuff up as they went along as to why they didn't. Felt like they were pushing Us in One direction so we left and went to mattress firm right across the street which had exactly the items we were wanting to look at together. We ended up dealing with Tyler and Sara and the experience was more than just someone trying to sell us something which is how I like to sell people. Building a relationship and trust. So we ended up getting a purple mattress from them and this is now the third time we've ended up buying something from mattress firm since 2013. Guess should have gone straight to them. The grass isn't always greener on the other side!

The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable about all the beds and up front on what is back ordered etc. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to explain the product that we were buying, warranty, delivery options etc. He helped us in any way he could to save us money (which was very much appreciated). When my son and I walked into the store we were just checking it out to compare with other ones that we intended to visit. When we met Daman Ayen it was obvious that he knew his stuff. We were referred to him as the Sleep Doctor and my son fell asleep within minutes. Not surprisingly that was a strong endorsement for the vibrating bed. He then proceded to help us find the perfect mattress. Once I tried the Beautyrest it supported me like no other. At that point we simply depended on Daman to help us find a price point that we were comfortable with. He was very accommodating and we left knowing that it would be delivered in just days. Which is a gift in these times. He thoroughly impressed both my son and myself with his professionalism. You are lucky to have him in your company.

I called about a twin mattress for my 5 yr old that was on sale online, from the phone call to the actual encounter was beyond stress free, they did not have that one in stock but they did have another in stock that was still on sale that I went with that was absolutely comfortable, I was not hounded to upgrade or I wasn’t pitched a sales pitch, the gentleman was so down to earth and very personable, even loved the football convo— go pats— lol, he pulled the mattress down he let me test it before purchase, it was my first time using mattress firm , but like I said everything was flawless if I could give them 10 stars I would, definitely will be back in the future and have been screaming from the roof tops about them.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! As we just received our mattress today, this review is about the staff as they were very friendly, professional, and patient. Lance spent a lot of time educating us as to our options and answering our questions. He even stayed late allowing us the time we needed to make our decision. We did not feel hurried. While we were offered the option of an adjustable base, we initially stuck with a box spring, but called the next day and Eric graciously assisted us with the alteration to our order. We used their O% finance option and wrapped in the $99 delivery fee. They are open 7 days a week. Sunday is the only day my wife and I have off together so we were thankful they were open.

Extremely happy with our entire experience, from the sales associate ( John was there helping out from another location ) to the kind and professional delivery men. It’s normally an embarrassing subject for me to discuss having sleep apnea and spinal issues , but John was knowledgeable in my conditions and made me feel completely at ease. We love our new bed!! We purchased our bed from Eric at the Airport Road store. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. When it came time for delivery, we were a little disappointed. They came in an unmarked box truck, no uniform, Mattress Firm name tag, etc. They did not put booties on their shoes to come in the house and they were 45 minutes late (delivery time was 10:30-2:30 and they arrived around 3:20) There was no phone call to let us know they were running behind, we had to call Eric and he reached out to the warehouse to find out what was going on. Eric did have the delivery fee refunded for us.
