A little over a week ago I drove a friend of mine to the Sleep Number store for a meeting with Taggert Fairbanks. I sat, watched and listened to how he treated my friend, Bev, and I can honestly say he had some of the best customer service skills I have seen in years. He explained everything to Bev, helped her navigate the apps on her phone that she would need and made sure he answered all of her questions. I was so impressed with Taggert’s demeanor and would recommend him to anyone that is considering purchasing a Sleep Number bed. This gentleman is an asset to the company!

Extremely customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the different mattresses, the bases and thoroughly explained the delivery process and how the warranty works. Lala was exceptional and she is definitely someone that I would recommend talking to if you want the breakdown of their products without feeling the pressure to purchase. We were very impressed with her customer service and ended up getting a new bed. We are so excited to sleep in our new bed!

I went in to the sleep number store, Mai greeted me at the door and walked me through step by step, trying out different mattresses, figuring out my sleep number, as well as all the operational features of the beds and frames. A very thorough and easily understood process with her assistance. I was in and out of the store in an hour.

The Anchorage Sleep Number Store was great! Our sales agent, Lala, was super accommodating, and took her time trying to make us feel as comfortable as possible. She made sure she was saying our names correctly, verifying information, and even answered questions that were way out in left field that would have otherwise embarrassed other associates. Super helpful, I would recommend taking a trip to this store to see what they have to offer.

This 5 Star review is solely for a guy named Xander at the Anchorage Sleep Number store. There was an issue with delivery and my delivery date got pushed back a whole month after i had already waited a month and a half for the original delivery date. Xander worked some kind of magic after everyone else told me there was nothing they could do. He got me a new delivery date just a week out in stead of three and a half out. THANK YOU XANDER!! You saved the day man.

What a wonderful experience!! Lala was excellent at showing and explaining the differences in mattresses. There was no pressure at any time, we actually had a lot of fun. I would suggest to anyone looking at buying a new bed to look at Sleep Number. Yes, it's more expensive than your department store bed, but the bed you get, is fantastic. It is well worth the price in my opinion.

It was very nice to be able to actually see and experience in person the many different sleep number beds before laying down $7,000. Which I did do. I would have had much more reservations, if I was unable to experience them in person.

Rechelle was so patient and showed us every bed we wanted to see. We left to chat about it and then when we came back she showed us the beds AGAIN. She answered all of our questions but did not pressure us in any way. I HIGHLY recommend you stop by for yourself and check them out!

Very good service for me agent at your store on C St. in Anchorage. He set me up very quickly help me get the right bed. I just hope it comes on time on 13 June and then we’ll see how it works for me. I know I have 100 nights free and if it doesn’t work for me I can return it. That’s what I was told so I hope that’s true.
