My husband and I have been contemplating getting a purple mattress but we have never took the time to stop by the store. We went today and oh my are we happy about the service we received. Sophia was amazing!! She took the time to explain everything to us. She carried us around the store to show us every option they had available so we could find the perfect one for us. She was patient and very intelligent about the products offered. We had a wonderful experience with her and got the bed of our dreams!!!

I came today during the grand Opening. Smiling faces to greet you the minute you walk in. Sophia’s customer service was awesome. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. She understood our needs and budget and there was absolutely no pressure that made you feel like you had to buy something. Everyone there made us feel welcome and comfortable. I definitely recommend this store, brand, and the customer service.

What an awesome experience! We were shopping in uptown, saw the purple store and just casually walked in since we’ve seen the ads for Purple. Michael was there to greet us at the door, was extremely helpful and friendly, and not pushy!! Had all the knowledge for the technology of the mattresses and knew right away what pillows and mattress would work best. Unfortunately we were on a time crunch the night we stopped in, so we left and came back the following weekend and it was literally seamless. Walked in, had the mattress, adjustable frame, pillows and protector all in stock! Michael helped us out with quick delivery & install with removal. If you’re on the fence about buying we’re here to tell you it’s life changing. Go talk with Michael, he won’t waste your time with typical pushy sales tactics - 10/10 would recommend! Thanks again Michael!

I have had a good experience here. I came in about a month ago, and Jacob helped me out so much. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very genuine and sincere when helping me. He seemed to genuinely believe in Purple products, which ultimately influenced me to purchase the frame, mattress, pillow, and sheets. There was a slight problem with my order, and he was able to quickly and kindly correct my order. I have enjoyed my mattress and my other purchases from this store. Thank you.

Michael was very helpful and patient when we went in. We tried the different firmness and tried the one we liked best again. Michael was upfront about the cost and willing to explain himself in different ways when I didn’t understand (for example, the difference between the mattress protector and the mattress sheet). This was a lot better than our last mattress buying experience!

The hubs and I needed a new mattress…but hate mattress shopping. We have had a couple friends recommended a purple mattress, so we were excited that a showroom had opened locally (buying a mattress online we never met before seemed sketchy). Sophia was AWESOME. Smiling face right as we walked in, with more knowledge on mattresses and spinal comfort than I expected. We were able to sample all beds (with our own clean pillow protectors!!) and found our dream mattress. Black Friday amazingness and an east way to finance that literally took minutes. Cannot WAIT for our new mattress and adjustable base to arrive.

So I went into the purple store not going to lie i was super nervous because I hate the pressure. I was extremely relieved when the worker Chazz was super friendly and knowledgeable of the product. Michael was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient while we waffled about which bed to buy. We never felt any pressure to purchase anything or hurry our selection. We ended up buying one and all the extras to go with it. We are planning to go back and buy a second bed and more pillows. Took one pillow home with us and we love it so far.

Me and my sister went in on Thursday 20th, she bought a pillow and I bought a seat cushion, The whole experience was amazing, got to try out the Purple mattresses and cushions, the man helping us yesterday was so helpful and knew the products very well and helped us with any questions we had. Just bought a California king hybrid premier 4 and like it a lot! Kendall at the Purple mattress store In Albuquerque was excellent, very helpful and patient and answered any questions I had about the premier hybrid 4. Would 10/10 recommend her to be your purple mattress sales associate and helping you getting a purple mattress too!

Great experience shopping here. always saw ads online and was in town for work. I think his name was jacob but he did really well and explained to me about the mattress and best fit since we were both hot sleepers. So when I move to my new place I'm traveling back to ABQ to shop for my mattress here with him. I did walk away with 1 pillow to start my collection of 4 I am going to buy. But overall service was amazing!
