We spend a lot of time lying around in bed, watching tv, working, playing and last but not least sleeping. A recent survey revealed that we spend about 11 hours a day in bed. Now, that’s a lot of time in bed. So buying mattress, can be an overwhelming experience with so many choices and prices. I came to Mattress Firm looking for great mattress that would fit my budget and that’s exactly what I got. I was extremely lucky to have met Tai, he was very professional and knowledgeable about Mattresses. He was exceptional in helping find a Mattress ; hybrid, foam that was comfortable and within my budget. I was extremely happy that Tai took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The staff and Jeff at warehouse where I picked up new mattress were outstanding . Next time you are inthe market for a mattress come by and see Tai.

Normally I tend to avoid buying at larger stores because I often feel like a number and heavy pressure to buy. I chose to come to this specific Mattress Firm because I was trying to find the closest match to a mattress my husband and I slept on at a relative's house during a visit. That one had been discontinued, but Beautyrest's help line did their best to find me the closest match made currently. This store had them in stock (and was nearby my office), so I stopped in. I worked with Mike, who was my sales person, and Frank, the manager. There was no rushing or high pressure to buy. I really wanted to take time to get a feel for the mattress and stayed on the one of interest for the better part of an hour. Overall, I had a very good experience - which was nothing like what I imagined from previous mattress purchases from other stores in other states. We are getting delivery today, and we are very excited! Thanks, guys, for a great experience!

I went to Mattress Firm looking to upgrade to a king bed since I love the mattress I got there a few years ago (that was a pleasant experience as well). Steve, the store manager, at the West Side location was friendly, quite helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses he showed me. He worked to stay in my budget and also offered me a great deal on the mattress I liked. After, I went to Denver Mattress to see what they had, the salesman was nice but the selection in my budget was limited and disappointing. I then went to the Mattress Firm on Menual and Frank, the store manager, offered me an amazing deal on a floor model mattress that was delivered today. Frank was also very helpful and patient while I weighed my options and made a decision on which mattress I wanted. The delivery guys called before hand to let me know they were on their way (which os great so o can put my dogs up). They were both friendly and professional, and were done setting up the mattresses in minutes. I whole heartedly recommend Steve (at the Westside location), Frank (at the location on Menual) and Mattress Firm when you’re looking for a mattress.

We were looking for a new mattress for our guest bedroom and of course we shopped around at many different mattress stores before stopping in at Mattress Firm. The customer service Frank and Linda provided made us feel confident that purchasing a mattress from Matress Firm was the RIGHT CHOICE. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered the million and one questions we hurled at them. We didn't feel pressured and the experience was pleasurable. We were able to get our mattress delivered the very next day and delivery also went smooth as could be. They showed up on time and were very courteous. What REALLY impressed me was we went back into the store after sleeping uncomfortably on the mattress for a week, and Frank reassured us that if we were unhappy he would gladly swap the mattress out for us NO PROBLEM. WOW! that's incredible customer service! We decided to keep the mattress for a little longer to see if we get used to it. I feel confident we made the right choice by purchasing from this Mattress Firm. WE WILL BE BACK TO PURCHSE FROM HERE AGAIN. Great prices and excellent customer service earned them a loyal customer.

Mattress Firm is the best. No need to shop other stores. We know. We shopped several other stores that sell mattresses and online and there was no comparison. Mattress Firm has a great selection and the best prices. And the customer service is fantastic. Mike provided superior customer service. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and he listens. My husband and I have bought all our mattresses at this Menaul/Carlisle Mattress Firm location (Gateway Shopping Center). Staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Delivery options are excellent. We had the greatest customer service possible. We went in on Friday evening they were extremely busy yet we got acknowledged as soon as we walked in and were told someone would assist us. Every one from the manager, Frank Romero to several others employees let us know they would assist as soon as possible. We decided to check out prices at other places like furniture Row that was not as busy and we did not even get acknowledged. So we went back to mattress firm on Saturday and were assisted by Adrian Grammer. We got a great mattress and excellent customer service. Adrian was even training someone and he still provided great customer service. Thank you all and Frank thank you for being a great leader.

If your looking for exceptional customer service and expertise about buying a mattress, make sure to ask for Tai! With so many options out there from buying online and trying out different beds, I was initially overwhelmed with the whole process. My first walk-in experience at this location was underwhelming as I wasn't given much attention other than an initial check-in, then forgotten about after that. I decided to give the store a second try and called over the phone and was pleasantly greeted by Tai who thoughtfully answered my questions and invited me to come to the store. While I was there in person, Tai was excellent at multi-tasking, taking care of multiple customers at the same time. All in all, Tai is a great salesman. Never pushy, he definitely knows his products and truly has his customer's best interests in mind. I wasn't sure I'd walk out of there with a mattress, but with Tai's help and assurance, I am confident that I made the right purchase! Mattress Firm is lucky to have him.

We recently had a five star shopping experience with Frank Romero at the Mattress Firm on Menaul Blvd. My husband and I went in to replace our mattress and were fortunate enough to work with Frank. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we went through the process. We finally selected and purchased a new mattress but after sleeping on it for a few weeks we decided it was not for us. We called up Frank and he told us to return to the store to pick out something different. Absolutely no hassle! We found a wonderful mattress that they delivered the same day. Best mattress shopping experience ever! I dread shopping for big items, but Tyler made this a pleasurable experience. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions but didn’t hover or make us feel uncomfortable. We didn’t feel pressured at any point and I really appreciate that. We bought two mattresses and another adjustable frame to fit our other mattress. Tyler was helpful and super accommodating to our schedule when it came to payments and delivery. This last weekend is the first time I have ever bought a brand new mattress but it is not the first time I have went looking. The difference between my experience last weekend and my other experiences lies solely with the excellent salesmanship of Mr. Frank Romero. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with- mattress testing is...to be honest, weird. Mr. Romero asked my price range and then showed me exactly what I described as my needs and my budget. He then LEFT while I tested each mattress he showed me. It was the most relaxed mattress testing experience I have ever had and for this reason I actually made it through testing several mattresses and then picking one and bought one!!! In all of my previous shopping experiences, the weird Hawking salesmen have precluded my shopping experience. Mr. Romero made all the difference. Then he gave me amazing pricing and threw in a bunch of other extras. I cannot express enough how great he was to work with. I highly recommend the mattress firm on menaul and Carlisle as he is the manager there and will make all the difference in your mattress shopping experience. Thank you Mr. Romero!!!

I only decided to go into mattress firm because of a sign spinner outside and I'm very pleased that I did! Very pleasant experience! We had just came from America Home across the street where we walked through the whole store and never was acknowledged. We passed several staff before we were about to leave finally asked if we needed help. We did not feel that's a place where we wanted to spend our money. Horrible customer service experience!! So i bought a Mattress at this location from Steve about two months ago. After sleeping on it, i just wasnt happy with it. Although i gots to say Steve was very friendly and had excellent customer service skills. I then contacted Ty at the same location and explained to him the situation and he asked me to come in so he could show me better quality mattresses. In my head i was like "typical salesman" he just wants me to go in to spend more money. So i went in and it was the total opposite. Ty was really concerned about my situation and actually cared that i wasnt sleeping well. Ty then offered me a better quality mattress for the same price i paid for the first one. We both have significantly different needs, as far as a mattress goes, and Tyler patiently, and knowledgeably helped us find exactly what we needed! Frank and Zac of the Gateway location gave me the one of the best customer service that I have received in a long time. Frank was thorough in showing me the mattresses and ensuring that I found the mattress that I felt comfortable with and ensured Synchrony Bank got my mailing address rather than my rural address. I went into the store knowing I wanted a matress more on the firm side because my soft matress wasn't as supportive as it used to be. The associate, Greg, was very helpful in showing me a range from medium to firm, according to my price range, sleeping positions, and the back pain I have sometimes. Once I found my matress, we completed a bank application and set up delivery for the next day. I was in and out within an hour and left very happy with my purchase. It was a great experience! :)

I have had my bed for seventh months now and I absolutely made the right decision with the bed and company. I originally purchased a bed from Denver Mattress for about half the price and I ended up taking it back for a full refund. All the guys at DM had to do was ask me if I wanted to look at another bed but the sales rep couldn't be bothered. Instead he just said, "We don't take mattresses back here." I got my refund, went across the street, the guys there spent tons of time with me even though I was indecisive, were patient, and helped me find the perfect bed that was twice the price... But I don't regret a penny of it! I'd go back again and again!

Overall the experience was okay the guy that helped me he did show me the sales mattress and base little disappointed because they're not honoring the the sale that is advertised for 799 sounds like they're not really interested in promoting the sale the way I look at it don't advertise it if you're not going to do it.

The assistant manager and the team there were incredibly patient and helpful with our mattress purchase this weekend. We had certain limits in pricing and they worked with us to get us into the perfect bed for our price and our needs. They deserve all the praise in the world and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Their courtesy and professionalism were above and beyond.
