So we do not like buying mattresses; but we really needed one for our bedroom; so my husband found this place. I was hesitant until we walked in the door. Place had great reviews and seemed reasonably priced, so I popped in. The salesperson was super friendly and made me feel like I had plenty of time to make a decision. Just bought a queen set and then came back and got a twin set. Sales guy (sorry I didn’t get his name) was very cool. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy. I got same day delivery on both orders, which is free if you live within 5 miles. He also threw in a free mattress protector on both sales which was very cool. The prices here are excellent. They have a nice selection for all budgets and some nice high end mattresses. Another plus: there’s a convenient parking lot. I won’t need a new bed for a while but I will recommend this place to everyone. Delivery guy is great too. Thanks, guys!

Stop what you are doing and go here!! First off it’s nice not to have a sales person follow you around the store as you awkwardly try out beds. The owner was the only person working and he nicely greeted us and let us be until we had any questions. There’s no pressure which was awesome! The beds are really inexpensive compared to the mattress chains, and there was a large selection. About 8 different mattresses to choose from which is really all you need. The mattress was delivered the next day, due to us shopping on a holiday, but I believe they do same day delivery. The delivery was cheap maybe about $40 and they took our old mattress away. I love this business because they keep it simple, it’s the owner and then another person who delivers. 100% recommend stopping in

Well of course I wait til last day of sale and they had sold out of the mattress I was looking for but the floor person was very helpful and helped us secure a beautiful new mattress set. Delivery $ was cash to driver when delivered and so wasn't included in price but when you live as far out as we do you make allowances for such expenditures. All in all, service was polite, courteous, friendly, professional and worth a five ⛤rating.

Amazing salesperson!! He wasn’t pushy at all. He even gave us space and let us test out all the beds multiple times. He was very straightforward about the prices and encouraged us to try different mattresses until we found one we liked. We found one and the price was exactly what was on the mattress. What a wonderful spot! My daughter needed a mattress as soon as possible. She found Discount mattress on the internet and we decided to just go look at see what they had to offer. When we walked in we were greeted by a gentleman named Eric. He was very nice and friendly! He was not like a normal saleman who is "hounding" you and trying to force sales. He asked what we were looking for and showed us everything and that fit what we needed and then gave us the space to look around and discuss the options. Look no further, this is the place to go. Eric is open, friendly and very helpful, as was Dustin the chauffeur, who also put the frame together in a snap for a low fee. Mattress is great! Eric gave me a price I was happy with but later corrected the price down $20 because he made a calculation error. I would not even have noticed. That pretty much tells you everything you need to know about this place. Now go there and shop!

The so-called 'free delivery' cost us $35 and is not same day delivery either. Free delivery is in truth only up to 5 miles from store. 1st problem Took the day off for delivery day and much cheaper mattress delivered at the very end of the delivery window. We called the store and were told he 'would correct it personally' to be delivered the following day. 2nd problem Took half of the next day off for delivery and another cheaper mattress delivered again at the very end of the delivery window. Shouldn't we have been first after their error? The delivery guy called the store and he was not certain if he would be right back with the right mattress or not. He did not come back and no one called us. 3rd problem Wednesday, we could only leave work an hour early, called store to make sure they knew. The correct mattress finally arrived. But we checked out the website during all this to find out that we were charged $20 more than the advertisement for that bed. 4th problem What galls me the most: no phone call to us to make sure the right one came. No offer to refund the delivery charge (which is practically a scam alone). No offer to refund the $20 overcharge error. This store is one friendly sales guy and a lot of bad management and possible fraudulent business practices. UpDate: We called the owner as requested and I will let you know how things go. Bumping one star to two until conclusion. UPDATE: Conflicted over final rating to give. We were refunded the bogus delivery fee... but they continue to highly market free delivery with no qualifier anywhere to buyers that it only covers 5 miles. The owner did offer that refund... but we had to go back to the store to get it. The store guy did give it to us and without malace... but also without any apology, only pressure to improve this review. The difference in price between the store charge and website advertised price was not refunded. The owner said his webmaster was at fault. But, he did offer a matress cover and I feel a third star was earned because an effort was actually made and many owners, sadly, just ignore reviews. Yet I take my role as local guide on google seriously and a fourth star is not earned. They did not actually take responsibility for being at fault. I bought an item, paid up front, receipt clearly stated what I paid for and it is offensive to excuse the delivery of the wrong item (twice) on "miscommunication" that never occurred. I give credit enough to the owner to go from one star to three but I would not go there again nor recommend them.
