My daughter and I bought a set for each of us. The sets were queen and the bed was adjustable. We both have loved the beds and after six or seven years we are replacing the mattresses. Our original experience was 5 star. Now again our experience is 5 star. Our sales man was personable, immediately helped and knew exactly what was purchased before and within a few minutes had done so again. This has been a great experience.

Joshua Telles was the sales representative who waited on my friend and I on 1/24/23.From the time we walked in to the time we left he was so nice. He was very knowledgeable of the mattresses we asked about and different needs they would serve. My most enjoyable experience in this visit was that he never used pressure sales pitches.We had just left a store experiencing just that. I did plan on buying anything that day as I was only there with a friend. I was so impressed with Joshua, I ended up making a purchase. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to replace a mattress. Great customer service! Thank you Joshua.

It was a good buying experience. Casey, the salesperson was knowledgeable about what was available in the unusual size mattress we wanted, and didn’t try to upsale us, and made sure we got all the sale prices and discounts available. The mattress hasn’t been delivered yet, so I can’t comment on that experience, but we’re expecting good things. Update - The mattress and frame were delivered today. The delivery men arrived well within the time window we were told to expect, and called about 20 minutes before they arrived. They were friendly and efficient and got everything set up quickly. Definitely a good experience.

Casey was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and very professional. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed. He even provided me a quote so I could take the night to think about it and talk it over with my wife. Casey was able to answer all of our questions the next day and was very patient with us because we basically tried every single mattress and pillow in the store. He is a very polite and respectful young man and I would highly recommend anyone to go see him.

We had a great experience here with Joe. He was very focused on customer service and making sure we had all the information we needed to make a smart purchase. They didn't have a base we wanted so he sent a temporary base with the delivery service and they set it all up for us. Once the correct base came in, they came out and set it all up for us again. The delivery guys were great as well. Very professional and careful. All around great experience and we will definitely shop here again and recommend to friends & family.

The store was clean but alittle cold. The sales person was not pushy n she knew her details of the finance side. Gave us the pros n cons of the financial process. Good personality n helpful. The only problem of the Denver mattress is the delivery time of the merchandise. I hope they correct the problem in the future. As a customer, you would like YOUR merchandise no later than 5 working days or sooner. Remember it's OUR hard working money that purchase the merchandise.

This store location was fantastic! We went in to test out the purple mattresses and ended up buying. The assistant store manager (I forgot his name sadly) was helping us. We never felt rushed considering we walked in maybe 30 minutes before closing. We did the 0 down 0 interest financing. Our payment is minimal and we can’t wait to receive delivery of our new bed!
