Starting with entry, the front desk staff was amazing. Welcoming, warm, enthusiastic to help.. The space is very well done. Laid out functionally. Modern. Great decor options. My facial as a service was good. On par with other standard facials I've had in the past. The woman who performed my service was nice, conversational. My only complaint here would be education during service. I'd like to understand what's happening at each stage, what's being used and way. Maybe have some recommendations on needs or products for my skin type and issues.

My husband and I celebrated Christmas with our first ever couples massage. This was also his first professional massage, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Everyone we spoke with was kind and welcoming. Our massage therapists (Eli and Shala) were incredible! They took great care of us, focusing on our problem areas or overall goal of the massage. My brain practically never shuts down and gives me rest, but this is the closest I've come to a silent brain experience. :) If you get the chance, be sure to check them out. You will not be disappointed.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming. Clarissa is amazing, as i enjoyed every one of my services. I initially received services from Hand and Stone in Denver Colorado. I was excited to discover there was a location in Kansas. Should you decide to sign up for one of the monthly packages make certain to review it in it's entirety.

LOVE HAND & STONE!!! Just left after an amazing facial with Anna. Seriously might have been the best facial of my life. Her technique is super calming and relaxing!! Just what i needed. My skin also looks and feels wonderful!!! Additionally, she waxed under my arms and they are silky smooth! Every person working here offers incredible service AAA+++

I am 71 years old and being treated for cancer. This was the first massage I have every had. They reviewed any areas that the cancer could be a issue during the massage. The massage therapist, Shayla asked me before we started if I had any area that I had need extra attention or any to avoid. She was very good. I have been having shoulder pain and she was able to greatly reduce it. I would recommend them to anyone would wants a great massage. I enjoyed this so much that I signed up for a membership.

Massage was great, but I got charged 10$ for a free upgrade that didn’t happen. Probably a misunderstanding but annoying to say the least. In addition in answer to your free upgrade In question. I went for my introductory massage and the therapist wasn’t there. So they offered me one of the lower 10$ upgrades. I initially declined because I wasn’t bothered. They were persistent so I said sure got stone mini. Then when I got there for the massage I checked in with the front desk, I told her that I could prefer an aromatherapy instead of the hot stone mini. She said sure gave me the options I picked peppermint. I never had a hint of peppermint during the massage nor did I see a diffuser. I’m down grading to 3 stars because you’re blaming me with your response and questioning the validity of my statements. I’m not coming back. Have a good one.

I joined H & S shortly after it opened. I continue to be impressed by their professionalism and high quality customer service. I see the same massage therapist and absolutely love her! I’m so glad they opened their facility close to my home. I highly recommend giving them a try. The value of quality self care is priceless!

Amazing! Had a massage and 1st ever facial! The massage experience was great! You control the music, temperature in the room, as well as the bed temperature. They also have a panic button for you if you ever feel uncomfortable. I had a facial for the 1st time and it was amazing! so relaxing...definitely recommend going to Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa!

The best spa experience i’ve ever had. When you first walk in, the staff do their best to ensure you’re comfortable and relaxed. My massage was top-notch and I have never felt more refreshed. I’ve tried many types of therapy for my back and hips, and massage therapy is the best solution i’ve found. In my opinion, Hand and Stone is incomparable to other spas in the Wichita area for their outstanding services.

However, this location lacks customer service skills and does not honor online bookings-they said there’s a glitchy system and no attempt to apologize or accommodate my booking was made I had received confirmation of booking, by the way.

I loved my massage at Hand and Stone. I had a really bad pain on my shoulder/arm area and Gary made sure to spend so much time on that area to work all of the knots. It was my first massage and his communication was incredible. He made sure to ask me if I was comfortable, he walked me through the whole massage, and he even gave me some advice on how to sleep so that I do not get that shoulder pain anymore. Besides my massage experience, the Spa is EXTREMELY clean and luxurious. The staff is friendly and so well educated. I was offered water as I waited and right after my massage Gary had another cup of water for me. Go to Hand and Stone if you want good prices, high quality services, a clean spa and a friendly environment!

Absolutely love this place! If you like relaxing this is the place for you. From the moment I walk in everyone is so friendly, kind, and professional. I get massages as often as I can (I have a couple favs) but have also tried their facials and more recently waxing. They do it all! I became a member because there pricing is amazing and they are always sure to tell me about specials which they have frequently. The owners call me by first name which makes me feel very welcomed. This is my go to spot! A+

Awesome massage with Jackson. I had no idea how tight I was until he began the massage. He was able to work out many of the knots and I felt better when I left. I love this place and make it a point to go once or twice a month.

I went in for my very first Microdermabrasion and facial. I have had facials in the past but never the microdermabrasion. It was supposed to be an hour long service for $99 us tip so I spent around $117.00. Over all it was OK But while my mask was on I just set there for about 5 to 7 minutes with no touching of any sort. My past facials that I've had at other places will usually give you a shoulder massage and arm and hand massage during that time. My service lasted 40 minutes And I was shocked when she told me she was done. For me it's something that I will never do again at that price and for what I received. Everyone was really nice Let the service itself was far from my expectations.

Yesterday I went into Hand & Stone for a dermalinfusion facial as well as a 1 hour massage. My experience could not have been better! I had terrible pain in my shoulder and Gary did some amazing stretches with me, working out all my knots. It changed me whole day, and I still feel great a day later. The dermalinfusion helped my skin so much! Who knew I had so many dead skin cells on my face! Ewww! 😬🤣 It brightened my face and I could tell an immediate difference when I was done with my service. 10/10 recommend Hand & Stone.

Clarissa does the most professional, therapeutic massage I have ever had. I have chronic neck and shoulder issues which often lead to muscle spasms, pain and headaches. Clarissa magically works out the knots; I have entered her space with a 3 day headache which is gone by the time I leave! Magic, I tell you!
