Great foot massage I got a hour with the guy with the long hair and wow it was amazing. He had great pressure and technique. They used comfortable recliner chairs and clean. It is kinda loud so not necessarily a relaxing place but still enjoyable.

Really great value! Good high pressure massage and technique. They also had good availability and are open late which is nice if coming after work. Had a 30 minute body massage and 30 minute foot massage. They ended up staying extra late for us too, even though it was a few minutes past closing. The foot massage was the best of my life.

Our group of 5 bridal crew came here for a “treat yourself” bachelorette time and we had a great time. We got split into 3 rooms, and did 30 minutes foot and 30 minutes body massage. My masseuse was Peter and he was very skilled. He applied the right amount of pressure and hit all the important pressure points. Highly recommend!

I was a walk in customer, they got me right in. Chairs For the foot massage were comfortable. The foot, ankle and leg massage was fantastic! Pricing is by the minute. Great value! Definitely recommend if you’re in Manhattan Flatiron district.

I come here a couple times a month and see whatever staff is available. Renew is the best. The check in system is slightly awkward because most of the staff has limited English (Many are from Fujian). For easier service, call ahead to confirm availability and if there isn’t an attendant at the desk when you arrive call the booking number again. They have another location down the street and send staff back and forth between. Get a reward card stamped—your tenth visit is free.

Reasonably priced massage. Accommodating staff. We had to walk down a few minutes to another building when we got there. But the building was renovated and looked better inside. The massage was good, especially for the price. Don't go in expecting a resort spa look at feel and you will be fine.

Just came back from my appointment and let me just say, best massage I’ve had in NYC, hands down. My masseuse was attentive to my needs and the environment made me feel comfortable and at ease. I didn’t feel like another unwanted guest as I did at many other places. And the prices are beyond reasonable.

Probably the best massage I've ever had! I got the 30 min back and 30 min foot massage for only $40 and it was absolutley amazing. The therapist put just the right amount of pressure that I wanted and the hot stones were sooo relaxing that I didn't want to get up. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere!

My friend and I came here after a long day of work (impromptu/no appointment) and they were easily able to accommodate us. I had Simon and LOVED not only his work, but his ability to read my body language when something was too much pressure (everything was perfect besides a spot on my injured foot). I really can’t say enough nice things about how relaxing this experience was. The place was beautiful and all the staff was friendly. Will for sure be back

The ladies are super nice and the price is unbeatable. I thoroughly enjoyed my 30-30 back and foot massages. I went twice in one week! They also give you a stamp card. I love me my stamp cards! Don’t forget to tip generously!!

Groupon was worth the price. Pros and cons below: + able to schedule the same day - rescheduled only to find out on arrival (no courtesy phone call) no masseuse available until a couple hours later - when we arrived the second time- man at the counter was rushing and impolite when we couldn’t pull up the second Groupon and requested to pay in addition to the Groupon their $5 tax before the massage, or even wait for the Groupon to pop up. Why not trust the customer that they’ll pay and tip even after the massage?! - actual massage was better than expected. Time was exact. Masseuse put in a lot of effort for being a deep massage which I appreciate. Hot stone was soothing. private room. Basic rough towels. - would come back but manage expectations as far as service and courtesy. download groupons ahead of time as their wifi connection or reception inside was not good.

Can someone remind me what tipping means? Why does it seem forced. I already paid for my services. It's weird asking someone for a tip and still being ungrateful. Instead increase the cost of your services, that way you don't have to make your customers feel uncomfortable or forced to tip. Aside that, it's a good place.

This is my go-to spot for getting either a foot or back massage. It is located on the second floor and when you walk in, you are greeted by the staff. There is a section of decently comfy foot massage chairs (I believe 6+ people can be helped at the same time). The price is amazingly affordable too. For a one hour foot massage, it is $30 and for a one our back massage it is $40. You can't beat that price! The masseuses are also strong and can feel where you are sore. I had a terrible neck and shoulder pain and made an appointment after work. The masseuse Judy was a HEALER. She knew where to press and how hard. I left feeling like a brand new woman! The only downside is that they do get busy sometimes, so definitely call and make an appointment.

Good prices and massages. I generally prefer females for my massage, but took a chance on a male, and it was really good. 1 hour for $45 is a great deal. Will be going back this week for more. Check yelp for current offers: now you get a 10 min foot rub included in the price. Just sayin!

My family and I spent 10 days over the Christmas and New Year holidays in NYC and I can honestly say the best part of my trip was my 90 minutes with Helen!!! After all the walking and shopping I have done these last 10 days, my feet and back were killing me. I did not have an appointment, but walked in at 10:00a.m. as they opened and they ushered me directly to a room. Less than 5 minutes from the time they opened until I was getting a massage. Helen was amazing!!! She seemed to intuitively know exactly what I needed without me even having to ask. I will be back the next time I am in NYC!

Not bad!! Masseur was not good at her job. Didn't seem like actual full body massages were her specialty. She was very random and all over the place. I won't sing the entire operation for her lack of knowledge. It's a very decent spot!

There was nothing 'bad' per say about my experience... It's just wasn't satisfying for me. I love a good foot massage and didn't get the bliss that I normally get. Additionally, they were pretty busy so instead of being massaged in the chairs up front, they had me go to a private room and lay down on the table. It wasn't comfortable.

If you are looking for a non-sketchy and totally legit quick spa, this place is great! It was exactly what I was expecting. Prices are super reasonable and the value is solid. Don’t expect frills - this is just like a reflexology shop you would see on the West Coast, if you are familiar. This is the massage version of an inexpensive nail salon, but if you aren’t expecting something fancy, you will enjoy this. I got exactly what I was seeking and had a fantastic foot massage from Peter. He was so good and I felt like he really care about doing a good job. He didn’t “chop,” my feet and legs as his only move and he took his time. It was great! From what I could tell, they don’t do foot and body in the chairs, like many other salons I have been, to - they will split feet and body work, where the body work is more like a typical massage experience, with a private room. I didn’t try that though, so just assuming. The place is clean and the people are all super friendly. Conversation is light, which is appreciated. My only major observation was the music. It seemed like one bad instrumental on a loop with some random animal noises laid over the music. Cats meowing, cows bellowing and goats/lambs. At first I thought there was a cat in the spa and then I thought maybe a kid playing a game somewhere, but when it looked again (and again) I knew it was the background noise. I would request they up their spa music game (happy to provide recommendations and even a USB drive), but otherwise, totally pleased with my experience.

Incredible amount of work on my body for such an affordable price, it’s unheard of, I will be coming back. Keep in mind it’s on a second floor so you’ll have to ring for it, the entrance might be deceiving.

My boyfriend and I chose this place because of the high ratings and the price. I personally haven’t had many massages, but he said this was one of the best massages he’s ever had. He said his masseuse was able to identify areas on his body that needed more pressure without him saying anything. The masseuses speak mandarin and not much English. Mine was super nice! (Unfortunately I did not get their names)
