Best massage in town! Better than the Four Seasons where, for years, I was a regular. These operators are groomed in a 4000-5000 year old tradition that is Eastern (obviously) medically based. You can tell them what areas you need worked. I even like my face done. Feet are important to address as we walk on them constantly. I hope this place does not move. I will be crestfallen as the service done here is a maximum relaxer and energy boosting protocol.You literally feel like a new human being after a 60 minute stint. The price is very reasonable and all the masseurs are highly skilled/trained and bend over backwards (no pun intended) to please their customers according to the intensity (deep tissue for example) requested. I always request a strong massage and by the time the hour is over the masseur is sweating as if he just finished a marathon.! He earns his 30% tip!

Really great deep massages. This is not for the faint of heart or the sensitive! Massage tables are all in the same room so there's no privacy and you don't take your clothes off (just jackets/sweaters and the like). Parking is horrendous as you can imagine, which made me late to my appt and they weren't able to shift my appt by ten minutes, so just be mindful of getting there on time!

I went to Meridian a few days ago and it was excellent. Didn’t have to call ahead since I went on a weekday morning. It’s a communal space with no frills and they give you a firm Chinese massage over your clothes. I opted for the hour full body and it ended with an amazing foot massage. Came to about $50 bucks, a bargain! Since we’re in the COVID area everyone was wearing masks and I wore a mask on the face up portion of the massage.

If your looking for no frills, fantastic massage, that relaxes you and gets all the knots out this is the place. Incredible pricing, fantastic masseurs. My friend recommended I try Meridian and I was incredibly impressed. Will be returning again and again!

Been going here for years, and I love it. No thrills, very spartan, and the massages are intense, but they really get the knots out. If you can put up with some pain, I'd highly recommend.

Dude. The best place in the area to get massages for cheap, but don't expect the typical American spa service. Come here if everyone is too light for you.

This is such a secret, tucked away gem for a no-frills massage. Don't expect candles or incense for this experience. You walk in and tell one of the guys chilling in the front that you want a massage. They'll take you to the back room, which has a bunch of slightly tightly packed massage tables. Other people will be enjoying their massage, so be respectful of that. They'll open a tupperware box underneath the table in which you should put your belongings. If you have any specifications, such as pressure preference or specific back location, let them know.

I love this place. Highly recommend. If you like Chinese acupressure massages, you should definitely check out this place. The service is excellent. It's a traditionally no-frills place, which I really appreciate. People walk in with pains and the massage therapists get to work relieving them right away.

Deep massage that works out all the kinks. This is a no-frills massage place, with several tables in an open room. If you want a spa experience, it's not for you. But if you want an intense, deep massage, and a low cost, it can't be beat.

Market price for Chinese massage. I told my therapist to focus on the shoulder but he didn't really listen. Def not a language barrier issue because I told him in Chinese. I agree with the previous person it definitely depends on who you get. Another thing was there was no dividers or privacy of any sorts. And the floor squeaks when people walk pass. Bright, and depending on who else is a customer, you might get weird moaning. ....

This is a little massage shop that offers incredible value for money. Nothing shady, just a couple of middle-age Chinese gentlemen that offer reflexology based massage. Prices worked out to less than a dollar a minute.

The best pain money can buy! If you like a very firm massage and / or are not a fan of the oils and scents hoopla of spas (you even keep your clothes on here!) this place is for you. I don't live in DC anymore but make this a priority stop every time I visit.

Not a “spa” experience but if you’re in the market for a superb, indiscriminate deep tissue massage at a great price this is your spot. I book ahead and ask for Chen but you can walk in too.
