I went to this Spa very stressed and sore from working quite a bit of overtime for weeks on end. I knew I needed my body relaxed and maybe cracked like a glowstick and my Masseuse did not disappoint! Sakoya gave me the perfect massage, focusing exactly where I needed it and giving me a neck massage that nearly made my eyes roll back. Everything was super clean through out the whole facility, with relaxing music at a discreet volume. They even give you a complimentary glass of your choice of drink and snacks after your session. If you are looking for a great massage I highly recommend this place. I also highly recommend you set up your session at least 24 hours in advance, because they do get busy.

This place is an absolute gem. I drove by this place on a whim and decided to check it out. The staff and customer service was very professional and outgoing. They were able to assist me in a relaxing facial treatment instantly. The waiting lounge was very home like and cozy. They offer wine and a plethora of beverages. My facial specialist was very friendly and simply amazing! She provided amazing education about skin care and went above and beyond for me for my skin care needs! I just didn't enjoy my spa day. I went to treat myself for the first time of a full body massage and facial and was disappointing. The massage table wasn't leveled so every rub was rocking the table and I couldn't relax. The massage therapist was not focused for part of my massage. I feel like she was on her phone. She sat down the whole massage minus maybe 2-3 minutes on one half of my back. During my facial at the very beginning some of the equipment stopped working but she did try to push through. It wasn't her fault. I do hope she gets like a small fan because she put something on my face that literally burned my nose and throat as I tried to breathe. She had to fan my face due to me struggling to breathe. The facial started like 25 minutes late. During everything they both talked and made me comfortable but I really just wanted to relax in quiet and get my massages. Maybe I went when they were having an off day but I do not plan to return.

My wife and I came here to get a couples massage. It was amazing. The staff was more than helpful and happy to help us find the right massage package and the service was amazing. My masseuse was impeccable to say the least and I definitely underestimated her. She was professional, talented in her skill and did the job on those knots in my neck and back. Been going here for a number of years and have never been disappointed. I cannot recommend them enough. The space is clean, warm, and inviting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, I receive fantastic service. The massages are excellent, and the glass of wine you get at the end takes the experience from a 10/10 to an 11.

Wine & Unwind... smells fabulous, refreshment n snacks very kind to offer, n the massage therapists are just amazing. It had been years for me n I finally scheduled my massage. This was a sweet surprise! Very clean, loved the spa setting, great massage! The only drawback for me was if I were to return, I’d have to pay a membership fee. Without the membership I could return but a $10 non-member fee would be added. Not a fan of massage memberships.

To say it was an amazing experience would be an understatement. Not only is it now black owned, but the service, ambiance, and atmosphere were on point. It genuinely was the best deep tissue massage I had in a really long time! I already booked appointments for the next few months!

I've gotten many massages where I ask for firm pressure, but it feels like the massage therapist thinks I'm kidding. Sakoya actually listened, and helped me feel so relaxed. My wife doesn't normally enjoy massages, and she even said she would happily do that again :)

Place was awesome. Great massage, they go the extra. I would give 5 stars if the beds where a little nicer/softer, maybe some memory foam on them. And I would of personally skipped the foot scrub, just didn't end up preferring the roughness.

Exceptional experience! My second time visiting for a massage, the first time for a 60 minute swedish and this time a 90 minute swedish. The next time I want to try the sampler package which includes hot stones. Very professional, clean, peaceful environment. My husband and I did the couples package for valentine's day and were extremely relaxed afterwards. We really enjoyed this experience together...lol I feel asleep the last 5 minutes.

Lovely place and great environment. Everyone is so nice and it seems like they really enjoy what they are doing. The only reason for the 4 starts is because of the 10$ up charge for a returning client if you don’t have a membership. Yeah it is 10$ but unfortunately that is something I feel shouldn’t be there. Such a wonderful experience! It was my first time booking a spa in the Virginia Beach area and I was looking for a establishment that was warm, professional and a beautiful ambiance. I booked a couple's massage for my husband and I, and I received prenatal. The massage therapist were kind, relatable, and they listened! I love when they ask questions before the massage and actual do what you expected. I fell asleep multiple times… that’s how I know it was amazing. Also got the cbd oil treatment, definitely recommended!

The experience was great. The waiting room was warm and comforting. The wood burning on the TV was a nice touch. The massage was great and the wine afterwards was phenomenal. I just wish the front desk was more welcoming and asked if we would like to tip our massage therapist. There was no option at check out and she kind of seemed uninterested in our experience. I at least expected the front to ask did we want to buy a bottle of wine or did you want little envelopes to leave for your massage therapist. I’m used to a spa in Hunt valley maryland so maybe it’s not the same here but it’s a suggestion.

From the moment I called to set up my couples massage I was very happy with the professionalism I was shown. The visit to the business only improved my impression of the business. The front desk staff were friendly and we were shown to a very nice lounge area to wait for our therapists. The therapists were very professional and used our names which makes the service very personalized. After the service, we were shown back to the lounge and given a beverage of our choice. It was a great experience and we intend on returning. The entire staff was excellent and I have already recommended the place to friends and family members.

I will literally never go to another spa in VB. They offer so many different packages and services. It’s always clean and peaceful, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind and communicative. And you get wine and snacks!!! My favorite therapist is Mandy. She is so kind, funny, and knowledgeable. She does a great mix of a relaxing massage mixed with therapies that will help you feel so much better. You will be relaxed but still sore the next day.

Outstanding Experience with my wife, We did the couples Massage and It was Amazing! From scheduling the appointment to Walking in and being greeted with such professionalism they walked us through the whole process since it was our first time. I didn't like how the fan was kinda loud though but It's alright. After the Soothing massage, we were gifted with a glass of our champagne of choice and was led to the Lounge with had a great array of snacks to enjoy. Overall Amazing experience. Would definitely recommend ! They also have a whole menu of services so I would check them out as well as a membership for discounts. Next time we'll be sure to try the hot stone one 👌

The best massage ever! My wife booked an appointment for me and her because we were heading down to VA on Saturday to do some house hunting and we needed the much needed R&R. This place was actually not our first choice, but since it had the schedule to open to accommodate us, she booked it. We’ve been to quite a few massage spas throughout Asia and United State, some with even a higher rate, but this place was phenomenal. The spas we' ve been to in the past would do “decent massages” but we'd feel bruised afterwards even after requesting for light-medium pressure & we were not as relaxed as we would’ve expected our bodies to be. But Wine & Unwind Spa went beyond ourexpectations. My wife masseuse ,Sheri/Sherine, listened to what she wanted more attention to her body and she was so delicate with each stroke of her fingers. My wife has never been so relaxed and comfortable to the point where she literally snored her way through the 2nd half of the session . She only knew this because because I told her that I heard her light snoring😂. But as much as she loved her massage session, it doesn’t compare to what I experienced. I felt so invigorated afterwards and was raving about it so much! My masseuse, Rochester really worked into my “crevices” (as I liked to refer to joints/hips/inner arms) but didn’t put too much pressure into my muscles. I loved it so much that I tipped higher than I normally would. As my wife would say, "the only reason I know my husband loved the services so much was if he tipped graciously because he’s very frugal." 😅. Kudos to the gentleman at the front as well, very accommodating and gracious! After the massage, we were escorted back to the lounge area to enjoy the wine, drinks and snacks they had there. To say it was worth every cent is an understatement. For an experience such as that, i wouldn’t mind paying more. They have a competitive price point and even if I feel like the experience should cost a bit more, I hope they don’t raise the price just yet! Lol😂. We plan in living in VA and this place has already left it’s mark on me. My wife and I will surely pay some more visit to this place once we settle in because it’s top notch, in our opinion. Put this place on your books guys, they are worth the visit!

July 31 was my birthday and i got treated to this spa by my husband. I got the particle body wrap on the 31 and the staff kindly schedule my other services the next day... On August 1st, where i got the Anti-Aging Facial and Swedish Massage.. OMG First off let me just say that all services was AWESOME! The therapists there know there stuff let me tell ya...and the wine and refreshments there is very mouth watering and satisfying. I had two glasses 😄. More about this place: Welcoming, Great Attitude, Wonderful Atmosphere, really felt Homey there throughout my whole visit. The whole staff there showed such consideration for me and took well-good care of all my needs. I've been to plenty other spa places but this one knocked all the others out of the water. It deserves more than 5-star. I will definitely be coming back!!

The moment I stepped in the door, the atmosphere & staff exuded quality and high-end. I got the best massage and facial I've ever had. It is a bit pricey but it was completely worth it so please tip! Located in a relatively non-descript strip shop on Virginia Beach Blvd you wouldn't have any idea that such an oasis exists just off the busy street. I stepped inside Wine & Unwind to find a wonderfully relaxing studio where I was welcomed by a smiling, friendly face behind the desk. I booked a 90 minute massage experience with Malik using a gift certificate I had received for my birthday. After relaxing for a few minutes in the lounge I was taken back to my room where I was allowed to get comfortable before the massage. Let me tell you something - Malik worked some magic on me over our 90 minute session!! Never too hard or soft with his hands he was able to get me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I would have loved 90 more minutes but I'm sure he had other clients to take care of that day! After the session I was given a glass of pinot grigio and allowed to relax, again, in the lounge with my drink and some snacks. I highly recommend checking out Wine & Unwind. You will be pleased you did. They have a menu of other services too so go online and see what things you like.

Gabby was an amazing massage therapist. Her pressure was firm the whole time she massaged me. I received the spa package which included a head rub, essential oils, a warm towel on my eyes, a warm neck pillow, a full body massage with reflexology on the hands and feet, a sugar scrub for the feet, and ended with hot stones and hot towels. I felt very relaxed and felt much better after the massage. The atmosphere was good with a delicious CBD tea afterwards. I highly recommend this place and especially Gabby for the massage therapist.

My service was the 90 min luxury spa package and all I have to say was Sakoya exceeded my expectations! I told her afterward that if I lived in the area, I’d be seeing her all the time.

Puumba was great in asking for feedback, and I could tell she was paying attention to how my body was reacting and was really thorough. Celebrating a birthday for two, I wanted to close out the weekend with a couples trip to Va Beach with a the hopes of all 4 of us getting massages , a great dinner and late night appetizers rooftop in an igloo. The assistant Manager went the extra mile !!! She called in therapist so we could ALL receive services at the same time .... on a Sunday!! We enjoyed our much needed massages and relaxed to the point where 3 of us drifted off to sleep a little ( the 4th one would have as well but his therapist was a little chatty) . All 4 of us had great massage therapists and everything about the environment encouraged relaxation. I am now planning a Girlfriend's trip and this will be a part of our scheduled outings for the weekend . We Will Be Back !

This was my second visit here and I must say this visit was nothing like my first. When my husband and I arrived we were greeted by the front desk staff and were told to proceed into the next room. This room is where the snacks are located. Well just like I noticed on my first visit, the snacks were expired, so we passed on that. We proceeded into the next area to receive our massage. I noticed the young lady I had this visit wasn’t the same lady I requested. (From the last time), but I figured something may have happened so I would just inquire later. We than proceeded to get our massages and once the session was over, I normally lay there a few minutes to enjoy the relaxation. However this visit I immediately got up, got dressed and was a bit angry! For the entire 60 minutes I did not feel relaxed or feel like I was getting the massage I came there to get. When we arrived at the front desk I asked the receptionist where was the young lady I requested and had the last time. She checked on the information to see who did I have last time, and told me that the young lady is no longer there. I really became upset then because I felt like I should’ve been given this information before I arrived or as soon as I walked into the door. That way, I would’ve had the option to either say I would be okay with someone else or just cancel my services for that day. Well needless to say, she just smiled and checked us out, not once asking me what my concerns were or offer me any type of compensation. Overall I did enjoy my very first visit here and I plan on returning; however I will be requesting a well trained therapist with much more experience than the last therapist! I also feel that communication need to be a key factor in letting the customer know their needs could not be met prior to arrival or as soon as you check in.

Not saying there’s no one that’s just as good as she is but my massager is the Best for me. She’s good with everything. Your company need to sure give her a bonus to keep her forever. I went here for my prenatal massage (39wks) and it was amazing and super relaxing! My masseuse was very attentive to my areas that needed more attention and needless to say I ended up going into labor later on that evening. My husband and I had a couples massage. We both said our massages were very good. Things we didn’t really like. Relaxation room was very uncomfortable with limited seating. There wasn’t an area to change before or after massage nor a shower area. The massage therapist hasn’t looked at the forms we filled out before coming in therefore didn’t have any idea what type of massage that we had scheduled.

I’ve been coming here for over a year never had a issue until 1/31/22 when I tried to surprise my friend with a couples massage. I booked everything ahead of time and then when we got there the first problem we ran into was them not able to find my name and my friend’s name in the system(when I’ve been there several times). Moving on, the massage was fabulous and relaxing 😌. We both got our wine after the massage which was delicious. We then went to the front deck to pay . They ended up over charging me and had me waiting for about 20 minutes trying to fix it and wouldn’t tell me what was going on tell after they called about 3 people up to the front to figure out how to solve the issue. Ofcourse, I was refunded my money back but I don’t like the fact that they were being kinda sneaky about not informing me that they had charged me too much money on my card , they kept saying we have a issue that we are trying to solve please give us some time and my friend and I kept asking them what was going on. I’m not sure if I will be coming back to this location anymore because of this! But overall the massage was great, front deck people could be trained better on how to correctly handle different situations.

My husband and I did the couples massage here as a Valentine's day gift. It was his first time and we both LOVED it! The staff were very helpful, professional, and considerate. The snack bar that is available to customers while waiting is such a nice touch, the wine was awesome (I highly recommend the pineapple wine--it was so good!! 😋🍷) and the quality of the massage was exactly what we needed. I got a spa finder gift card for my bday and I was soooo happy I found this place. I was having such a bad and decided I needed to treat myself. I was a little nervous arriving because I never treated myself to a spa day but as soon as I stepped in the door all the nerves melted away. From when I stepped in the door the atmosphere was calming and light and then to be happily greeted by staff members was amazing. I got a massage from Jordan and she was excellent. She took her time and always ensured that I was feeling ok. I also got a body wrap by Melissa and she was very professional and always checked in on me to make sure I was ok. I was able to get booked in the same day, was warmly welcomed, enjoyed some free snacks in their relaxing lounge, and then had the best massage ever with Amber. Her room was dimly lit, the table was heated, and the piano music playing was all I could hear. It was a perfectly relaxing oasis. Afterwards, I enjoyed a refreshing glass of Riesling before hitting the hustle and bustle of the airport. Very easy apt scheduling,(it was our first time, so I did it over the phone). Creating an account was easy as well, and if you do that first, it makes everything else much simpler. Very friendly staff. I was a little concerned when it was our apt time, and we had arrived 20 minutes early...but, we were greeted and lead back to our rooms on the dot! We were given about 5 minutes to change, and get comfortable, and then they got right to work! They took everything we mentioned into consideration. I found this company on Groupon and bought the deal for the couple's massage. We both agree that the massage was so needed and both masseurs' did a GREAT job. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because of the time was cut short, we started at 7:06pm and ended at 7:53pm & my boyfriend felt like although he did mention that he had some tension in his shoulder, he felt the masseuse spent a lot more time on that area and he stated she only briefly went over his legs which was another area he wanted time spent. Other than that everyone was so pleasant and patient! Will go again.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and I really liked the deep tissue/trigger point massage and the hot stones. The lounge is very cozy and it was nice that it allowed us to continue the relaxation together with drinks instead of immediately going back into reality. The price really adds up with 2 people though so I'm wondering if I could've found a deal with Groupon since I read about some people doing that - I would recommend checking it out. We were asked what complimentary drink we would like to have. They have everything such as teas, wine drink specials and beers. Also my husbands face donut kept falling out of place. However, the massage was excellent my husband suffers from back and neck issues and I suffer from shoulder and lower back issues. The business is centrally locally in the town center area of Virginia Beach, Virginia making it easy to access other business services. The appointment was through and confirmation was made via email and text message which provided the details of the appointment. The ambiance was inviting, clean, spotless with a spa like environment stimulating the mind and mood with calming music, scented humidifier, drinks menu both alcoholic and non and snacks/fruits. The host was welcoming, knew our names, why we were there and informed us about the appointment which was a couples massage. The intake process was completed on a tablet with a stylus provided by the business and an email was sent to confirm the information provided. There was a private waiting room area with a choice of seating styles and tables and a tv playing nature sounds and scenes. The massage therapists were polite, engaging and professional. The 60 minute massage felt like 15 minutes because we didn’t want it to end. The massage therapists waited for us outside at the end of the service with our chosen drinks. And needlessly to say we were ready to book our next service. Therefore from beginning to end the spa experience was seamless and felt like you entered an altered alternative environment enhancing the mind, spirit and body. The massage was nice overall. My boyfriend and I got here about 20 mins early to fill out the intake forms which were easy enough. The lady at the front counter was nice and friendly. Our massage was scheduled for 7, but we didnt get started until about 7:07, which was understood as we had to get ready. They were nice about asking about pressure and if we were comfortable. However, they ended the massage at 7:50 as I like to see how much "hands on" time we really get. Maybe read the fine print on purchases. Also, I dont know if it was supposed to be full body or not but the masseuses seemed to forget about our arms. Just something little I would have liked done. Wine was served after and we sat in a cute room and left.

I first found out about this place on groupon. Seeing the stars they had made me consider going to them. So I bought a couple's massage package and added on the prenatal massage for myself. This was my boyfriend's and I first official date so I was stoked. The atmosphere and staff was AMAZING! They provided snacks in the waiting area and bottled waters. Also it was very clean. Our masseuses were very nice as well. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because I was under the impression a full body swedish massage included chest and stomach. When we filled out our intake forms we also got to pick the pressure of the massage in which we both pick moderate... not knowing it wasn't going to be enough pressure for the kinks. Not really their fault because they allow open communication but still it wasn't what I was used to. I had the prenatal so I understand gentler hands but I left wanting more. That was my boyfriend's first professional massage and he liked it but it could've went better because he even asked about his chest and stomach not being rubbed. Before you book, call to ask questions so you're not like me giving it 3 stars.

The lobby was peaceful and relaxing while we waited, and the front desk staff was professional & inviting. We were guided to our massage room, and given ample time to disrobe and get situated. I changed my review from 1 star to a 5 for the following: this facility contact me to give us the best opportunity possible after a hiccup in scheduling Groupon consumers, and went above and beyond to do so, which includes adding services without additional cost. Communication still needs a bit work, as our needs were not communicated completely to the therapists and we had to re explain everything (i.e. we had to buy 2 single groupon for a couples massage, my husband wanted a female therapist and was originally given a man after this 1st request). However, what compensated is that the people here continued to strive to fix all errors. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and fixed most of my trigger spots. No other massage therapist as ever fixed my knots the way Keri did! I would fly out here to have Keri again! My husband is soft spoken and mostly quiet, but he voiced that he enjoyed his massage as well. Next time we are in VA, I WILL book Keri again. Thank you guys for going above and beyond to fix all the hiccups and making our vacation enjoyable.

I pulled a muscle on the left side of my mid back and the pain was completely debilitating and would spasm so that I was unable to sit, stand, lay down and made it very hard to breathe. I was on the verge of tears. The pain was definitely a level 10 when it flared up. I was able to get an appointment quickly and I saw Sylvia. Sylvia was very professional and was able to ask the questions needed to ensure she could address my problem. After 60 minutes of my massage I felt great. Muscles that I didn’t know were right and affecting the pulled muscle in my back were worked out and so was the issue with my back. I was able to sleep pain free last night and maneuver around today as I was before with some slight tenderness, but ALL WORTH IT!!! Thank you for allowing me to get back to my daily activities.

I've been to the Chesapeake location twice. It was a very good experience both times. The rooms were very nice, the staff was very professional and receptive to what I had to say. The heated beds are a very nice addition over the Virginia Beach location. We had some input about the service provided at the Blvd location. The owner and staff were very quick to resolve any issues and satisfy our requests and rectify the concerns that we had. I'd recommend K&K to anyone. Hands down the best deal in the tidewater area.

Best massage ever! Every place asks if you have any target areas and even though you tell them they don't focus on them...well not here! You say it,they listen and they focus! We went as a couple and my husband could not stop talking about how she found every knot and worked them out. We go every few months for massages because of arthritis and other ailments but we always come back to Wine and Unwind as being our favorite place! Hands down! Pun intended🤣

I love this place! Atmosphere is super duper nice and relaxing. I scheduled a body wrap for detox purposes with Ms. Puumba. You can schedule online or call in and I chose the online method. It was very fast and easy. I also called in to ask additional questions. They can send you the required forms online to read over and sign before your appointment. Make sure you read them! Always bring a change of under garments because the wrap goes over your underwear and bra (if you are a girl). Experience: The wrapping process was simple. You are taken to a room with a tv and get undressed so the attendant can measure you and then start wrapping you. They get really close to you so just be aware. I didn’t have a problem with it because Puumba was excellent at telling me exactly what she was doing every minute of it. Once wrapped and put in a suit you are taken to another room that is warmed like a dry sauna with another tv and reclining chair. You either sit there for 60 mins or 90 mins. I recommend purchasing the 90 mins as the results are way more than 60 mins. It was really nice and cozy! I had a water that they gave me to stay hydrated. Half way through they check in on you to make sure you are doing okay and then after your time is up they move you back to the bigger private room to unwrap you and measure again. It is really important to stay hydrated during the process of sitting and waiting because the wraps are tightly bound and your sitting in a hot room. :) Even though I was there for just the detox purposes I did lose three inches according to Puumba’s measurements which are precise as that measuring tape was out everywhere LOL. I definitely recommend this place and the body wraps and Puumba for wraps and/or massages :)
