I treat myself to Self Care Saturdays at least once a month. My rituals includes a facial and massage. Ugh!! Kate at Hand and Stone in Town Center Virginia Beach is the best. She makes my entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. She gives me tips on my skin car routine and makes me feel like a million bucks. Definitely book her immediately!

Brandon at H&S Landstown was incredible! He was attentive, took a real genuine interest in my skincare issues, had a great comfortable atmosphere and I felt really great leaving there and could absolutely trust him with my skin and what it needed. Would recommend him!

I went to the Landstown store and as soon as I stepped in the door I greeted as if I was family. I had Amanda for my massage and it was so relaxing. I had neck pain goi g in and I felt so much better as soon as I left. It was relaxing and just what I needed after a long day at work.

we just left our couples massage session and oh my goodness! from the moment we walked in the door the front staff was so sweet and helpful. the room was clean they even have bed warmers on the tables yall! my therapist was kenyetta and i’ll never let anyone else touch my body ! she is by far the best i’ve ever been too.she IS touched by god. that’s for sure.i’m so overly pleased and relaxed when i was finished i almost walked out the door without paying. i wish google let me give more stars because they deserve a 10/10 highley recommend!

I had my first appointment for a facial with Kate. She was very knowledgeable , efficient, caring and took her time to make sure all of face and neck area was examined and treated. It was the best facial I’ve had in years.

Front desk is professional, upbeat, positive, and very kind, willing to answer any questions I had regarding services. The massage! Among the best I’ve had. I am retired from the spa industry after a 20 yr career so that says a lot. Hand and Stone: you knocked this out of the park with excellent service! I did not expect to be wowed by a “chain massage store”. You have me hooked and will be my only go to for massage therapy in Virginia Beach. Sean gave me the massage that I would have given my client, very detailed, and attentive to my specific requests/needs. I give Sean 10 stars! He’s a fantastic body worker to whom I will recommend all my friends and neighbors. I look forward to going back to see him and getting some pain relief for my many injuries. Thank you Sean! This was my first time here. I received a 6 month membership/subscription as a gift. The staff on the phone when I scheduled my appointment were very pleasant and helpful. Upon check-in at the spa, the staff were very nice and helpful as well. There was a bit of confusion between me and the staff regarding the subscription I had because they kept asking me if I were going to use a credit, which had me scratching my head. My masseuse was Kelsey, and she was fantastic! Super friendly and paid attention to my sore spots, I told her about that needed work. Looking forward to going back for my next session in February!

I've been going to see Bri for facials since November 2021. She is hands down the best. Super professional, kind, and very informative. She definitely knows what she's doing. So I went here for my first time on NYE to treat myself with a massage and facial. My whole experience was professional and relaxing! But for me the best part was meeting Brie for my facial. When I tell you my first visit my skin was horrible but she took such great care of it got me on an amazing regimen and within three weeks my skin had a complete turn around. She loves and cares about what she does and doesn’t just push products to push. Highly recommend!!!!

Been here twice. First time we got a great deal on add ons. Second time was just me and it was a free massage! I've had Kelly and Taylor do my massages and they're phenomenal, educated, great listeners, and don't forget kind and professional! The front desk girls are always super nice and remembered me from last time which was nice! I felt noticed which is a rarity these days. They have a membership program that's super great bang for your buck. ONLY PLACE ILL GO!

A wonderful team! I was greeted by name as I entered and I had never been there before, it was surprising and cute. Emily was so easy to talk to, she immediately explained who my appointment was with and that she (Kelly) was the best! Emily and I chatted it up for a couple of minutes before Kelly came and escorted me to the room. Kelly was very professional and went over all options for add-ons. The massage was what I expected: relaxing, the table was warm, stones were hot and pressure was needed. The time was not long enough but isn't that always the case. :) After the massage, Emily was at the front to talk me through options on membership. Again, the team was super friendly, helpful and I will be back!

Janelle is awesome and has been able to get rid of some of my neck and should pain that I have had for months in just a few sessions! This is hands down the best massage place that I have been!

I had my second facial today with Breonna. I have been neglecting my skin for a long time and have been dealing with really oily skin for a while. I have seen improvement since my first facial a month ago but still have a long way to go. Bre does a great job explaining what she is doing and continually checks to make sure that I am still comfortable. As a man I did not have a skin care regimen and she is slowly easing me into a regimen to treat my skin. Her product recommendations have been spot on and she has a plan as my skin gets better. It is refreshing to see someone who is passionate about what they do and has the client’s best interest in mind. I love Hand and Stone Town Center and plan to be a customer for a long time.
