My experience at hand and stone was simply amazing it was the best massage I have ever had in my life. The staff was friendly and the area beautifully kept. My massage therapist Rochester is a uniquely talented individual. The manager Sharia is genuinely customer oriented and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed and I am so very thankful for it.

The Landstown Virginia Beach location is my go to place! The massage therapists really work with me to understand my needs. I am a twice a month client that goes for relief with chronic pain. I have been to many places for massage over the years and Hand and Stone has been my favorite by far. Membership is affordable, scheduling easy and most important, the massage therapists stay! Many other places the therapists come and go. I have my favorite massage therapist and go to gals when she is not available. Points program is pretty good too.

Booked a day of relaxation for a friend and she said she could hear the front desk staff’s entire conversation during her facial. Not sure if the walls are thin or if the staff aren’t aware they’re in a spa. The massage therapist and esthetician were great but Will go elsewhere in the future.

I had many massage at different location in the Hampton area. This Hand and Stone is super clean, and the moment you walk into the back it smell nice. It was very warm and inviting. Judy who took care of me was amazing! I wanted to fall a sleep but I had to much going on in my mind. Anyway I knew this would be my go to now for all my healing and relaxing needs. All the staff was super friendly I believed the owner took care of me when I checked out and she was so full of life. Purchased me a membership after this massage. ❤️❤️Totally recommend if you want an awesome experience. Price is like everywhere else but I find it to be more fair since is close to home I’m not driving far. Non membership prices is like everyone else. Membership price is fair no Groupon needed. No hoops to jump through.

First time at this spa chain. The location was very clean, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The check in was quick, the rooms are spotless. Therapist Jessica was AMAZING and worked through some soreness and knots very efficiently, including some I didn't realize I had. Will be back in 2 weeks for a 90 minute it was such a pleasant experience.

This was my first time getting a massage at Hand & Stone so I didn't know what to expect. Now I know not to expect much. Everyone was nice, friendly and professional but don't expect a spa experience. The room was cold and it wasn't until about three quarters through my massage did the bed start to warm up. I'm sure my masseuse noticed how cold I was still and decided to warm it up. The massage was way too gentle for my liking and felt like he was tickling me the entire time. He also did this weird thing where he clawed his nail into each one of my toe... weird and painful. I specified that I wanted to focus on the middle of my back but he spent the least amount of time on it. Maybe a different masseuse would have given me a better experience.

Second time coming here and it was knock out just like the first experience. Jena was my therapist and she is awesome, extremely knowledgeable, and a total expert in taking care of the human anatomy. Very friendly and over all Joy. Jena definitely knows how to make you feel brand new. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to be rejuvenated on another level and ask for Jena.

I had a gift card and wanted to use it for a facial. I booked an appointment online and showed up on the day of my appointment. I was immediately greeted by the women at the front desk who were both very nice. I met my esthetician and she took me back to my room. It was very clean and calming. It was my first time getting a facial so she walked me through what to do and what she was doing. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be going back.

I've been to this location twice and everyone from the front desk staff to the massage therapists have been very professional and friendly. I've had two amazing massages. Nost recently I saw Erin who was phenomenal. She helped me relax and made great progress on my tight muscles. It was by far the best massage I've ever had!

I’ve had 2 massages & they were both very good. I felt the massage today especially was tailored to my individual needs & was grateful for the therapist’s recommendations. I think the membership benefits are outstanding. They saved the day with the Mother’s Day gift card promotion today for someone who is so busy they are always scrambling last minute to get things done. They gave gift bags with free add-ons that made my gift cards look like I put way more thought into them. Glad I made the switch from Massage Envy.

My massage was fantastic! Jessica was amazing and was able to work out some deep knots in my back that had been there for some time. She was pleasant, explained everything perfectly, made sure I was comfortable with everything from the pressure to the temperature of the warming mat on the table. She even offered suggestions for future services to keep those horrible knots from coming back and wreaking havoc on my body. The membership program was a steal and I love that I can swap a facial or massage, freeze my membership, let my services build up, transfer them, and all the other perks! Plus, it incentivizes me to make time for myself, which I don’t do often enough. I can’t wait to go back!

Very professional atmosphere. You’re greeted by a caring staff as soon as you walk through the door. Rochester is a phenomenal massage therapist. I’ve felt better than I ever did since going to him. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience from walking in to walking out. The front desk does such a great job of making you feel like your welcome and allows you to relax before you get started. As for the massage itself, heated tables, excellent experience and super relaxing in the dim rooms. Highly recommend this location. Not as pricey as some of their counterparts. No mask required in the room.

I went to Hand and Stone Massage today for a prenatal massage at 37.5 weeks pregnant and was so happy with my experience. It was my first time going there and my husband set it up for me as a birthday gift. My massage therapists’ name was Kayla and she was heaven sent!! She was so sweet, extremely caring and so professional. I loved how excited she was to take care of this new mama to be. By far one of the best massages I’ve ever received. I was so comfortable and relaxed the entire time and left there feeling like a million bucks. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Facial - I was able to get a last minute appointment for a facial at the Hand & Stone on Landstown Centre Way this week. The service and staff at this location were above board. The room was quiet with the exception of the lowkey spa music which was relaxing. The facial in itself was one of the best ones I have ever had.

April at Hand and Stone did an amazing job! I've had my first day completely free of back pain in several weeks thanks to her help. She and the rest of the staff at Hand and Stone were welcoming, polite, and friendly throughout the visit. April assessed the issues I've been experiencing and was immediately able to focus on the target area. After the work was done, the staff at the front desk (sorry I forgot their names!) were able to get me rung up and offered to schedule a follow up massage. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with April at Hand and Stone!

I've never been to a Hand and Stone Massage place before, but I was amazed at how skilled and professional these ladies handle themselves here. I feel terrible because I can't remember my massage therapist's name, but she provided me with a 50-minute deep tissue and scalp massage in addition to the lavender-scented aromatherapy last Sunday. I was blown away at how deep she got into my muscles and paid attention to every detail of my physique. I left feeling ten times better than when I first showed up and slept perfectly later on at night. Highly recommend this location for a true, professional massage with various add-ons to enhance your experience and you will not be disappointed! Go check them out during your free time!

it was just ok. Didn't start on time (seems more par for the course these days) but they did give me my full time. i personally am not a fan of mando mask wearing. Ive been vaccinated, boosted and still had Omicron and still am wearing a mask in this place. Seems we just do stuff like sheep. Again, there are many other choices, ill keep looking for better.

Outstanding experience at this Spa. Went with my wife, and although Covid has killed Couples Massages, we were able to get into two separate rooms for a 60-minute massage. Great skill, atmosphere, and communication, and the price was reasonable also. Highly recommended.
