Once COVID restrictions allowed for massage again, I signed up for regular massages and I've been going ever since. From the kind & helpful receptionists, to the variety of providers, the service here has been exemplary. Cleaning, sanitation, and safety are a priority. You can schedule with the same provider or use different providers depending on your needs and schedule. Extremely reasonable rates, particularly if you become a wellness member, which is a month-to-month pre-paid program that gets you a discounted price with every massage you book.

Raquel was great. Asked a lot of questions both pre-massage and during the massage in order to determine what was best for me. 1.5 hours felt longer, which was great. Front desk staff were very friendly. Extremely bad cell service in the waiting room, though. No posted Wifi info, and none of the networks that showed up on my phone were obviously connected with the spa. Also there was a man in the waiting room for most of the time I was waiting who WOULD NOT STOP CLEARING HIS THROAT, which isn't really very conducive to "relaxation." Frankly, it's noise pollution--if it would be impolite to listen to music without headphones or smoke cigarettes somewhere, it should be considered impolite to clear one's throat.

Their booking system has issue that the online app won’t distinguish 60min session and 90min session slot. I usually book a month ahead. But every time I booked a 60min session online, their assistant asked me to extend the session by adding cost or canceled my reservation since my schedule fell into 90min slot. It’s extremely difficult to make reservation and the process is extremely annoying. The customer service is disappointing too. Update: the manager explained the situation and refund my unused membership. Although it didn’t work out for me, it may work out for someone have more flexible time.

Convenient: a few different ways to book appointments, good value for the price, highly skilled and friendly massage therapists, professional and welcoming reception staff, website includes bios & info on technique/style/depth level for each therapist to help you decide who to book with, easy parking, clean facility & relaxing atmosphere, comfortable & high-quality (hydraulic, heated) massage tables, and COVID-19 safety protocols are in place to keep everyone safe! Can’t say enough good things about this place, would definitely recommend to all! Have tried a few different massage-membership style places over the years and this is by far the best. Especially love Kathy, and have been seeing her for years. She’s an excellent masseuse and an all around lovely, warm person. Recently booked a last minute appointment with Jeanie— it was my first time with her and she was also wonderful!

Moment you walk into this studio your stress level and blood pressure drop dramatically due to the ambience they provide. To top that they make our safety a priority, so I felt very safe being here during these difficult times. Once I was with my massage therapist she really was wonderful. Asked questions and wanted to know my concerns and if I needed any particular area to work on. She applied the perfect amount of pressure. She was fantastic! I will most certainly return in the future!

My massage with Kathy was great. She really listened to what I wanted out of the massage and was very skilled. I was also impressed that someone from Elements called me after I made my appointment online to make sure the therapist I chose was right for me. That has not happened at other massage places and I really appreciated it.

I was beyond surprised with the level of cleanliness, professionalism and value for what I paid at this location. After hurting my neck falling asleep on my couch (an extreme sport after you turn 30...), I was in a lot of pain for days. As a last resort, I booked a massage here. Not only did they get me in the next afternoon, but Harmony was amazing and really focused the whole session on the areas that were causing me pain. I've already scheduled another session with her and highly recommend this location.

I have been a member for a few years now. The front desk staff is excellent. I haven't focused on a favorite therapist, instead rely on the front desk staff to review my history and schedule me with a good fit. It has worked out the majority of the time. I have a busy and inconsistent schedule. I like the fact that their are several therapists and I can usually schedule an appointment that works for me. Therapists are well trained and if you are a member the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend a monthly massage at elements!

Wow. I have never been so satisfied with a massage before. Front desk women are wonderful! Made sure I was comfortable while waiting and offered me all possible! I got a 90 min massage from Samantha Lynn tonight, she was extremely professional & provided the best massage I’ve ever had. Seemed like she cared about my problem areas and made sure I was loving my massage the entire time. Will be returning ASAP!!! Thanks Samantha!

I’ve been going to Elements Massage for almost three years now on a monthly basis and only get level 4 massages. The level 4 therapists are amazing and very friendly. Each has a different style and specialization so it’s good to let the receptionist know why you’re there and what you want for the best client-masseuse match. The front desk is professional and very accommodating. The reception area is relaxing although I’m never there for very long since my masseuse greets me after only a few minutes of arriving.

From my first step into Elements Massage in Crown Hill, I begin to relax. The receptionists are warm and welcoming, the decor is calming. I have seen many therapists and each one is competent and accommodating. The membership program is great. It is flexible for those of us with busy schedules - if I can't get in one month, my massage is banked until I can use it.

Didn't catch the names of the front desk receptionists but they were super nice and friendly as well, made me feel welcome and it was fun chatting with them! I did not expect complete relief from my back pain but, not only did she help, she gave me a detailed list of the areas she worked on. As to the massage, I think it's good that there are so many therapists to choose from so you can find the one who currently meets your needs & personality. I always feel welcomed when I come in. I thoroughly Enjoy Every experience I get to encounter with the Amazing Staff at Elements Massage, North Seattle on Holman Road NW. From the time I come through the doors and I am greeted in such a Courteous and Caring way, I am already put in a very relaxed atmosphere and that is before my Wonderful massage! I can honestly say, I have Never received a bad massage from here! I have seen many massage therapists over these past Two to Three years! This is my choice, because I want to always see how my body reacts to different styles of massage therapists. I recently came in and I believe that I have found someone that I will continue to see again and again. I received one of, if not the Best massage that I have ever experienced in over 10 years of receiving massages from all over the northwest region! Josh, was very thorough and always Respected the pressure that I asked for. He is Very Professional and an Excellent Treatment massage therapist *(as well as relaxation massage)* and listens very intently. I even had Josh ask about a couple of areas that I had even forgot that were bothering me. I am disabled and in a powered wheelchair and powered scooter. I am Constantly in pain! From my neuropathy in my legs, up into my hips and lower back. My stress carrying area of mid back and into my shoulders and neck. Everywhere Josh had worked on, just was Feeling Amazing for these past 2 weeks since my massage! I know that I usually feel better immediately and this was no different, it has just remained this time and I had to rebook another session right away, before I left Elements Massage for that day! I am Extremely Pleased with my entire experience and Very Happy I rebooked another 90 minute massage with Josh! I am really looking forward to my next massage with Josh. He did such an amazing job at helping to release so much of my pain!!! I want to make sure to Thank You All at Elements Massage, North Seattle on Holman Road NW. My experiences have been Incredible and especially now, when I need that extra relaxation and reassurance with my disabilities! Being a Member of Elements has totally decreased my stress levels in an unexpected way. I am happily nudged to get a message every month and I am thrilled to be reminded about the how important self-care is to one's self-wellbeing. Since I tend to overlook my own needs between running a business, being a wife, Covid-cooking, and caring for my aging adults, it is that time on the table which makes my mind and body say...ahhhh, and this seems to renew my whole attitude for weeks until my next appointment. Everybody there is gentle and kind to match the ambiance. I love stepping into their world and escape mine in a very healthy/healing way if even for an hour.

I was skeptical of a "chain" but this place was very soothing and nice on the inside. My particular massage was a little more intense than I would like but that's my fault--I needed an appointment at a particular time and took what was available. Level 4 pressure is no joke! I will stick to level 3 if I return.

Great massage - Top 3 ever! My partner and I each had wonderful massuses who were attentive to our requests for what style we wanted. My only critique would be the upcharge for using aromatherapy oils, etc. I'm used to that being a part of the service. Will definitely be going back!

Wow! Rarely do people go above and beyond to ensure your true happiness when a problem presents that isn’t their problem . Due to weather we couldn’t make our massage times, we purchased a Groupon that expires before we could fly back into Seattle.. I spoke to manager and they said to come back when I could which was what I wanted to hear :) great customer service! Can’t wait to meet these kind people !!

Elements Therapeutic Massage is the best for massage in the Ballard/Crown Hill area and in the whole of Seattle. I recommend Jamie, the best therapist for any of your needs. Any body pain/issue I have she can resolve with deep tissue or the other massage techniques she is trained in, which are many. From my first contact with the staff at Elements, I have been impressed. The prices at Elements are very affordable, better than any other salon I've used. So, book a massage, with Jamie, at Elements Therapeutic Massage, you will be glad you did.

Go see Taylor. Woah. He is the best massage therapist I've ever seen. We worked on some chronic pain I experience and made significant progress in the time I've been seeing him. The whole place is really nice and they have a massage therapist for you no matter what kind of pressure or store your hoping for, I just can't recommend Taylor enough for his skill and care.

In the beginning of 2018 I started going to the Elements Massage on Holman Road, and was blown away by my experience with Rebecca. As a massage therapist I know how difficult it can be to offer an experience that is the perfect mix of treatment work AND relaxation, but somehow Rebecca has mastered that. Her presence is kind and nurturing, so I was immediately put to ease. On top of that she has been practicing massage for nearly 15 years, so her knowledge and skill are beyond what most therapists have to offer. I feel quite lucky to have found her.
