Reviews of The Anatomy of Wellness

I’m so grateful I found Briana! I came to her after suffering some lingering knee pain and the 30 minute assessment really allowed her (and I) to understand the nuances of my body and how I’m moving, before starting a corrective program. As a yoga teacher and triathlete, she taught me so much about my body and the way I’ve been moving which was fascinating. She kept things simple and approachable, always keeping my best interest at the forefront. I highly recommend her!

I am new to resistance training and needed some help figuring out a training program that was customized for my goals. I want to avoid injuring myself and learn to move correctly and safely. Brianna delivered! She’s knowledgeable and has helped balance previous injuries with starting a workout program. I love that we can also do virtual personal training sessions that focus on corrective exercise. Highly recommend!

Working with Brianna as a health coach was amazing (not just because we have the same name)! I connected with her right away and I loved her approach to health and wellness. It’s not all about physical health, diets, or exercise. It’s more like working with a therapist or friend who hears all aspects of your life that are affecting your overall health and happiness and helps you set goals with those things in mind. She helped to give me the tools to set and stick to my goals even after I finished working with her and helped me realize that reaching my goals was more of an inner work, too. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs some help with goal setting, accountability, and guidance in their health journey.

My son an I were in the Salt Lake area skiing. We were able to get appointments late on Saturday afternoon, our last day. Jen was amazing! I’m a regular massage user and while my therapist back home is very good, if I lived in the Salt Lake area (or begin to spend part of the year here), I’d be a regular customer of Jen’s. She really listened to any issues I had, then asked very helpful questions some of which I had not heard before. I have a few things to talk to my regular therapist about once I return home. Bravo and many thanks!!

Brianna is amazing! The work she does is incredible. From body work, to personalized plans, to connecting health and mind, she is always able to give good advice and help pinpoint issues to keep me healthy and safe. I've got hypermobility (potentially hEDS) and the exercises she teaches me that I take home help me build up joint stability so that I can enjoy the things I love to do in a healthier, more stable and pain-free way. She's also just a great person to chat with, and is great at building rapport. Even when I forget to do my exercises, we always start at a clean slate of "let's try again this time" rather than me feeling guilty for not staying on top of my exercises. 10/10!! 💪

Brianna is truly the BEST! I have been to other physical therapists and she really goes above and beyond. She takes a very holistic approach and is willing to do research to help you and your specific situation. She has built a program specifically for my hypermobile joints. After just a month of working with her, my body is significantly stronger and more stable. She is extremely knowledgable and will explain things to you in a meaningful way. Brianna combines massage therapy and exercise programs to make sure you are getting the best possible care. She does a great job making you feel welcome, supported, and comfortable. I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with her!

I have been to many healthcare professionals including PT's, chiropractors, doctors, etc... and no one has been able to deliver the results that Brianna Clark has produced. I haven't been able to do many activities do to pain whereas working with Brianna and doing her program I have been able to introduce running, hiking, as well as many other activities virtually pain free.

There's a reason all of the reviews here are consistently five stars...The Anatomy of Wellness does a fantastic job! My first experience was pure luck as I was trying to find an opening for a massage therapy appointment somewhere close to home after tweaking my back at the gym. It was clear from the onset that Brianna was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. While the massage experience was awesome, what piqued my interest most was the CoreEx corrective exercise program Brianna introduced me to - a program specifically designed to identify physical imbalances/weaknesses and then strengthen them with corrective exercises. Not only have I noticed an overall improvement in strength and mobility, more importantly, the nagging lower back pains I've experienced off and on are gone thanks to the program. The combination of knowledge sharing to understand how my body was compensating for weaknesses/imbalances coupled with a dialed corrective exercise program/plan has been the perfect formula for me. Couldn't recommend Brianna and her program more highly!

I was so grateful to find The Anatomy of Wellness after my favorite massage therapist of all time moved away. As a practitioner of an accompanying modality, I am very picky about the quality of care and many of the therapists here have met or exceeded my expectations. I jump around between a few people depending on scheduling and what I need. Hannah's use of the Hendrickson method was new to me, but I have grown to love it. It goes beyond traditional Swedish to retrain my muscles and the effect seems to last longer. Natalie is great with the deep tissue work! She knows the body very well and I've been impressed with her level of expertise. Both ladies are personable, and give me the space to blabber or be quiet depending on the day. You will be in good hands! In addition, the space is comfortable, clean, and inviting.

I've been lucky enough to have monthly 90-minute massages with Brianna Clark for the past two-plus years. I've had many massages from other therapists over the years and can highly recommend Brianna. Her touch is experienced, confident, and sensitive. Often I feel like her touch is subtly inviting my muscles to relax, rather than pounding them into looseness. I often come away with more awareness of new parts of myself... It's a more skillful approach than I've often experienced. While I haven't had any chronic injuries to deal with so far, I've regularly gone to Brianna with tweaked shoulders or tight neck and hands and have always noticed an improvement in any area I've asked her to focus on. She also massaged me during an entire pregnancy and was sensitive and aware of different needs my body had then. I've given massages with Brianna as gifts to several of my family members and they all loved her too - my sister-in-law still talks about how she helped her sciatica. Also, I really appreciate the vibe of her office - always clean, nicely lit, good music, with a sweet little relaxation room to spend a little time in after a massage, with beverages and tea and snacks and such. There is an attention to detail and tastefulness throughout the whole experience that you don't find everywhere.

Jen is a magician. I have a complex surgical and pain history and while I’ve had massages that are pleasant, I’ve never had therapeutic massage. My progress improved exponentially, as soon as I added regular massages with Jen into my regimen. In just a few sessions with Jen, my PT was shocked at how far I’d come in such a short time. It was the missing piece I didn’t know I so desperately needed. If you are in pain, and are post-accident, pos-surgery etc, this is where you belong. I can’t believe how much money I wasted on the wrong kind of massage. (Prior to coming here, I didn’t know there was a wrong kind, but for me, there definitely was.)

Highly recommended!!
I sought out orthopedic massages due to my profession and passions in the mountains climbing and skiing. Since, I have been extremely grateful with the clinical massage and body work Brianna and Troy have done. Both are very professional, talented and knowledgeable individuals. They invest the time to assess your body and discuss your needs. Over the past few months, Brianna has taken a genuine interest into my pursuits to discuss exercises and stretches for preventive overuse injuries so I can keep doing what I love.
Whether it be relaxation or sports related, look no further than Anatomy of Wellness for a qualified and caring group of individuals!

Jen is the best! After double hip replacements my body was still "off" and Jen knew where to find the muscles not firing, those that were over compensating, and rehab exercises and tips to really get my body back to its best mobility and flexibility. Massage by someone who knows the body has really rounded out my rehab and I'm grateful!
Liz Canhoto
I recently started seeing Jen at the Anatomy of Wellness after having disk replacement surgery in my back. Being immobile for so long caused issues with my muscles engaging correctly, once I was able to start moving again. Jen has been amazing at pinpointing which muscles are over compensating and which aren't engaging at all, to get me moving again without causing any additional injuries' or muscle strains.

Our office arranged to have Brianna from Anatomy of Wellness drop by to give our whole staff chair massages today. I think quite a few of us were pretty skeptical about it initially, but I have to say, by the end, our entire crew unanimously agreed that it was an awesome experience. Brianna was very organized and had us in, out, and happy with remarkable efficiency. When she starts the massage, you can immediately tell that she has a lot of experience and is quite adept at quickly finding out how to tailor the massage to your individual needs. What a great little workday treat! Now how do we get our company to bring Brianna back?!

Best massage therapist in town! Brianna at The Anatomy of Wellness is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. She truly cares about her clients wellbeing!! I had consistent pain in my upper back and shoulders from my job when I started going to her about a month ago. Now feel great and don't have to deal with it anymore! Highly recommend her to any and everyone!
Cassandra Bivins
The CoreEx program with Brianna has been amazing! After years of bad habits and a significant leg injury, I was experiencing pain and limited movement to the point where I wasn’t able to do the activities that I enjoy. In just the few months that we have been working together, Brianna has put together a corrective exercise program that has taught my body how to move correctly again. I have already noticed such a big difference and see progress each week. Brianna is so passionate about her work and is so great to work with!

Let's talk about clinical massages everyone, because if you haven't had the chance to try one.... you definitely should! I can't even begin to explain how much Brianna has helped relive my chronic back and shoulder pain. She's super professional, personable and she's got a talent for soothing sore muscles either due to stress, injury, or in my case, awful posture. I would recommend her clinical massages to anyone who needs work done, specially if you are looking for a professional who cares, knows what their doing and will actually help you. Thanks Brianna!!

I am so thankful that I found The Anatomy of Wellness! I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone who is looking for a massage therapist who truly understands the body. I first came to Brianna as I was returning to running after a long period of frustrating injuries. I knew that I needed to find a way to take better care of myself, so I decided to give massage therapy a try. As someone who has been to a few different therapists in the past, it has been hard for me to find someone that I wanted to consistently go to. After my first visit, I knew that I would be a repeat customer! Brianna has been able to work with me through specific tight areas and weaknesses, and my regular visits with her have become such an important part of my maintenance routine. She always takes the time to understand what you need and asks for feedback so that she can customize her approach. After over a year I am still injury free and I will definitely keep coming back!

Natalie at The Anatomy of Wellness is an excellent therapist. On my first visit, she was able to alleviate the sciatic pain that was plaguing me and keeping me from sound sleep. She is knowledgeable, warm, intuitive and thorough. She is now assisting with improving functional movement and knee issues. I highly recommend Natalie!
Kevin Rhodes
I have been one of Brianna's patients for 3 months and I only wish I had found her sooner. She has an incredible gift of healing. I sit an office all day in a high stress, fast changing environment. By the time I walk out of my session with Brianna, I feel amazing peace of body and mind.
She has great technique, excellent intuition on what the body needs, and communicates very effectively to ensure the highest quality massage. She is very professional and yet personable and easy to connect with. This allows me to feel totally comfortable, relax, and just breathe and feel exhilarated during the session.
Her location is convenient, has plenty of parking, and the office is elegant, clean and professional. I strongly encourage anyone considering massage therapy to contact Brianna right away before she books up!
Sean Umipig
Brianna is a high quality and very experienced therapist. She takes the time to get to know you in order to build rapport. On the several occasions that I have seen her for massage therapy, I am always imparted with a sense of community - like meeting up with an old friend. During a session, she makes it a point to understand the right amount of pressure to use and to also focus on any specific problem areas. I highly recommend Brianna and The Anatomy of Wellness to all.

This place is awesome! I have received clinical massages from Kristen and Brianna and both are terrific!. Very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. They take the time to gather enough info about you to tailor the clinical massage to your particular needs. I have been given exercises to do at home that have very helpful. Overall, my back pain has significantly lessened after only a few visits. I have gone to 2 other places and these guys are far superior! I highly recommend them.
KC Christoffersen
I love it here!! I'm a big believer that a massage is only as good as your relationship with your therapist, and Riley has been terrific. She does targeted and concentrated therapy on my back, neck, and shoulders. Whenever I make a comment (if needed at all) she responds quickly and maintains that level of pressure well. Plus, she's just a great human. Never going anywhere else. They have it all.

I had never been to a masseuse before, but with my neck killing me I did some research around and selected the Anatomy of Wellness. Their office was very soothing to visit, but more importantly, the work Brianna did on my neck was absolutely phenomenal! Within seconds of the massage, I realized she had a knack for determining the critical knot spots and worked diligently to relieve the stiffness and pain. I will definitely be going back again and would recommend them to all my friends.

I ruptured a disc in my back a few years ago, since then I have been to physical therapy, tried massage therapy, and visiting chiropractors. Everything help a little, but there was not one solution. In just a few weeks of taking their holistic approach to healing I have felt better than I have in years. They took a deep look and mapped out my body mechanics on the first day, helping me realize how much my body was out of alignment to avoid pain, now we are correcting the body mechanics and I now I can do much more than before without pain. I wish I knew about this place years ago.

Brianna has truly helped to improve my quality of life. I went to her with neck pain and stiffness that caused me problems on a daily basis. The deep tissue massage techniques that she used targeted muscles that I didn't even know I had, and that I certainly would not have attributed to my neck problems. But clearly she knows her stuff because my neck is doing so much better and I now know some areas to massage myself if it starts to get stiff again. I highly recommend her work.

I've been to Pure Bodywork several times and have had a great experience every time. Brianna is by far the best massage therapist that I have ever been to. She creates a friendly and comfortable atmosphere that makes it very easy to relax. You can tell by her technique that she has lots of experience and can target any areas of the body that needs attention. If you're looking for a massage therapist in Salt Lake City, you won't find a better one than Brianna.

I have been struggling to recover from hip replacement surgery. The physical therapist recommended that I get some Clinical Massage Therapy and gave me Brianna's card. I am so happy with the results. Very enjoyable massage, plus I am finally walking without a limp. I signed up for a four message package and am considering another round after this because the clinical massage has proven to be so successful.

I'm so glad I decided to visit Brianna and have her help me with my posture. My entire experience at The Anatomy of Wellness was a great one and I can't wait to go back! After only one treatment I can tell what a difference it has made with my posture. Brianna is extremely knowledgeable in her field and truly cares about helping her clients. I would definitely recommended her!

I’ve had pretty bad lower back pains that put me out of work for a week. I’ve seen Natalie and Riley here for only 3 weeks and my back has been 100% better. They set me up with protocols I can do at home to help strengthen my back and make it more stable. I’m always soo relaxed after my sessions and feel comfortable in the environment they set up for us. Really happy and satisfied I found The Anatomy of Wellness.

Cannot stress how grateful I am for this place. Brianna is truly knowledge and passionate about her craft, targeting both the back pain I came in for as well providing a wholistic plan that has me feeling the best I have in years. Whether you’re interested in massage or physical repair / therapy, do yourself a favor and call today

Over the years I have gone to many massage therapists. Brianna is excellent at her trade and I have really looked forward to the monthly massages. The location is perfect and very relaxing and quiet. She seems to know exactly what I need each time and I always leave relaxed and refreshed. I can't recommend her enough.
Sean Smith
Brianna is simply the best massage therapist that I know! I love to run and recently completed the St George Marathon in 3:47:23. This was my first marathon and there were many sore days and minor injuries along the way. I do not think I would have been able to have done as well as I did without Brianna's help. She knows exactly how to work out the sore spots without completely beating you up in the process. She truly cares about her clients and enjoys helping people
Heather Mooney
Brianna was so awesome!! She is very well educated and by just looking at my posture, she knew exactly what I needed! She really understands how all your muscles, fascia, etc is connected, and after just one visit I feel a huge difference!! It is SO hard to find a massage therapist who knows what they are doing! Your search stops here!

I have been going to Brianna at The Anatomy of Wellness for about a month, and I'm truly astonished at how much she has already helped me. I was referred by a co-worker who said she has the gift of understanding how to quickly figure out how to alleviate a person's pain. I have had a pretty awful year of back pain from a herniated disk and other associated problems, and have tried physical therapy, other massage therapists, and other remedies, and nothing has been effective. But from the first day I went to Brianna, my pain has been to reduced to almost no pain at all. It's really incredible and has vastly improved my quality of life. In addition to her rare clinical skill, she's very warm and professional. I just purchased a new package of sessions with her and expect to continue long into the future.

Our company recently brought Brianna in to provide our employees with mobile corporate chair massage services. After describing my general complaints associated with having a desk job and my poor posture resulting in neck and shoulder tension, Brianna was able to target my problem areas and I had instant relief of an ensuing headache. She really does an amazing job and she is very professional. I would highly recommend her - We love The Anatomy of Wellness!
Justin Hudak
Had a great service from Riley and was able to be seen the same day! She did several treatments integrated into one and gave me some things to do on my own. My neck and shoulder pain is virtually gone despite continuing to be active at a high level. Would definitely recommend Riley and Anatomy of Wellness
Matthew P
Brianna was great! Didn’t talk about my energy or my chakras even once! 😬 She just focussed on relaxing the muscles and soft tissue involved in the problem after a thorough intake and assessment. Spent time to educate me on corrective measures and sent me take home material to improve my neck and shoulder. The massage itself was excellent. I highly recommend this place!
Anastasia Lamb
I use The Anatomy of Wellness for sports massage therapy as well as corrective exercise. Brianna and her team are some of the best therapists in the valley. Their services have helped me regain my athletic performance and fitness after an injury. If you are an endurance athlete looking to recover well or perform better, I highly recommend The Anatomy of Wellness.
Bryce Romney
My massage was wonderful! Brianna was super nice and accommodating, asking what my preferences were right from the start. I didn't have any specific areas of discomfort, but even then, she was able to find places of tension I didn't realize I had. She worked through them with just the right amount of pressure. You can tell she knows what she's doing!

I was introduced to Brianna by my children who commented that she was the best massage therapist they had been to. Both of them experienced great results with their muscular issues. I had been suffering from intense headaches and facial tingling for the past two years. At the point I went to see Brianna I had visited with my doctor and had no answers. I thought I might have MS, a tumor or fibromyalgia and was about to return to the doctor for further testing. I decided to see if Brianna could help. As she worked my neck and back muscles I could feel every trigger point sending the exact headache pain I had been experiencing right up to it's place of origin. After four sessions I am so happy to say that I have not had a headache for the past two weeks. I am VERY impressed with her skills and ability to understand the muscles, their place of insertion, and how to relieve pain. I'm so excited about this new relationship I have with Brianna as an excellent allied healthcare provider in massage therapy. Thanks for you expertise, Brianna!

Highly recommended! I had pain in my jaw from arthritis (and probably overuse. But that’s another story). It became so intense I could barely bite down. Brianna found all the right spots and really pulled me out of crisis. I went for four hourlong clinical massages plus some 30-minute tuneups. The pain is almost completely gone. Although I may need to manage it going forward, it IS manageable, thanks to her skill. I wish this type of clinical massage was a covered medical benefit. People wouldn’t fall back on pills so reflexively if skilled practitioners like Brianna were recognized and reimbursed by the medical establishment.

I've been working with Mark for the last month on my posture, and movement analysis and corrective excercises, specific stretches and movements to improve my aches and pains due to an arthritic condition that has been doing a number on me recently! Mark is extremely knowledgeable concerning exercises and corrective movements to improve not only movement, but also health and well being!
Riley is a massage therapist that I have been blessed to cross paths with. She has incredible sense of what is going on with my body and what to do to help me. Fantastic massage therapy knowledge and technique. She has and continues to help me to relieve tension and knots that I think I have probably had for years.
Fantastic group of people to work with and would recommend them to anyone looking for relief and/or improvement in their lives.
Thank you guys for everything!
Jeri Lim
I have tried several massages in my life both domestically and internationally and the clinical massages I receive by Brianna are the best. Her knowledge of anatomy and muscle attachment points combined with her techniques reduces my pain after each session and actually helps me to relax and sleep at night. I also have injuries that have left certain muscle groups tightened and weakened. I wish I could pack her up in a box and bring her with me whenever I travel!

Natalie Foster is amazing: knowledgeable, kind, caring, professional, efficient, energizing and motivating! Suffering from prolonged limited activity and restricted movement due to chronic back, knee and shoulder pain as a result of a myriad of surgeries and various injuries I decided to see Natalie based on a friend’s referral. Natalie conducted a functional movement evaluation and then developed a program of specific corrective exercises and targeted bodywork along with at-home exercises based on this evaluation. She listened carefully to my concerns and assessed me each time I saw her. This guided her in adjusting my program for greater success. The results thus far are remarkable!
Natalie has extensive knowledge and training in neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation, and efficient movement as well as expertise in medical exercise. This training along with and her intuition and holistic approach to treatment enables her to determine the source of the pain and focus treatments specifically on alleviating it.
I have gained greater mobility and stability and a reduction in pain since working with Natalie. I highly recommend Natalie and the Academy of Wellness to anyone interested in finding the core cause of their movement dysfunction and pain and treating it to ‘Get your life back’!

After dealing with IT band pain and no relief even after 5 weeks of physical therapy it was suggested I get a massage. I was skeptical but desperate. I found Brianna through a Google search, and couldn't be more pleased. I made an appointment online, received an email confirmation, and arrived at the office not sure what to expect. The office is clean and relaxing, Brianna put me at ease immediately. She explained to me the reason for my pain and how massage would help and even showed me how the IT band connects to several different muscles on an anatomical diagram.
During the massage she communicated to find out how I was feeling and also explained to me what she was finding. She had some good suggestions for stretches and even sent me home with a sample gel to try. The following day I was still sore and could tell that the massage had loosened up the IT band and surrounding muscles but the second day was when I really felt a difference. Over the next several days I felt more and more tension ease and less pain.
I have been back for a second massage and was impressed that Brianna remembered me well enough to comment on how much less strained my IT band felt. She was open to answering several questions I had and once again I felt a decrease in pain and tension. If you are hoping to find a masseuse who understands how to heal the body Brianna is your answer!

I have done massage therapy for years due to chronic back pain with limited success. Since I started working with Brianna I have never felt better. She has done a great job alleviating much of the pain I have been experiencing for the past 10 years. For the first time I feel like I have a path to true healing!
Bradley Anderson
I highly recommend Brianna! She does so much more than just massage and when I need real muscle work she is who I see. Just last week I had been having neck pain and a visit to my chiropractor followed by massage by Brianna where she focused on my neck musculature and this week the pain is gone. She is professional and listens to what your needs are.
Tamara Johnson
Had my first cupping appointment today with Brianna. She was fantastic!! Friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to go back for a massage. I noticed you can have a sauna before your massage which I’ve always wanted to do.
Callin Losser
I used to go to one of the corporate massage places. I was only really satisfied about a third of the time. I was just going to give up on massages and take some pain killers. I decided to try a new place out and luckily I came here. Right when you walk in the door you will notice a huge difference in the atmosphere. We sat down and took a moment to discuss what my problems were. After that I enjoyed the best massage I have ever had. My appointment was with Brianna. She is very professional, alert, and caring.
Now I come here regularly because Brianna takes such good care of me.
Bryan Ashby
Let me first say, I have had several hundred massages in my day. I love a good massage because of how it helps me psychologically and physically maintain homeostasis.
The challenge has been, finding a licensed massage therapist that has not only been trained, but then knows how to personalize that training to meet each of their clients' needs. Have you ever asked your massage therapist to push harder and they don't, or when they do, they can only apply extra pressure for a few minutes before they sound like they've run a marathon?
Don't waste your time looking any further! Brianna with Pure Bodywork, gave me the very best, personalized massage I have ever had! I didn't have to ask her to apply more pressure, because she understands what a deep tissue massage is! She is very professional, the environment is very clean and perfect for relaxing from your stressful daily life. You will come out feeling like a million bucks! Seriously call her for your next massage, you won't regret it!
Kevin Syyong
I was experiencing some serious neck/upper back pain and decided to try out massage therapy to relieve some of the pain since I couldn't get in to see the chiropractor until days later. Brianna was super knowledgeable and professional. She had me show her where the pain was on my neck/back, and asked me to show her how much motion I had in my neck and where/when it hurt. She then got right to work on the problem area, and after a 60 min massage, I felt so much more relaxed, had more range of motion, and less pain. Like several other reviewers have mentioned, this was probably the best massage experience I've ever had.

I have been consistently impressed by Briana's dedication to turn her trade into an art form. She has spent countless hours honing her craft, and it is definitely felt and appreciated on the table. There is a marked difference as soon as you walk in the door. Her space is clean and calming. She accommodates what you are looking for, whether it is to relax, or something deeper. For myself, she listened carefully to my issues, and her knowledge of the human muscular system and structure came in to play in order to set me on a path to wellness, hence the name of her business.
As a violinist and a horseback rider, I had accumulated years of muscle issues in my back that were finally catching up with me. After having been to several massage therapists that were duds, I was ready to throw in the towel, but decided to try one more place, and I have never looked back. I have been a regular client at the Anatomy of Wellness for over a year now, and have not regretted a single moment of it. I have experienced greater strength and mobility, along with the alleviation and elimination of many problems, including tendonitis (commonly called violinist elbow in my line of work) that had begun to creep up in my forearms. I recommend her to everyone I know if they are in need of massage therapy.

I LOVE The Anatomy of Wellness!! Briana is extremely knowledgable and honest. She has given the best massage I've had hands down. I went to another masseuse because I had a gift card and it was nothing like the treatment I get from Briana at The Anatomy of Wellness. 10/5 stars

I love this lovely massage shop! I’ve received body work by both Troy and Brianna. Both were amazing! I especially appreciate for myself the specializations in athletic massage and pain and recovery services they provide. This is no generic massage shop, it’s professional, beautiful, friendly, and they are really great massage therapists with a lot of certifications, skills and experience!

My first visit was post-triathlon and Brianna knew exactly what to do. She was able to quickly find and soothe the muscles bothering me. No doubt she helped speed my recovery. The studio is quiet and relaxing. I've referred three family members and they've all had good experiences too.
Juliane Gulla
Whether you suffer from chronic pain, intermittent pain or just need to relax this is your place! I work as a nurse and a lot of the time end up with tight shoulders and neck. Going to Brianna more regularly has helped tremendously with aches and pains. She does a great job focusing in on certain problem areas. Not only is she great at massage but I've also learned some valuable tips and tricks from her that I have been using to help minimize potential injury to my muscles. She is fantastic at what she does and I highly recommend her!

I had a great experience at Anantomy of wellness. Best massage i’ve ever had. I highly recommend to anyone that needs a massage for any reason. Brianna is very knowledgeable and friendly, helped me feel so much better and has great advice when it comes to healing and wellness.
Alina Rogers
Brianna is excellent! I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a massage therapist. She listens to you and what your target issues are. I had hip arthroscopy 1 year ago and I now see here every 2-3 weeks to loosen tight muscles in my quad and IT band. Glad I found someone in SLC who I can trust.
Tyler Cruickshank
I decided to give Anatomy of Wellness a try because it is close to where I live. Honestly, it was the best experience that I have had in a long time. I had a clinical massage due to an injury. Brianna has a calm and gentle demeanor and is skilled. I will be returning and will recommend her to others as well.

I came in dealing with major muscular pain in my legs a few weeks ago. Riley was able to get me in the same day for treatment. She was polite and professional, and I saw pretty significant improvement in just one session. Highly recommend.
David Wursten
Excellent. Brianna is very polite and professional. The place has a relaxing atmosphere to it.
The massage was great. I sit at a desk all day for work, and my legs and back get a little stiff. The next day at work I noticed the stiffness was gone. My blood pressure has also gone down since going.
Would definitely recommend.
Tiffany Thorne
Kind, experienced, professional massage therapists. Natalie has worked miracles eliminating back and neck pain after being injured in a car crash. She is amazing at finding the muscles that need to be worked on and applying the perfect amount of pressure to feel immediate and lasting results. I always leave their office feeling relaxed and looking forward to my next appointment.

For years I have been getting massages because of the demand that I put my body through. And after having so many, people have often made me a critic for a good massage. The one thing I look for is results. If I walk out that door and don't feel like a million bucks it is hard to return.
When I walked into Brianna for the first time I was blown away, she is a solid 10!
Personality 10!
Professionalism 10!
Atmoshere 10!
Timing 10!
Touch 10!
Knows the body 10!
Working with the muscles 10!
Getting results 10!
I have been very pleased with Brianna, and proud to call her my massage therapist.
You can never be cured in one session, yet she gets results. She is also reasonably priced and communicates well. I always look forward to my sessions with her.

My hips have been killing me throughout my pregnancy. It was making sleep impossible and I didn't know what to do. My doctor recommended seeing Brianna to help ease the pain and that's just what she did. The day I went in, my hips actually hurt less than usual, so I was nervous it would be a waste of time, but Brianna was able to move my joints in certain ways that pin pointed the exact trouble spot on both hips. The deep tissue massage was wonderful and really helped loosen those sore areas. I already scheduled a time to return!

I have had serious back pain tight muscles and just overall pain for a long time.
Hannah did a great job on my first visit assessing my situation and helping to loosen years of tightened muscles and tension.
Highly recommend if you are getting help with muscle tension.

I have been seeing Riley at The Anatomy of Wellness for about a year, and I have had nothing but good friendly service. They really care about how your body is doing and how they can help improve your bodies health. I have always had some sort of muscle soreness or tightness from over 15 years of the gym/sports and coming here has put me on the path to not having to live with that pain any longer.

I have been seeing Brianna since I woke up one day in the Fall of 2015 and could not move my neck at all. Since then, she has consistently been knowledgable, helpful, and the best massage I have ever had. She has helped reduce chronic pain I experience in my lower back, and was also super helpful moving my rehabilitation forward when I broke my thumb. I recently saw Kyra for a last minute appointment when I was having terrible upper back spasms and she was also great! She definitely helped reduce the pain and was great at checking in about pressure, etc. I'd recommend them both, hands down!
Whitney Longoria
I absolutely loved this place! Brianna has a very warm and welcoming personality, which makes the entire experience extremely comfortable - especially for those who may be new to massage.
The main reason I will be going back though, is that I know I'm not just getting a standard massage, but am being treated and cared for based on my own body's condition. Her ample knowledge, and holistic approach to the healing of the human body is quite impressive. Not to mention her prices are very reasonable, and the massage was by far one of the best massages I've ever had! I would much rather go here, than some chain massage place where they pressure you into buying a package. Most definitely worth it!

I am extremely grateful to have found Natalie. After falling down two flights of stairs on two separate occasions, I developed adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) in both shoulders. Following an MRI, my orthopedic explained it could take up to one year to gain full range of motion and that the recovery process could be frustrating and quite painful. He was right. I was provided several treatment options(surgery, steroid injections, and at-home or in-office physical therapy), and I opted for a more holistic approach that included at-home physical therapy exercises and massage therapy. Although I believe physical therapy has helped, it is my work with Natalie that has moved my recovery along more quickly than anticipated. She fine-tuned the exercises to better meet my needs and through massage has helped me get to my end goal more quickly! Natalie's extensive knowledge, intuition, and holistic approach to treatment has been invaluable. 6 months post injury and I nearly have full range of motion in one shoulder and getting close with the other. Thank you, Natalie & Anatomy of Wellness!
McKay Buehner
I went in with some whiplash from a soccer collision that had happened a few days prior. My neck had never been so stiff. Brianna started the session by asking questions about how I hurt my neck, and where it hurt. Brianna completely got rid of the pain in just one session! I should go a few more times for preventative purposes, but the pain was gone after one visit! Brianna is very nice and dedicates all her focus on you while you are there.
Lauren Siegel
Brianna is AMAZING. I have been going to see her weekly to work on chronic pain that I have in my shoulder and some other pain from a recent car accident. She is professional, very attentive and great at what she does- sometimes I feel like I owe her more than she charges considering how much she has helped me in the last month. 10/10!
David Kempe
I had been in a car accident and needed someone in the area that could provide massage specifically to relieve my muscles in my neck and back. I have had massages from Brianna and Kristen. They are both professional and effective therapists who not only help relieve pain, but also offer advice on how to manage my body to improve my health. I highly recommend them.
Andrew Potter
I have chronic thoracic mobility issues due to a bulging disk thanks to a lifetime of skateboarding and snowboarding. This results in reoccurring acute muscle spasms that hurt so bad I can't breath. Brianna relieved a particularly painful spasm 100% on the first visit - no other massage therapist has been able to figure it out so quick. This place is not a spa disguised as a sports massage therapy place - it is the real thing, best massage in Utah. THANK YOU!
Jake Atkinson
I have had 4 sessions with Riley and she has been amazing! I have struggled with sciatica and low back pain for about 2 years and she has made a big difference with my back. The staff and quality of care are a complete package. Highly recommend
Matt Goodwin
I have to start by saying that I have not had a lot of work done by massage therapist in my life (less than 15 times). I would hear about how wonderful massage was from friends or family and would go check out their recommendation. I always left feeling about the same as when I walked in without feeling my stress or tension "melt away".
I had never considered making massage therapy a part of my lifestyle based on these experiences.
I, unfortunately, was involved in an auto accident which required physical therapy and massage therapy to help in my recovery. I searched online and eventually found Brianna and read her story about her accident years ago that inspired her to help others heal through massage. I can honestly say that through her devotion to what she does, I have never experienced healing like this. She has converted me to make sure I include massage therapy as an integral part of a balanced healthy life.
Thank you Brianna! I owe you a lot!
Steve Walter
I have benefitted great from message Therapy I have received from Anatomy of Wellness. Brianna has been exceptional in helping me recover from the effects of Rotator Cuff surgery that I had in December of 2016. My shoulder is doing much better after only a handful of visits and I can certainly feel an acceleration in the healing process.
Molly Drury
I have had back pain for roughly 10 years. I thought my back was ruined especially since I have a job that involves heavy lifting. I truly can’t remember a time my back felt this good. I always go to Troy. He is very personable and professional. He seems to find little things in my back that I don’t even know about. Although everyone there is nice and greats me by name when I come in. :) I highly recommend The Anatomy of Wellness to anyone looking for a massage.
Nate McCulloch
I have a decades old shoulder injury with scar tissue build up. Brianna worked on it, and I have more range of motion without the grinding and a lot less pain than I have had in years! Her focus on anatomical massage therapy is top notch! I definitely will return again and again. Thank you, Brianna!
Curtis Hutchinson
Brianna and her team of LMT's are a true asset to the Holladay UT community. They are always extremely professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my schedule. I travel significantly for work and the Anatomy of Wellness team helps me achieve the much needed relaxation and tension relief my body requires to stay in perfect harmony and balance. Thank You Brianna & Team!

This was my first time at this wellness center for a massage. Wow what a wonderful experience I had! The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The therapist Riley was super nice and had a magical hand. At the end I was sooo relaxed! I highly recommend this wellness center. I will definitely come back when I am visiting Utah.
Brad Nottingham
I have little experience when in comes to getting a real massage, so I was naturally a little apprehensive when I booked my appointment. Those worries were quickly put to rest as soon as I met Brianna. She is very warm and welcoming which put my mind at ease. On top of that she is incredibly skilled at what she does. I've been having stiffness in my neck and pain in my upper back due to my physically strenuous job. With little information given on my part she was able to pinpoint the problem areas and relieve the tension. I was thoroughly impressed upon leaving (after booking a second appointment), feeling great with noticeably less strain and tension in my back/neck.
katy mayer
I love anatomy of wellness! Brianna is very talented and has helped me cope with pain for almost two years. I highly recommend anatomy of wellness to anyone who wants to have a happier healthier body.
Jon S.
I was interested in trying the cupping therapy as I had never tried it before, and I was not disappointed! Really helped out my back pain and overall relaxed my back and made me feel much less tense. Brianna was very polite and professional and I will definitely be going back. highly recommended.
Cayla Brocious
I've seen Brianna about 4 times now, and can say with confidence that she is talented and genuine massage therapist. I've come to her with a multitude of ailments, from work-induced upper back tension to a "crick in the neck". I feel she takes time to find the root of the problem before treatment, and suggests helpful stretches and exercises to work on post-treatment. I would recommend her to anyone who needs deep tissue release. Make sure you read your confirmation email, though! Her studio is inside another salon and took me a bit of time to find the first day. Other than that, two pain-free thumbs up!
Shelley Murphy
Natalie is the one massage therapist who always knows how to interpret my symptoms and target my most problem areas. She has helped me with my lower back and sciatic pain. She consistently checks in with me and seems genuinely concerned with my progress and healing. Truly the best at what she does.
Winston Wheeler
Brianna is incredibly talented. She has both relieved pain and sped recovery from several sports injuries that I have experienced over the last three years. I have regularly pursued deep tissue massage over the last two decades in several cities (including Palo Alto, Dallas, Houston, and SLC). She is by far the best masseuse that I have been visited.
Sam Pascua
Brianna is quite awesome, on my first visit I went because I was having a lot of upper back and chest pain, to the point I had a hard time breathing. Got there, sat down with her for a couple of minutes and she asked some questions to better understand the symptoms. Then once on the massage table, she "scanned" the trouble area and then began to work on it right away and it felt like a very customized massage to my issue and not a mechanical repetation like a lot of other therapists do. after the session my problem had gone away!
I went on a second visit a couple of weeks after for a lower back pain. and exactly the same experience.
She is extremely friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend her and she is the only therapist I'll go see from now on.
Petr Janata
While living in SLC for a few months a couple of years ago, I was in desperate need of having my back worked on. I found the Anatomy of Wellness and now I keep coming back whenever I am in SLC and in need of a massage. Brianna is always able to find and work on the problem spots with just the right amount of pressure; I learn a lot about how my muscles are organized and how they store stress.
JENNIFER FULLER
I am so thankful to have found Natalie for treatment of my chronic pain. I have suffered from chronic low back, knee & shoulder pain as a result of past injuries. Unlike other therapists that I have been to in the past, she assessed me & helped zero in on what treatments would work best for my condition. She helped me figure out what exercises & stretches I needed to do on my own to speed up my recovery. Because of her knowledge of the body and her intuitive nature, she is able to discern the source of the pain and work specifically on those areas. I no longer have to deal with daily pain & still use some of her exercises in my program today!
David Supinger
I was suffering from Meniere’s disease, an inner ear disorder, for two years. This causes a dizzy vertigo feeling and a terrible imbalance issue where I could not control my balance and would often lose my balance and fall. After two years of doctors and specialists treating me, and months of vestibular conditioning and physical therapy I found little to no relief. But after only two massage sessions with Briana, I am walking straight, very little balance problems at all, and the dizziness is nearly gone. Even my physical therapist asked me what I was doing different because I instantly improved and said I could even stop her therapy. I would recommend Briana Clark to anybody. She has given me my life back.
Courtney-rae Reinecke
Having Fibromyalgia along with a few other chronic conditions, Anatomy of Wellness has been my saving! They talk to you thoroughly about you body, assess your needs and give you such quick relief. I have loved my experiences with them. Amazing and Knowledgeable therapist!
Daniel Leaberry
Brianna solved a problem in my foot that had prevented me from running for more than 18 months. I had been to a podiatrist, orthopedic doctor and another massage therapist but never had completely healed. With 4 visits I am back to running and incredibly happy about it.
She is incredibly knowledgable about how all the parts of the body work together and passionate about solving problems. Even though I have to drive 40 minutes to this location it's worth it for the skill she has.
Holly Marsh
rianna is seriously incredible! So knowledgeable, very experienced, and makes you feel completely at ease. I had a pretty bad accident-related back injury, and she knew exactly what to do, and which techniques would help to heal my injury. Within one day, I felt so much better. And she used kinesiology tape as well, which helped me so much. The space is so nice as well, and you will feel right at home. If you're looking for a SLC massage therapist, look no further. I'm so glad I found this place! Thanks so much, Brianna!
Nick Jensen
Immediately worth every dime. Riley Hanagan, LMT does not mess around. I have been suffering some extreme upper back and neck pain and she found tense spots that I didn't even know my neck had. She gave me some things to work on at home, too, which I really appreciate since I can't live at a massage clinic. :-)
Vickie Maronick
Brianna is a wonderful clinical massage therapy who is working with me and my flexibility issues. She was recommended to me by a friend and I plan to use her expertise and therapy to try and overcome my physical problems.
Devin Miller
I cannot speak highly enough of Anatomy of Wellness. I am an active gym-goer and amateur bodybuilder and have accumulated a number of minor injuries over the years. Combined with a desk job, these small issues grew into some nagging low back pain and movement restrictions. Natalie worked with me over the course of 4 session with corrective exercises and bodywork through the CoreEx package and the results are night and day. I highly recommend AoW to anyone looking to address any specific issues or just to enhance your overall well-being!
Sarah Smith
Natalie is amazing! I love being able to see her often for wellness massages. She is knowledgeable in what she does. Every month I count down the days until I get to be blessed by Natalie’s amazing energy again.
Megan Wu
I’ve had tension headaches for several years now, and in just a few sessions, Brianna has helped reduce a lot of the daily pain I’ve been experiencing. As anyone with chronic headaches knows, a little improvement makes a big impact. Thank you for bringing some normalcy back into my life, Brianna!
brandon holbrook
The staff at Anatomy of Wellness are incredible. Everyone I’ve worked with have been extremely kind and knowledgeable. I always leave with more understanding of my body and what I can do at home to alleviate pain. Can’t recommend this place enough! Definitely recommend.
Quintin Lodge
The Anatomy of Wellness, and in particular Jen, are amazing. Jen is incredibly knowledgeable and has put me back together more times than I can count - be it a bulged disc, a neck spasm or a mountain bike crash she can fix it.
Tyler Evans
I enjoy going to see Brianna. She listens to you and works on the sore muscles and problem areas that you discuss with her. I initially went to her when I was injured in a traffic accident and since I believe she helped me through that time I will continue to return for future massage sessions.
Lexxie Brown
Natalie is a gifted human who spreads love and healing with her hands and spirit. She has helped my coworkers and I with workplace aches and pains - tennis elbow, tension in shoulders and back. She customizes at home workouts that work wonders! I can't say enough about Natalie and won't be going anywhere else!
Tamara Powell
Natalie Foster Simpson has led me in athletic physical training & supportive training during breast cancer treatments. I have benefited from her spiritual & meditative guidance & gained valuable dietary knowledge as well. When I met Natalie I was working one on one with a well known personal trainer (former NFL player) at a hip, intown Atlanta gym. I worked out several days a week but felt my workouts had plateaued. I decided to join a workout group with 3 women & Nat as our trainer. OMG-It was like I had never worked out before. Same length of sessions but way more on point & with nice variation. I loved it & was instantly addicted & motivated. Natalie is so knowledgeable. She also medically assessed a psoas injury that had been seen by multiple medical doctors, all of which had no answers. Nat taught me a stretch to relieve the intense re-ocurring pain. There is no amount of money to pay for the ongoing relief she has given me. Natalie definitely changed my life for the better in so many ways.

I received whiplash injuries in a hit-from-behind car accident that left my neck and upper-back sore and stiff. Luckily, I was referred to The Anatomy of Wellness by a friend. Over several sessions Brianna was able to restore flexibility and helped me heal completely!
Dan Combs
I have went to Brianna twice in the last 2 years. Both times I had lower back pain that would not go away. After 1 visit each time the pain was completely gone. I would highly recommend visiting her if you have any lower back pain. Worth every penny!!!!

I had an amazing session at The Anatomy of Wellness. I had a stubborn knot/upper back pain and my therapist found it immediately and worked on it, front and back (who knew?) - gently releasing the tightness and bringing me some relief! Finally! I love this center and their kind and thorough staff. I highly recommend them - Thank You !!!
Christiane Christensen
Brianna gives a fantastic massage, I had a prenatal massage and it was a very relaxing experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially for a prenatal massage to help ease any discomforts that pregnancy can cause.
Jeff Chase
I've had many massages before but this was my first time asking for a clinical massage to help treat stress and headaches. I found it very helpful so I paid in advance for three more. She seemed very knowledgeable and was able to provide helpful feedback as well.

Brianna is excellent! Just moved here two months ago and was having some shoulder issues from working out. Came to see her because of the great reviews and haven't been disappointed. My shoulders feel much better and will continue to see her.

I’m an active person who participates in sports such as cycling, running, skiing and climbing. As I approach 40 I don’t recover like I used to and have found myself with several minor nagging injuries over the years that have prevented me from being as active as I would like. I purchased a 6 package session with Mark Wahlen, an exercise specialist. Mark assessed my needs with a series of tests. He tailored my program based on these needs and assessed me frequently throughout the 6 weeks. Each session included learning stretches, exercises and foam rolling techniques and the option of kinesio taping. Throughout the sessions as I progressed through the movements i was given a more challenging program. He prepared for each session yet based on how I came in that day modified it to what I needed. I also got lots of good information regarding active warm-ups for when I return to full activity. Mark also clearly explained the science behind the program he designed for me. I made great progress during my work with Mark and have returned to activity pain free. I now have a solid foundation and expect to have fewer nagging injuries if I keep up the program he designed for me.
Lena
Took advantage of the KSL special and Anatomy of Wellness was worth it. 1 hour massage as a birthday present to my husband was awesome. He was so much more relaxed, happy and his back and legs felt so much better afterwards. I would definitely recommend Anatomy of Wellness.
Anastasia Ratliff
Natalie is the most present, in-tune, engaged massage therapist I've ever been to. She doesn't just go through the motions or steps. She actively pays attention to what she's doing and how the muscles are responding. I've never had to show her where to focus because it's like she can read my mind.
I have a really hard time getting my muscles to loosen up and relax. I leave feeling like jello.
In regard to TMJ issues and migraines, after 4 sessions I have more movement & range of motion. It's been a couple months since focusing on the TMJ and migraines and I haven't had jaw tension/pain or migraines since.
Nicole Buffington-Paul
Riley is so talented and helpful. She has really improved my shoulder and elbow situation.
The facility is clean and calming. I love the dry sauna and the cupping treatment.
Ashlee
Brianna is amazing, she listened to my concerns and actually helped my pain. She is the real kind of massage not the ones you get at a day spa. I loved it.
Sean Michaelis
Went in a month ago with debilitating back pain. Natalie saw we every week or so and one month later, I am 100% better. Highly recommend the team over there and know exactly what they are doing!
Scott Beck
Brianna is an amazing therapist! She has really made a difference in my post surgery recovery. I'm walking and running now like nothing happened. Thank you Brianna!
Robert Tokita
I've had pain in several parts of my upper body, plus numbness/tingling in four fingers of one hand. My doctor diagnosed Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) and asked me to wear a wrist splint. That seemed to work a little bit, but I suspected more than CTS due to pain in other areas. At the slow rate of improvement, I could tell I was in for two more months of chronic pain. A co-worker told me about clinical massage from a business in Ogden. I live in Salt Lake County. After much Google searching, I found The Anatomy of Wellness in Holladay. I read their web pages about the pain that they treat, and specifically the page about CTS and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) which can have similar symptoms. After repeatedly questioning my doctor about clinical massage, and not getting a direct answer, I just went in. After carefully describing my symptoms, Brynnley gave me a clinical massage that was aimed at relieving nerve entrapment, CTS and TOS. After two sessions in two weeks, the pain that had aggravated me for 5 months was gone! Read the website, the symptoms that they address, and read their blogs. If those symptoms apply to you, give it a try! I'm rating them 5 of 5 stars entirely on my own, with no requests or suggestions from them.
Jacob Christenson
Brianna came to our office and did 13 fifteen minute chair massage blocks for our employees. They absolutely loved it. She has great technique and is very reasonable. Thank you Brianna!!!
Jordan T
Natalie is knowledgable, attentive and thorough in her approach to therapy and she's also a super person. I could tell immediately when I walked though the door that I was in good hands. For real, the whole team here is great. And thank you Riley for looking extra hard to make sure I got the WIFI password when my phone wasn't working so I could call an Uber on my laptop and not be stranded.
David Bevan
Brianna is an excellent therapist. She is very professional and competent. She is more than willing to address specific issues and target her therapy accordingly.

The best therapy you can get in Utah, helped out with injury and is the highest recommendation we can give. Very clean and had amazing cupping for all athletes, and for others. The cupping helped out a lot

I can't say enough great things about Brianna. I didn't know structural/orthopedic massage therapy even existed, but it's exactly what I spent months and months searching for. So grateful to have found a therapist who could correctly identify and alleviate the discomfort in my right shoulder (which wasn't knots & stress like I assumed - it was actually muscle weakness, identified by Brianna)
The Anatomy of Wellness perfectly describes Brianna's approach. Not only does she address the superficial problems (she will, without a doubt, find the EXACT point of discomfort that brought you in) but she takes it to the next level. She truly understands the body, how everything connects & interacts, and can help to discover the true cause/root of an issue.
I guarantee you will not regret trying Anatomy of Wellness out.
