This was my first spa experience, and I genuinely have never felt so relaxed in a long time. The second that my partner and I walked through the doors we were greeted by Grace, one of the lovely therapists who welcomed us with cold waters and a friendly smile. The atmosphere was relaxing and cozy. Our therapists were Brice and Grace, and they made us feel very comfortable, allowed us to choose what we kept on, (which I’m sure is standard but is much appreciated) and then started working on what areas we asked them to focus on. Grace was my therapist, and she is truly a godsend. She took such good care of me to the point I nearly fell asleep. She maintained the deep tissue pressure throughout the whole massage. We were given chocolates and sparkling cider to finish off the lovely experience, and I cannot stress how sweet those two were. Definitely will return again.

Grace is really great! I normally cannot handle more than light pressure but my massage with Grace was wonderful and I left feeling relaxed and way less sore from my workouts. It was also really easy to book an appointment and I got in next day. Convenient location to find, parking is convenient too, and the spa itself was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I'll definitely be back.

This establishment provides excellent service. We are visiting from FL and booked this place pretty last minute (same day). I’m still here, haven’t left the establishment yet and feel compelled to share my experience. Holly is amazing and such a kind, gentle person. The music is relaxing and the energy of this place is clear and clean. The place is pretty private, I can’t tell if there are other clients currently inside the building. Very positive vibe from the moment we were greeted and walked in. Holly takes care to ensure you are comfortable. We had a short talk while my boyfriend filled the paperwork and I felt like she was having a sincere convo—not the vapid, awkward banter that happens just to occupy time at some places. Sincere interest in speaking with us. Thank you Holly, for your welcoming demeanor and genuine dedication to your customers’ positive experience here.

AMAZING work on our couples massage! They definitely worked out so much tension in both our backs and they even had a nice romantic glass of sparkling cider and chocolate. It was a great experience and will absolutely be returning!

I was visiting from out of town and did a physical activity that flared up my neck and shoulders. I was able to thankfully get a same day appointment, and Stephen did an amazing job! He really knew exactly what my body needed, and I left feeling amazing! I highly recommend!!

I came to SLC for my graduation and celebrated with a sports massage. Steven was an incredible masseuse! The sports massage was very deep and uncomfortable at times, but in the best way! It consisted of deep tissue massage, stretching and some joint mobilization. It helped reduce knots and pain in my back, shoulders and hips. I would definitely come back and recommend to any to anyone living in or visiting SLC.

Look no further for a place to get your massage. I got my first ever professional massage/couples massage here. We had Holly and Bryce, both were magical. They immediately made us feel comfortable, relaxed and gave clear instructions on what to do/expect (helpful for a newbie like me). Me and my bf both agree it shows how skilled our two therapists were. The couples massage also included a tasty sparkling cider and chocolates at the end. As for the facility, it was super comfortable, clean and relaxing ambiance. I loved the whole experience and already plan on visiting again in the future.

Amazing!!! This place was fantastic. I’ve had a lot of messages before, and the massage therapist (I think her name is Holly?) gave me one of the best massages I’ve had! I often get back and neck pain from poor posture, and she did a great job with deep tissue pressure. The next day I could finally sit up straight without pain! I called a little last minute, but they were still able to get us in the next day for a couples massage. I will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend for anyone who needs their tight muscles worked!

Matthew is a very extraordinary, intuitive and knowledgeable therapist. He has an amazing touch. He spent 90 minutes releasing the tension and easing the pain that I've been in since my car accident 6 weeks ago. I feel better than I have for weeks. I will be back and will definitely recommend this spa. I needed to be seen as I was in pain. They made a call and I was able to be seen 90 minutes later. Our experience at this place was amazing! our massage therapists were super knowledgeable and friendly. We got the couples massage, and ate chocolate and drank martinelli’s. The tables were heated and very comfortable. We were well taken care of and the massage itself was incredible and very relaxing. They worked on our tight spots, and stretched our muscles as well. We’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I came from out of town for his birthday to stay in a fancy smanshy hotel, who couldn’t get us in for a massage. And I’m so glad they couldn’t! Hibiscus for the win. We got the 1 hour couples massage and it was magical. This place is cozy and professional, and our masseuses were so nice. We 100% recommend coming here for your massage needs.

This place is amazing. Best massage I ever got. Scott is trained in physical therapy as well so the way he massaged and loosened my muscles and joints was better than anything I’ve ever had. I have had many massages in my lifetime from different places and this is definitely top of the list. Plus the place was beautiful and calming and clean. Scott fit my husband and I in last minute and our couples massage included drinks and chocolate. Truly a wonderful and relaxing experience!

Hibiscus spa is a hidden gem in Utah...you have to check this place out! This is my second visit, I am from out of town, and I plan to fly back just to come here again. Both of my therapists have been great but today my massage with Grace has to be one of the best I’ve ever had!!! She did an incredible job, the stretching was amazing and to top it off the foot scrub was out of this world. Absolutely the spa to visit if you’re in the Salt Lake area!!

Other massage places are fine but THIS PLACE is by far the best massage I have ever had. When you need a real, high quality massage I cannot recommend this Hibiscus Springs enough. The massage therapists are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The spa itself is inviting and soothing. You won't regret this choice!

This is one of those rare places that make you wish there were a sixth star to give a business. After visiting here, I learned what a true massage is and how beneficial it can be. On each visit, Grace was (is) incredibly kind and attentive to me as a whole person. Here I'm not a slab of meat laid on a table to be painfully tenderized. After a seven drive from Yellowstone to Salt Lake, I was exceptionally lucky. When Kura Door took me through a tedious online sign up process just to find out if they had an open slot, I gave up and called Hisbiscus. Luckily, Grace had an open slot. I admit when I first met Grace, I was sure I would be disappointed... after all I'm 6,2" and used to strong deep tissue massages. Grace blew all that away. Using her elbows, legs and exceptionally strong hands, over 90 minutes, she took away all my cramps and fatigue from the long drive, and simply delivered the best massage I have had in years. I said to her I wish she worked in LA... my lady and I would go to her every week... I cannot recommend her enough. She is excellent.
