I was in Maine for a vacation and I booked a 60 min massage at SMM&W. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I found the rooms to be super spacious and they didn't feel crammed like some other massage studios. Theresa was so warm and accommodating, and even though I was running a few minutes late, I never felt rushed or judged. Great place, will be back for sure.

It was good for the price. But not relaxing- I could hear cars and dogs barking. My massage therapist wasn't good- but I know they have a lot of people. So maybe I just didn't win that day.

My sister, daughter, and I had an excellent experience at Southern Maine Massage & Wellness. We had a girl's day out, and did foot soaks and foot massages with Nick. He was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating! The soaks and massages were relaxing and rejuvenating, and Nick was professional and knowledgeable. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the building. It does not represent the experience you will have, once inside. It is warm, inviting, and clean. I will definitely go back in the future!

This place is excellent on several levels. First off the experience, both effective and wonderful. I request Adrianna, as she has a strong skill set and uses the right amount of pressure and technique for my issues. Additionally, she is also extremely pleasant and personable. I have had many massages over the years and this practice is high on the list. Secondly, the atmosphere is very clean, calming and inviting, which is important for a successful session. The location is great too, very easy to get to and park. Lastly, the price, as no way can you find this kind of service for what they charge. My advice is to tip heavy and in cash, as you would pay much more elsewhere for anything close. These folks work really hard and do a terrific job, no question.They are all about providing a great massage at a reasonable cost .

So happy with my massage experiences here!!! I have looked for a new massage place in the area as I like to get one about once a month and the place I used to go to was very expensive for just an okay massage. I came across Southern Maine Massage & Wellness and booked a 60 min massage with Adrianna...I was absolutely blown away! She is so knowledgeable about the body and areas it holds stress, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. With their membership program, to me it is an incredibly good price for that! I felt very comfortable with their protocols for COVID-19 and was able to relax and enjoy my time there. I liked it so much that I booked back to back sessions with Adrianna for my spouse and I the following week which he LOVED. He too said it was the best massage he’s ever had. We are so happy with the quality of what we are getting for the price, I also wanted to mention the communication of the front desk is great as I’ve left a massage maybe twice and I’ve always been contacted back right away which I appreciate. This is a wonderful place to go, highly recommend!!!!

Highly recommend getting a massage or bodywork done here! I had an appt with Nicole T. and she was super knowledgeable, really sweet, and gave an amazing massage! This facility is a co-op and the yearly membership (optional to join) is only $25 and gives you a steep discount on most of their services. The interior space was bright and newly renovated. Services were reasonably priced. I will absolutely be back!

I had a groupon for a foot soak and lower leg massage for two. The communication was excellent, from the booking through the online check-in. Everything was very clean and organized; we felt very safe in their soak cellar. Our soaks were relaxing, and our massages were wonderful. We will definitely do it again.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I have always had the best experiences. I have been a massage client for a few years and have been cared for by Nicole as well as Jodene - they are both absolutely fantastic. I immediately felt comfortable with both and left each appointment feeling better than before I arrived, with that feeling lasting for days afterward. I am currently working with Jodene who is so incredibly welcoming, understanding, and caring as well as experienced and intelligent at what she does. We have worked on back, neck, and jaw issues and my conditions have improved with each visit. I look forward to every visit not only because having a massage is wonderful, but because I know I will continue to feel better after leaving. I highly recommend Southern Maine Massage and Wellness!!

Also, full disclosure; I am related to the owner. Tonight I was treated to a spa package which included an exfoliation and massage, a facial, a foot soak, scrub and foot and leg massage. My very professional provider was Mary and she did everything in her power to be sure I was comfortable. The services were excellent, all of them...I was totally relaxed and felt I needed a designated driver to take me home. Southern Maine Massage and Wellness is a beautiful facility almost celebrating its fifth birthday. The work continues everyday to be even better than yesterday...in all respects. Keep doing what you are doing for the good of all.

Got a back waxing for the first time at this fine establishment. It was clean, professional and welcoming. Cara was delightful, gentle, friendly and communicative. I thought it would hurt, but in a way it felt more like a massage than a waxing. Nicole set up my appointment very quickly. Not to mention, the prices were outstanding!!! 10/10. Highly Recommend.

Southern Maine Massage and Wellness is the best! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Laid back and low key - you always feel welcomed. I highly recommend Kaela but I’ve never had a bad massage from any of the therapists. My husband and I have since added message therapy to our wholistic care regimen. Grateful for this place!

I can’t say enough good things about Southern Maine Massage and Wellness. I’ve been seeing Nicole regularly for prenatal massages and it’s been a life saver! They even have this pregnancy cushion that allows me to lay on my stomach! My husband and I also went in for a couples day. The soak cellar and foot massages with Ashley were amazing and so relaxing and then we had a Coconut Massage/Exfoliation with Ashley and Cara. It was heavenly! I have had nothing but amazing customer service and experiences with Nicole and her staff. My next massage cannot come soon enough!!!!

This is an amazing locally owned business! If you are in Maine I highly recommend. The space is very welcoming and everyone I met there was very nice and professional. They really listen to what you need and focus on your specific needs. I was back home recently and they were able to fit 3 of us in for hour long massages and we all were beyond pleased with the quality and service we received.

Nikki and her team of people are AMAZING! Their place is ABSOLUTELY beautiful and so comfortable! Their membership fee which’s knocks all of their other prices in services down, is INCREDIBLE and I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who needs to feel catered to, because SMMW does it well!
