I have been seeing Michelle for sessions for a year now and it's changed my life for the better. Now I come to sound baths, when possible, on Wednesday's. I can't wait for the men group coming up too! Michelle and everyone offering classes, sound baths or workshops in her space is amazing. I highly recommend her or for you to book a class. This was my first experience with Reiki and I wasn't sure what to expect and honestly unsure of how to judge or know whether someone truly knows what they're doing given this type of work attracts quite a number of frauds. Well, Michelle is truly gifted, genuine and authentic.. I felt the shift in my body and she gave me homework so I could continue working on my energy as it is not a one time fix all. I will also be returning for followup sessions. Her intuitive work is spot on and here again you witness her gift first hand.. she asks that you don't say anything initially so that she can focus on messages she's receiving.. this is huge to me in that so many try to pick up on hints from the sitter versus truly connecting with a higher source. Loved her and highly recommend her!

I had a wonderful experience with Michelle and look forward to continuing our sessions together. Michelle was extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable and at ease immediately. For our first session she began with thoroughly explaining her method and process. I’ve seen other reiki practitioners and everyone has their own way, it was nice having a clear path. Afterwards, we began the session. The table was extremely cozy with soft blankets and she began the session by using singing bowls. Headphones were then given and to be used for the remainder of the session with reiki music playing which was very relaxing. Her reading was very non threatening and focused on me completely and not on “my future” or what I should and shouldn’t be doing. It was basically a reading of me and what’s going on with me emotionally and physically. She was spot on with her reading and I felt very safe and understood. We ended things with tarot cards, which was a nice way to end the session. The cards had some positive messages to take home and remember after our session. It was truly a positive experience and I will be back. Michelle has an amazing gift and I’m so happy I found her!

I had my first reiki experience after my dog died and I was feeling the weight of that sadness heavily so a friend recommended it to me and I thought, sure why not. Katrina has such a kind and gentle presence and after my session with her I felt more at peace and the sadness wasn't as heavy. Katrina also told me about my chakras that she felt were blocked which I found helpful and I'm going to work on that as well. I had a great experience and plan to come back. If you need healing I recommend booking a reiki session with Katrina.

This was such a great experience for me. I deal with migraines and anxiety, she was able to work with my anxiety and help me in a way no doctor could with modern medicine, not saying modern medicine is bad, I’m just saying it’s a different perspective and way to treat things. I have not had a lot of experience with Reiki prior to my session with Katrina. Going into it, I was not attached to any particular outcome, hoping, however, to find some emotional release from some trauma dealing with a good friend who is soon to coming to end of life. This has been weighing on me and keeping from feeling the joy I typically have for every day. Katrina’s work felt very gentle and kind. I was comfortable sharing my issues with death and how I deal with it. Katrina truly listened and together we worked out on body map the source. Not sure what and how and why (and happy to say, I don’t need to know!), but since our session, the very next day I woke up lighter, unburdened, and have been feeling in the flow with more direction on how to proceed. I believe wholeheartedly in mind-body connection, have working understanding of Chakra system, a bit of knowledge of Reiki, and at the same time, I think of myself as a skeptic and try to “keep it real”. Katrina gets that and was very gentle with my learning of a better understanding of this process.

I had started seeing Michelle for Reiki back in 2017 after a difficult time in my life. I had gone through a divorce and needed to work through not only that, but other aspects in my life. (I was trying to remember when writing this review where I had heard of Reiki or how I even found Michelle all those years ago, but I'm glad that I did.) Not knowing what to expect during my first session I felt completely at ease right when I walked in, and she answered my questions honestly and without any judgement. In just that first session, she was able to pick up on so much and provided me with helpful guidance. Over the years I have continued to see her for her Reiki services, but recently I decided to sign up for a couple of her classes. Not only is she just as skilled at providing Reiki, her way of teaching this modality was relaxed and easy to understand(even for those who have never received Reiki). I had such a great time learning from and connecting with the other students in the classes as well! This place also offers group sound bath/meditations, and other group workshops throughout each month that are that are filled with amazing energy and provide much needed breaks from the stress of work/home.

I just had my first Reiki session with Michelle at Source Connection and am so glad I did it. I’ve been interested in energy healing the last several years but was always hesitant to try it out, in part not being sure what it would entail and also wanting to seek a professional environment. Source Connection has a very professional and welcoming environment, the premises has a look and cleanliness of an alternative medical office but is still very inviting and relaxing similar to what you’d find at a spa. The session included exactly what was detailed on the website - I always like an outline of information I can expect. I immediately could feel the changes and benefits from my session that I continue to see more than a week later - and an overall clarity and balance. Michelle is amazing. This was my first time with Reiki so I wasn't sure what exactly to expect. The whole experience was wonderful, from the first impressions of her studio, to her presence, onto the actual reiki experience. First of all, she offers far more than what I was expecting as far as the reiki treatment. Beyond that, she creates a soothing and healing environment with aromatherapy, singing bowls and music. After the treatment she communicates with guides to translate important information about areas of your life that might be blocked and ways to move through it. It almost felt like a therapy session but with a compassionate friend. During the treatment, I felt so relaxed and eventually felt intense energy flowing through my body, starting from the top of my head. Afterwards, I almost felt as if I were floating outside of my body. I cannot wait for another treatment with Michelle. I have recommended her to many friends. Where do I start with Michelle? She’s unexpectedly tall, unassumingly beautiful, girl-next-door meets best gal pal you randomly met—normal, understated and relatable. No woo-woo spiritual heavy handedness, upsell, egotistical or hierarchical vibes. How could a young woman who looks my age and like she just sauntered out of a yoga class at the end of the day after a long list of clients before me, end up being the one to conduct one of the most powerful sessions and meetings of my life right now? Gifted doesn’t even begin to describe her. She didn’t know a single thing about me prior to our session and I keep my social media private. She casually welcomed me into her comforting studio room, we both plopped down in chairs and she told everything to expect in the upcoming session and for me not to discuss why I was there until after she had a chance to do the sound healing and body portion of the Reiki portion. (I think to myself—Cool. Whatever lady, I’ll be a closed book and let’s see what this is all about. I’m cool as a cucumber and get to lie under a sheet and hear calming bowl echoes, while I get to relax for an hour and a half and hey.. maybe it’ll be good for at least the placebo affect, right?) Midway through the body Reiki session with zero words spoken, my eyes closed the whole time, a tear decides to rush out the corner of my eye down my temple out of nowhere. How does she have the power to make that happen? A few more follow. I hope she doesn’t notice. We’re done with that part. While I’m still on the table, Michelle starts to tell me what she picked up on in my body during the session, and—wowww—did it resonate, not only then, but it continued to increasingly resonate resoundingly louder and LOUDER over the following days and weeks to where it was glaringly clear that my body and guides were screaming to me some profound epiphanies I needed to understand about myself and therefore KEY choices and changes I finally needed to make for myself without her directing any of it. That’s not even the most astounding part. Michelle also says “During your (Reiki) session, I also kept getting the words—Dad, Dad, Dad, Dad, Daddd, DAD-DAD-DAD!!!” as she repeatedly says it to me over and over just like this and with increased volume and confusion in her face with her hand softly on my thigh downloading in her mind everything she heard during the session on the table. She seems puzzled as to why she heard this dad word over and over. She then asks me if any of it resonates. Me: “MY DAD JUST DIED LAST YEAR” (tears start rolling down my face) and Michelle gets an instant look of clarity and complete certainty and casually says “Ohh! Well that means he was here then. I want you to know he was here, okay? You need to know that.” (This was such a precious and priceless gift to me, and very unexpected for she and I, both). Michelle is a TOUR DE FORCE amongst her class of healers. She gave me such invaluable insight straight from my body and spirit guides (along with tips, exercises and next steps) that have impacted my life choices and life path dramatically just a few months later.

I saw Michelle at Source Connection Energy for this first time this week. I have been curious to experience the gift of Reiki and Michelle did not disappoint! It is truly remarkable how she can spend a half an hour or so laying hands over you, then another 45 minutes or so reading your energy and finding areas for me to pay closer attention to, all in the name of self care, self love. She revealed some interesting information to me and together we pieced a few things that made perfect sense. Although she has intuitive skills that could be in the medium category, this is not where she chooses to spend her special gifts for you. When I walked into Source Connection just over a year ago, I had no idea that I was about to meet one of my most favorite humans ever. I originally decided to try reiki to help with my chronic anxiety (after trying everything under the sun). Something just didn't feel 'right' in me—all the time. I go because it brings me joy and keeps me accountable to do my own inner work. Michelle is my spiritual running buddy. She has also been kind enough to offer distance reiki when I am really in need of an energetic shift but not able to get into her studio. I had the pleasure of having Peg for my first ever Reiki session. First I should mention that while I’m open minded enough to make an appointment for Reiki, I didn’t put too much stock in its ability to help. However after trying various sleep aids, therapy, massages etc and still having crippling insomnia, I decided it couldn’t hurt to try Reiki. Upon entering the studio, I was struck with how “light” and inviting it is. Peg was so warm and very attentive in listening to what issues I’m looking to find relief from. Now to the actual Reiki experience. WOW! There are just no words I know to accurately describe my experience! Before going in I was expecting to feel a whole lot of nothing and chalk up other people’s “reiki healing” as a total placebo effect. Boy was I wrong! All I did was FEEL for the entire session. Even after the session I had a deep feeling of peace and calm. Now, I’m not going to claim my insomnia and anxiety were cured just in one session-but-I know that I’m on the right path and I’m on my way “up”! I am so grateful to have met wonderful Peg and look forward to my next session!

I have done Reiki one time with an unrelated individual prior to attending a session at Source Connection. First, I absolutely love the feel of the space at Source Connection, it puts you right at ease when you walk in, it has a really good vibe. There are unique features like the singing bowls and the bed you lay on can be raised and lowered. I was offered the option of headphones for the music during the session which I thought was cool. Now for the Reiki session, I worked with Peg and she is so sweet. She made sure I knew everything before starting of how she would work and the order of everything. She made sure I was comfortable. Now Reiki is something I believe works, and recommend anyone to try it once or twice to see if it works for you. For me it works, but everyone is different. The only way I can describe it to someone who has never done it is to go in with an open mind, because at the worst it was an hour of relaxation with no long term benefits, at the best, you can feel better about the state of yourself and the world. To me it feels like a reset to childhood when I had no worries about anything. I have done Reiki 3 times total now, love it. Try it at Source Connection guys, I hope you benefit like me. I am going to keep returning. Peg is great!
