I have been going here for a year now, and I love it. My spouse got me a massage for Mother's day and have been going ever since. Jennifer is my massage therapy and she is just amazing. She does deep tissue massage and I always feel like she works the spots that need the most work. I would always recommend her.

Hand and Stone is our favorite place to go for massages and facials! We ended up finally signing up for a monthly membership because we find ourselves going so often. The spa has so many options for facials and massges for both men and women. Highly recommend Brooke for facials she is fantastic and has made my skin so hydrated through this summer, she works wonders!

My experience at Hand and Stone was excellent based almost solely on my aesthetician Brooke. She was professional but approachable, kind, honest, and forthcoming with advice and pricing details. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and will be coming back for her expertise. I highly recommend her would be 5 stars if it weren't for what I've listed below. In regards to this location it is clean and nice. The front desk staff are kind and patient. I have seen them deal with upset clients gracefully and respectfully. The waiting area is immediately next to the front desk which is fine but has meant that I've had to listen to unpleasant conversations twice and that hasn't been the nicest way to start off what should be a relaxing experience. But seeing poised staff is also a vote of confidence. Please note that the issue I had and observed someone else had was that not all aesthetician's are up front about whether a proposed plan is more than the baseline. That's not unreasonable just make sure if you ask about pricing so you're aware of what you're getting!

My husband and I have been going to this Hand and Stone for about 6 or 7 months now. We absolutely love it here. I have seen Lentron (I think that is how you spell his name) and Desiree, both of them are amazing! My husband has seen 3 different people, but Desiree and Lindsey are his favorites. Sometimes I feel like I would like to spend less money, but I also understand that these people are providing a service, and with how I feel afterward, I believe it is well worth what we pay. All the staff is always polite, kind, and helpful. We love it here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a good quality massage. 1/28/23- Still seeing Lentron here and still loving every minute of it!

Loved my luminfusion with nanopen technology with Khayla. Hand and Stone Peoria at arrowhead is one of the three spas that offer this service. Khayla Was so informative about the treatment and my skin was plump, and the texture was even after the service.

I am someone who gets massage a few times a month and have been for over 5 years. I've had some amazing massages but nothing compares to the massage I just received with Lentron. His skill set is unmatched. His flow and technique lets me know that he's been doing this for a long time and that he's good at it. He does great neck and shoulders work as well as excellent upper lower back work. I liked that he incorporated stretching with my Swedish Massage. I loved that he didn't talk throughout the massage except to let me know if my pressure was fine or if I needed extra time in certain focus areas. That enhanced my levels of relaxation to the Max!! I didn't sign up for the membership because I am currently a grandfathered member somewhere else but I did rebook for the following month because man! The experience I received, was easily 5 stars and worth the full price. Your front desk girl was wonderful too. She was very personable and friendly. Wish I knew her name!

It was my first massage EVER but I have to say it was better than I expected. Shari (I don’t think that’s how her name is spelled) did my massage and she was wonderful! Very professional and she did listen to me about what I wanted to focus on for my massage. But at the end at the front desk it’s kind of a push to get a membership there and whatnot, even after saying no they still ask. It’s understandable but the girl’s mood at the desk immediately changed even after I’d declined a second time. She kind of seemed annoyed. Other than that I would recommend you go to Shari for your next massage!

Switching from the Happy Valley Hand and Stone, which was amazing, I switched to here, because of our new home in Surprise West .I thought the transition would be hard because you get attached to A certain massage therapist, But when I walked and I was treated like a celebrity, everything was clean and beautiful and upbeat and relaxing at the same time. Christina is my fav!!! She doesn’t just give you a massage, she can actually feel problem areas and work it out!! Thank you hand and spa and surprise for making me feel wonderful👏

I called late one Sunday afternoon to see if there was a couples massage time available later the same day. Fortunately for my hubs and I there was! We booked it and requested a massage with CBD oil. The two therapists we got were Lentron and Desire and they provided one of the best massages we each have had in a very long time. Service was great by all we encountered that evening and the facility was well maintained and relaxing.

I had gone for a facial for the first time and I was blown away by my experience. I absolutely love the environment which is set up. The music, the water fountain in the lobby, and don't even get me started with the room environment. The room environment is also very relaxing. The bed in which you lay is comfortable (it's also one that can be warmed up to your liking), the lights get dimmed, the employee isn't awkward, so overall I hope whoever decides to go, can also enjoy the little quirks I do and have a good experience too!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Hand and Stone. I went in for a facial and decided to upgrade it to the microdermabrasion infusion treatment recommended by my skin therapist Madison. It was AMAZING and totally worth it! My skin was left feeling beautiful and vibrant. Her knowledge of skin care is extensive. Madison recommended the vitamin c infusion and I was very impressed. My skin glowed for days after. My facial was very relaxing and I skin felt so rejuvenated after. I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment. Ask for Madison she will not disappoint!!

I booked an appointment for a facial for my upcoming wedding & couldn’t believe how wonderful it was. The experience beginning to end was a complete joy and I haven’t felt this relaxed since last year. My skin was patchy, dry and clogged. Now it is even, young looking, healthy, glowing and clear. This was my first time seeing Tam but I will be back just to see her again. Thank you Tam for such a great experience, you really know your stuff and the tips are helping!

I have tried the other massage brands in town and I can tell you from experience this is BY FAR THE BEST OF THE BEST. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff was friendly and the therapists were the most talented I have ever encountered. I usually bounce around and avoid the membership programs, but at this location I signed without hesitation, because not only was I blown away with the entire experience but my wife had a facial and was equally in awe of the professionalism and care she received. Savannah rocks and she listens to what my needs are and doesn’t try to do the whole “sales” thing like some places. Rob is very personable and really treats you like a friend over a client! I had such an amazing experience at this location! The front desk staff, Esme and JR, were so welcoming and friendly! Esme gave a wonderful suggestion to get a mini cold stone face massage and it was so amazing since I have been congested lately. Taylor was my massage therapist and she is a miracle worker! She was so sweet and engaging before and after the massage. During the massage she catered to ALL my needs and found lots of spots I was holding all my stress and did not even know it. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Taylor! Such a great experience.

I always enjoy going here for an 80 min massage or facial. It is clean, the staff is very friendly, reliable, and professional. I especially like that they offer services with several different therapists and times of day, so that it is easy to schedule an appointment around my work schedule. I highly recommend this place.

I was able to make a reservation for a facial online, which is very convenient. They emailed me a link for the paperwork which was easy to follow. I had a facial done by Cynthia. She was clear in explaining my options and advising me of what would be best for my skin. The treatment was relaxing and my skin looks amazing! She did not attempt to sell me products, rather stated that she was happy to give recommendations if I needed them. At checkout I was shown the membership information but chose not to purchase that. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that since I cannot afford to have a treatment done every month I will have to pay $119 versus the $69. Who wouldn't love to have a service done every month? Unfortunately, it just isn't in the budget. Even when I do save up and splurge the $119 plus additional $20 for my sensitive skin will leave me unable to return there, which is most unfortunate.

This Peoria location is super close to my house, and I’ve kept my membership going for over a year, even through Covid great massages, super friendly staff, and The master esthetician Kim is my favorite. Seriously the best facials ever, I always look forward to my appointments!!

I have been a member since August 2018 and love my massage therapist (I would give a name, but I want to keep this person to myself! - S/he is almost always booked). My therapist knows me well, and s/he is really good about listening to me as well as my body (we like to call knots little "boogers" b/c they try to hide away when s/he finds them). The location underwent a transition to new ownership, and the new owners have really made it a point to not just treat customers well but also treat their employees well. The prices have gone up recently for membership; however, I believe the cost meets the quality of service. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

I was taken aback to hear that the massage therapist tried to carry on a conversation during her massage therapy time. Doesn't he know they're supposed to be quiet and let you relax? I requested an appointment that was therapeutic. I had bad hip and knee issues . Rather than find a PT place I opted for a massage. Melissa found every issue and relieved all my knots. She even had a tutorial on the muscles in my legs before I left. Im so glad I went to Hand and Stone and even happier I have found Melissa. The staff knew just what I needed and who to pair me with. Had my first massage here last weekend. Place is very clean. My masseuse was Roberto did a fantastic job. He was very nice and did a great job!! The only downside was my room was right next to some people who were talking pretty loud and it was hard to relax with there loud talking (must of been there for a facial). I just want to say that the massage I got was AMAZING! All the staff is friendly! And I would have gone back a million times and been a total loyal customer if the admin staff were more on top of things. I'm so so disappointed! I was charged double for the day I went in; it took them 4 months to refund me after countless times of me calling and emailing. I literally had to get in contact with corporate. This is after every email and phone call someone saying they would "finally take care of it even though it hadn't been dealt with". FINALLY I got a refund and asked that my membership be cancelled/suspended. I was assured it was by their manager. However, I just got billed again and when I emailed in they said they would take care of it and haven't gotten me a refund yet. Now, no answers to my followup emails. I loved my massage so much that I signed up for a membership but never used it because of how unattended I feel on the business side (was charged 3 months of it, and charged again this month). I would do business with them again because of how amazing their services are!!

I’ve been going to this location monthly for over a year and every time has been awesome, they have high standards for customer service and every service I’ve had was outstanding. She gave me options with regards to upgrades, face care, supplies, etc... without pressuring me to buy something RIGHT NOW. She truly believes in the product she advertises for & it shows. She gave me samples to try so I can return to purchase the products. This is so important to do. Facial products are expensive & I don’t want to waste money if I dislike it. The asst manager (I forgot her name...sorry little lady) was sweet & professional. She provided deals to becoming a member, showed me pricing differences, & had answers to all of my questions. She was personable & easy to talk with. The front office & massage room were clean & your staff is friendly, knowledgeable & professional. As a new member, I look forward to future facials & massages.

My massage was with Roberto,who is also her masseuse.Prior to this experience I had never had a massage.When I left the table I immediately signed up for a membership. The service that I continue to receive from Roberto is amazing. He listened to my needs as we discussed my problem areas. What I loved the most was the fact that he educated me on why my body felt the way it did. He gave me tips on how I could ease the discomfort that I was typically feeling throughout the day. He allowed me to keep the conversation at my own pace. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had for a first time massage and in general. I'm addicted to the hot stones and I recommend Roberto and this establishment to anyone and everyone. I will continue to be a loyal member.🙃

Such a great experience. Pre-Natal massage did wonders for back pain and relaxation. I would highly recommend to other moms-to-be out there. The follow-up massage post giving birth was also amazing to help my body relax and recover. The facial was also wonderful and helped my skin so much, and I am still loving the skin care regimen that was recommended. The monthly membership is worth it!

Couples massage by Rob and Emilio was great- very professional, respectful, personable, and relaxing. Peaceful, soft surroundings. We did not understand that the pricing given over the phone by reception for the couples massage introductory special is $80 PER PERSON. Not sure how that's a special, since it's fairly standard to be less than $80 per person, elsewhere, and we were definitely not prepared for that. Had they explained that prior to the massage, we probably would've left. And when they ask if you'd like "a water", know that it's a Dixie cup, not a bottle. $160 for a massage, 2 Dixie cups of water, and a hard sell on add-ons and recurring membership (with $199 sign up fee). No thanks. Good luck to Rob and Emilio.

My first time in a spa and having a facial, the spa was clean and comfortable. Everything felt so nice! My daughter had purchased a gift cad for me for mothers day, she bought the card in surprise. I live in Peoria and the Glendale location is much more convenient, so i called and scheduled there. I even mentioned that the card was bought in surprise, I was told no problem! When i was finished and i presented the card there was an issue, I was even told that i might have to pay for the service! I found that extremely unprofessional and totally embarrassing. Luckily they did work it out but def not a nice way to begin the relationship!

My experience has not been the best at this location. I loved the esthetician and she gave amazing service. The massage therapist was horrible. She kept jumping from all part of my body and would massage one side for 5 minutes and the other side for 30 seconds. This location is driven way to much by sales and I feel completely bombarded every time I come in. Especially since each time I come, the new owners make sure to tell me each time that they are the new owners and are trying to make the place better. They should at least remember their clients so they aren't repeating the same desperate message that they are the new owners. I would go back, just for the esthetician.

Twenty minutes early to our appointment only to have to cancel it, we were told that they were running 5 minutes behind 10 minutes after the start of our appointment. We were looking forward to this but our schedule couldn't accommodate the delay.
