My first time having a Himalayan Salt massage and it was fantastic! Melissa was my massage therapist and she was amazing! Probably one of the best massages I have ever had! The best hour! I so relaxed and feel great! Go request Melissa, you will be happy you did!! Super friendly staff! Very welcoming and kind!

Love this place! People who work there are all very polite and nice to talk to. Very professional place to get a massage. I’ve done a regular full body, hot stone, and the Himalayan salt stone. My personal favorite is the Himalayan salt stone and would recommend Marlone! He’s helped me work on personal body aches and pains and helped me recover. Massage beds are heated, you can adjust temperature before getting on the bed on the wall. I personally also like to dim the lights before lying down. Sets a very calming mood. They also mention there’s safety features in the room if you get in an uncomfortable situation.

The only problem about this company I can complain about is the estheticians and the massage therapist are only paid commission only. Which should be advertised on the front door so their clients know the only money they make is based off of gratuity and upselling services and/or product. Instead, they raise the price of their services making less likely to get a decent tip. They didn't pay 10,000.00 to go to school just to make chump change. I run a break press bending metal and I make better money than the estheticians do. You should be charging an automatic 20% gratuity on top of the commission.

Nice location. Clean. Friendly staff. The women doing intake were great. You have a choice of many different therapists. You just need to find the right one for you. My sister got the membership because she lives nearby. She was very happy with Michael. I would definitely recommend that you be very specific and state what you want and don’t want so that you aren’t charged for services you did not intend to receive.

I’m honestly surprised to not see more positive reviews regarding how amazing Marlon is at his job! Each month I see him, he always starts out by asking what I am looking for or if anything is bothering me. He then ensures he focuses on those concerns and I always walk away amazed at how much better I feel. It is crazy when his fingers find the exact spot that is killing me, even if I couldn’t fully voice or point to it. I’m grateful I have the membership and a massage therapist who is able to work out all the kinks. The ONLY concern I have is booking. There have been a couple of instances in which my appointments were canceled/changed without full communication to me. Things were easily fixed once I realized there was a problem and called in, but it has happened a few times and it can be slightly frustrating. I was given “upgrades” (hot stone for the first reschedule and aromatherapy the second time the same appointment was rescheduled) to the massages over the phone for the concerns, but then they were never noted within my file when I finally got in for the massage.

After my initial visit and the confusion at the desk I probably never would have gone back if my wife hadn't gotten me a year membership. Now I'm so glad she did. I work landscaping, a physically demanding job, and my back is usually causing me pain. I got an hour massage from Eduardo and my back hasn't felt this good in 5 years. Got my first good night sleep in a month and a half. Thank you, Eduardo.

Staff seemed confused about what room we were to go in at arrival. We wanted a couples massage and they tried to put us in separate rooms. My husband was never told he only had one massage credit so several days later he got a phone call informing him his credit card would be charged more for my massage. Very confused staff, really need to train staff better, and tell clients the correct information the first time.

I loved this place. Starting with Jamilla who made my appointment over the phone. I arrived for my facial early to fill out the paperwork and was welcomed by Jamilla and her front desk partner. My facial was absolutely wonderful with Mackenzie. She took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted and my problem areas. I highly recommend this Hand and Stone.

I almost didn't want to rate this Hand and Stone so high because it is already a very busy place and sometime hard to schedule. Not a luxury "hang around and relax" kind of place. Just an attentive place for a variety of massage and facial treatments. They are very aware of Covid worries and risks and take every effort to keep clients and staff safe.

For my birthday my husband booked a massage and facial for me. He had mentioned they had upgrades to choose from so I was very excited to see what they offered. I enjoyed my hot stone massage. The massage therapist seemed to really care about where I had muscle pain from sitting in front of a desk 40+ hours a week. I really wanted to do the microdermabrasion and had mentioned it to the front desk when I checked in. My husband really wanted me to enjoy myself. She said the person doing my facial would offer me any upgrades. Long story short, I was never offered the microdermabrasion and before you know it the facial was over. I thought the front desk would of at least mentioned it to the esthetician. So the massage was great but the facial part could of been better.

Friendly. I didn't give it 5 stars because they never asked my daughter what massage I wanted when she booked it. So I asked what massage did my daughter book me for and they said your therapist does light to medium. Well I actually thought I was booked for a deep tissue massage or a hot stone massage. When I asked my daughter she said they only asked if I wanted an hour or hour and a half massage. The massage therapist was good and asked if the pressure was good or if I wanted it lighter or firmer. I would recommend this place and I would return.

The staff was so professional from the call I received on the phone to the time I arrived to my appointment. They were so warm and welcoming. They all made me feel so at ease. I’ve been a member for over 2 years. I’ve had great massages with many of the therapists. Only downfall to these massage clubs is that the good therapists don’t stay too long. Luckily, they get replaced with other good therapists. The facials are awesome too.

The massage therapist called in sick so they had to reschedule my appointment which really wasn't a big deal at all but they went above and beyond to make up for it and were so caring about everything. I see Julena regularly for my facials, and 2 different massage therapist for 2 different types of massage. They are always professional and all bring a peaceful experience to the appointment. Also, if I want to engage and talk they are all great conversationalist, if I want peace and quiet the appointments go as such. As someone with severe arthritis in my spine, I always walk out feeling so much better than when I walked in. Thank you Hand and Stone you are well worth my membership fee.

In my business career, I have traveled to 44 countries and actually worked for a Swedish software company. I have enjoyed Swedish massages in Sweden and a variety of massage techniques from Singapore to São Paulo. I have lived in Brazil and Japan. Frankly, I was not expecting very much, but Melissa gave me the best Swedish massage I have ever received - period. I have never written a public review for a massage or facial spa, but I have no reservations in making these statements. I am now a returning member of the Goodyear Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. Excellent!

I’ve been here about 4 times and have had great massages. The last time I was there, my boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage for our 2 year anniversary. I had a decent massage, however, it felt very rushed and wasn’t exactly consistent with other massages I’ve had there. My boyfriend and I were comparing our massages after and we were laughing hysterically and joking that they must’ve been short staffed that day and he got the janitor because the guy seemed as if he didn’t know what he was doing. Or was uncomfortable. It was almost like the guy was afraid to touch him. Ever see that episode of Friends where Ross is giving Phoebe’s client a massage? It was something like that. 😂🤣😂🤣 Not the greatest experience for him, for his first time, but we got a good laugh about it, at least.

Had another fabulous experience at the Goodyear, AZ location. John was my therapist and he is definitely in my top 2 of best therapists I have experienced in the past 10 years. Location is very, very clean. Massages are 50 minutes long, I wish they would be a true 60 minutes for the prices, but other than that, this location is excellent. I will be going again and referring others there!

Goodyear, Arizona Hand and Stone is the best! I am visiting from another state and they were able to give me an appointment with an Oncology Massage Therapist within a few hours. The massage therapist was knowledgeable and professional. She asked what areas I needed work on and within three visits my pain and discomfort has been almost eliminated. I feel that Goodyear Hand and Stone professionals care about their clients and provide a personal positive experience. When I come back next year, I will be sure to make an appointment for my massage.
