Oh my goodness! You deserve to feel this good! From the friendly receptionists who will assist in scheduling an appointment, to the peaceful calming atmosphere, to the skilled and knowledgeable massage therapists, you can't go wrong making this your self care, me time destination. My therapist is Amy and she is amazing! She listens to my needs for each session and also recommends things I can do in between sessions, like stretches. I always walk out feeling lighter and more refreshed! I highly recommend you be kind to yourself and schedule an appointment today!

While I initially had what I felt was a bad customer service experience at Chandler South, the manager (Mariah) quickly reached out to me and we had an honest and healthy discussion regarding the incident. She was very open and transparent with me and that’s very hard to find these days with locally owned businesses. I just received my first massage at the Elements Chandler South location with Natasha and she was amazing. I visit spas regularly and what I like most about Natasha is that she listened to my health concerns and gave me a massage that exceeded my expectations. The only time she spoke to me was to occasionally check the pressure. Usually when I have a 60 minute massage I am left feeling as if it was not enough time. Natasha gave me a full body massage and worked out every area of concern. I am completely satisfied with the therapist, service, and facility! Thank you!

Massage therapist was strong and tried to work out the knots in my back but was not able to. I went for deep tissue with no resolution. I know they tried their best the whole time and sometimes it takes multiple sessions, so that isn't on them. What I don't appreciate is a 60 minute massage turning into a 50 minute massage. Arrived 15 minutes early to go back a little late and get out of the massage early. People are nice there, sure. Don't say it's 60 minutes when it's definitely not

I love this place. Everyone at the front desk are always so friendly. I did have to try two different therapists until I found one that I am comfortable with and is able to help my back pain. All the therapists here are great! Definitely recommend this Elements Massage.

Updated Review: They have really good service and great therapists on staff! A frustrating billing issue between 2 locations lasted 1 month but the owner and manager were quick to resolve it! Even followed up with me to ensure I knew what was happening and pleased with the service! :)

The ladies at the reception counter were outstanding! Very personable and professional. Micheal, my massage therapist was great! He made me feel comfortable since it was my first massage, asked the right questions (what areas to focus on/level of intensity) which helped deliver the massage that helped me out the best.

Place was very clean and smelled relaxing as soon as you walk through the door. Process of check in was very smooth. And Erin was great! She did exactly what I expected, she was very gentle and it was so relaxing. Def recommend the membership if you plan to go a lot. Love it there!

I have been to this elements location multiple times. It is not the closest to my house but I prefer to drive because of the wonderful experience I have each time that I come into the studio. Friendly staff, professional and courteous! Explained thoroughly over the phone their Covid policies, so there was no surprises when I walked in. Michelle was AMAZING!! I arrived with quite a bit of hip and back pain and walked out pain free! At first I thought, the pain will return as always. I woke up this morning feeling fantastic and still pain free!! It's been quite sometime that I haven't had pain all day or woken up with pain. She did an awesome deep tissue massage, I prefer A LOT of pressure and she delivered! So glad I purchased the membership and can't wait to go back to Michelle in a couple weeks! Michelle you're an absolute blessing! Thank YOU!! 🙌

Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The receptionist was super friendly. The massage therapist worked out knots I had for weeks, and I tried the Himalayan salt stones which were so worth the cost! It felt so amazing! What a great experience! I was able to make a same day appointment and at a time of my choosing. The customer service was great from the moment I walked through the door. My therapist Andrew really listened to my concerns and personalized my massage to fit my needs. I would highly recommend Andrew for trigger point....it's not a "relaxing" experience but is definitely worth long term healing. If you've been on the fence about booking a massage, don't waste anymore time! You deserve it!

My massage experience at Elements Massage - Chandler South was nothing short of spectacular. Alisha, my massage therapist, was fantastic. The pressure was amazing. I like more of a deeper massage and she was able to hit some very tight muscles within my neck and shoulders with care and consideration. I left rejuvenated and revived. The hemp oil added an extra relaxation element to an already wonderful massage. I would HIGHLY recommend Alisha as a massage therapist and Elements Massage for your future massage appointment.

I have been going to Natasha since I was in a bad car accident a few years ago. Today I went in because I had one of the worst migraines I've had in years. I can't tell you how much better I feel. Natasha is not only great to go to twice a month for the normal maintenance massages but she adjusted all her techniques to really focus on the areas I needed most today. I feel like a new person - and scheduled a follow up next week. I can't thank her enough for all her help feeling my best.

She is always giving great advice of to-dos and what NOT to do to benefit my body and massages. She's an excellent communicator without being pushy. It was my first time having services done at elements massage & after my experience I know it won’t be my last! I had an amazing experience from start to finish - from making the appointment same day, accommodating to my prenatal needs, friendly staff, no pressure/hassle to get a membership (problem you have when you have services done at massage envy), and my therapist was amazing! I called same day hoping for an appointment because I had a really bad migraine & my medication wasn’t helping. My therapist Laurel took care of me and made sure I left the clinic feeling rejuvenated and migraine free! My birthday is next week so I plan on asking for a membership just so I can see Laurel on a monthly basis!(: definitely will be recommending this location to all my family & friends !!

This place definitely deserves 5 stars! The atmosphere is amazing, the front staff has wonderful and welcoming smiles and my massage therapist, Jennifer, did such a fantastic job!! I am currently 32 weeks pregnant so it was nice that they have the accommodations for that. Mariah helped set my appointment this morning (I LOVE that they had same day appts available) and she was so nice on the phone. Jennifer made sure to focus on the areas I was having the most issues with and checked in every now and then to make sure I was doing okay and that the pressure wasn't too much or too little. She even gave me a recommendation card afterwards with things to do to help my sciatic pain. I feel amazing after my 1 hour session. HIGHLY recommend this place and Jennifer!

Great massage! No pain at all for the next few weeks (a rarity for my back, shoulders, and neck), and I was half asleep by the end :). Very good customer service too! They accommodated me on very short notice (my appointment at another place was delayed unexpectedly, so I came here!). The therapist also gave me great advice for stretching out tight muscles!

I have been going to Natasha for years now. Obviously with the current COVID situation I have missed appointments. I just went back this week and I notice such a difference in my body. If you are someone that needs regular massages Natasha is the one to go to. Plus she was extremely careful and great about the new regulations after doors opened again (which I appreciate!)

Best experience I could ask for ! I hardly ever get massages and when I went I wasn’t sure what to ask for. I had a lot of pain in my back and made it very difficult to sleep. Nick & Jordan are the go-to guys for sports-related stuff; they stretch you into pretzel and work out everything wrong - they’ve saved me from PT and they give great advice for home stretch, when and how to ice/heat. Richard was amazing! I chose deep tissue and told him upfront to not pay attention to me if I whined during it, haha. He was ultra professional and talked me through the rough spots and made sure it was just discomfort and not pain. I left feeling nearly drunk from all the junk he massaged out. These are all GREAT things when you like deep tissue. He was awesome. I can’t wait to go back.
