My daughter and I have been enjoying the wonderful massage experience at 5 Star Burbank for years. The standards and quality have withstood the years of the pandemic. Kevin who mans the desk and books the masseuses is all pro . The place is clean and the business run on schedule with appointments. We recommend the 70 minute combo which is flat massage and soak , then full table massage. It’s heavenly and very reasonably priced. Often when we are traveling in Los Angeles we can get a same day massage. Kevin will make it happen !

I have been going here for a long time. I recommend Tony . He seems to know more of what he is doing . Keep in mind English is not their native language, and so if you are one that has a lot of instructions and request. Not your place. But if you're okay with just coming in letting them do their thing it's a perfect place in The Price is Right. Cheaper than most places

Can’t beat the place it for the prices they offer on either their foot or body massage. They stay busy, so if you’re looking for a longer massage then you should call ahead. I especially enjoyed the scalp massage by them.

35 bucks 1 hour foot and body massage is a steal. The only thing I would like is if they change the color of the dark brown sheets. I prefer something in lighter color that does not hide dirt.

I've been coming here for months and for some reason they do not dry your feet after taking it out of the water they don't cover your feet either so you just have wet cold feet hanging out that you end up having to sit up straight and dry yourself. I've asked them almost every time I've come in to tell the technician to dry my feet and either they forget or they'll have asked dry it and still not cover my feet and just have my cold feet hanging out and then I end up being uncomfortable and not able to fully relax during the massage. I've mentioned this several times and they have not fixed this. I've been getting reflexology massages for 20 years and I've never had them not dry or cover my feet. It seems so bizarre to me that even when they put the blanket over me they failed to cover my feet. I'm really confused and do not understand the training at this place. Everyone is very skilled and polite enough but I think I need to find another place to go.

Had 2 massages from here. Both excellent $70 for 1 1/2 hours for full body in a private room. So relaxing. Best to make an appt , they are always busy. Very friendly staff

This is my wife and I's go to for a solid massage at a fair price. What it lacks in ambiance it makes up in quality massages. We probably go once a month and all of the masseuses have similar techniques and pressures. We haven't had an experience yet that hasn't kept us from continuing to go back. Kevin the front desk manager always greets us with a smile and we are always welcome. Be sure to make appointments on the weekend because it gets really busy. We get the 90 minutes massage and it is $60. They many other options on their menu. You can also do the chair massage for a nice foot massage that starts with soaking and also works your back and shoulders. You can combo a foot massage ( in chair) then go to the room for and oil body massage too. They also work in hot stones that are amazing. If you are ever in need of a go to massage for an excellent price this is your spot.

I'm a semi regular client here. I come about once every other month for a massage. And I always almost fall asleep which I know means I'm actually relaxing (which is not easy for me). I've done every kind they offer here in every length (foot, body and combo in 60, 90, 120 minute options). My favorite is still the 60-90 minute foot massage though. I don't get the same masseuse every time, however their technique is consistent and always good. I have also been to many other massage places in LA and elsewhere and I must say that this place is the one I keep coming back to time and again!

Not bad. First time to one of these massage places. My upper back was killing me so I decided to stop in. With no appointment, I waited not even 5 min. I asked for a full body massage and was taken into a private room. I must admit, I was a little leary walking in as the first room you step into had about 20 beds with several people being worked on. Plus it was dark so it was hard to get a feel of the layout. Once in my private room, it was actually nice. A friend of mine recommended I ask for Cindy but she was not there. However, the lady that worked on me (sorry, I did not get her name) was great. She gave a solid good massage and at some point she took out hot stones that were awesome! She also got on my back and used what I believe were her elbows to knead my upper back. Overall, great massage. Felt great afterwards and for the price of $40 bucks for an hour (actually felt much longer), well worth it. The only thing is I was not sure how much to tip her so I gave her $10. She seemed happy with it so I am assuming it was enough. So, if you are looking for a good massage without spending too much. This place does the job.

It was relaxing. But here’s a suggestion, can you please close the doors a little bit more? I heard lots of outside noises like car honking, cars going by, and motorcycles during my massage. It kind of reverses the relaxing effects of getting a massage. The actual massage is great though.

Now open with COVID precautions. They even did a little upgrade and have super soft sheets. This is a HIDDEN GEM in Burbank and my go to for a massage. If you are looking for a great price for a FANTASTIC massage this is the place. I definitely recommend calling in advance but they accept walk ins too. Kevin is fantastic and always tries to accommodate us. I recommend the $60/90min body w the hot stones...SOOOOOOO heavenly. All the masseuses use a similar technique so you never get a bad massage. There is no Thai stretching, so for me this place is the perfect combination of oil and swedish style. SOLID PLACE.

If you're in the area, feeling stressed and have an hour or more to invest in a little self care...you need to come here. A calming environment and experience that starts with a half-hour long warm foot bath and foot massage, followed by a hour long full body massage that sooths sore muscles and relaxes tense bodies. The only draw back is not much privacy, but for the quality of the massage and the low prices, it is totally worth it. You can mix and match times and massage options as well. Check this place out...you will not regret it and you may just walk away felling more centered, calm and at peace with the universe.

I've been having trouble getting an appointment on the weekends. I called Five Star and they got me in for a Deep Tissue in less than an hour on a Sunday Night. First.... the place is small but also very clean. Everyone is extremely polite. My masseuse came in and immediately went to work on me. SHE WAS AMAZING. She used her hands to make adjustments on my spine. Then dug in with her elbows and worked out all these sore areas in my back. She also offered Hot Stones too! There are tons of massage places but 5 star gives you an amazing massage for a great price. Unlike some membership places, the price is much lower without the feeling of obligation of using a membership. I love the 70 minute combo...yes, 70 minutes where as many places only give you 60. I like em, I use em and for the value, you will too.

Really great massage!! Two FULL hours of full body treatment for only $80. Loved the hot stones and deep tissue therapy. Perfect for my SI joint issues. I went twice in 3 days while on a business trip. Will be going back everytime im in Burbank.

Great massage! I chose the 1 hr body massage for $40, and it was well worth it. There is an option for a 70 minute combo foot/body massage for $40, which I have done before as well, and good when I happen to have a little bit of extra time.

Oh sweet mother of god what an oasis. Fifty bucks for an hour and a half. Pressure was perfect, included wax and stones. Pretty sure my wife loved it too because she's staring out the window in this Lyft with her mouth open and not moving. Definitely lived up to the name: Five Stars!

I enjoyed going with my friend after breakfast. I just wish I got the deep tissue. Next time I will, but it was relaxing. That is the purpose of a massage. But my issues are deeper than that. Next time for sure. Good value.

Love this place for an inexpensive relaxing massage... nothing fancy & every experience ive had has been different depending on who is giving your massage... the only thing I'd suggest is keeping the chatter between employees down (even those not on the massage floor) because you hear everything & it's distracting...

Nice clean place. Affordable. Most of them know what there doing but last time i went the girl hurt my back and i told her several times i dont want hard pressure. I was there for relaxtion not a deep tissue but she kept the harder pressure.

The massage very well excellent masseuses. The only thing I don't like is that as soon as you walk in and talk to the receptionist, he mentions that you should leave a tip in cash. For my part, I like to contribute in that way after a good massage. What I don't like is because they have you. to be saying that when entering and leaving. Which should not be so. Zero for receptionist
