Shelah is absolutely incredible! I have been to numerous locations with a variety of massage therapy styles. Not only does she care, but her technique really is seeking long term relief. She uses a variety of strategies to work out knots without causing pain. I never felt she was rushing through an area. She is the best I have ever experienced and I cannot wait to return to her!

When you first walk in the parlor, you notice the clean, and pleasant smell. I was greeted by Sheilah, who was very warm and professional. The massage itself(30 min integrated) loosened, soothed and relaxed the tissue in my back, shoulders and neck. Sheilah is very tactile proficient, and worked with me based on what specific areas had been bothering me. I already booked a follow up and will, most likely, be a "regular." The benefits of massage go far beyond just physical discomfort. Helps reduce overall stress and cognitive fatigue. Thanks, sheilah!

She listened!! ... after i discussed what all issues I had with my back/neck she went right to work. made sure it wasn't too much pressure or not enough and did some techniques I've never had done before. I could feel her working my knots and WOW lol. before I walked in I had tweaked my neck on both sides and was hard to turn my head, once she was done I couldn't believe I could turn my head again. There's no question I'm returning to Shelah again to finish getting these knots worked out in my upper back! Absolutely best massage ive ever had!
