Highly recommend booking with Helen for your next massage! I booked a 90 minute massage and it was exactly what I needed. I am a very active person who works out 4/5 times a week from running, yoga, biking, weight lifting and swimming and she used just the right amount of pressure I needed during my massage. Her place was very nice and very clean and she was extremely professional. This is my second massage with Helen and I booked a third massage with her for later this year.

Helen was AMAZING. I haven’t had a good massage in a while and she relieved every stiff spot I had. She is so kind and her studio is very cozy. I especially loved her heated massage table and her blankets were so soft as well. Great music taste btw! Highly recommend her!

Helen is great and does an excellent job. She's flexible with scheduling and always leaves me feeling rejuvenated after our regular couples massages. I recently went for a pre-natal massage and that was wonderful too. Can't recommend enough! 🥰

My fiancée gave me a gift certificate for Elevate. I had never had a massage before. Helen was the therapist that worked with me. I have to say the experience was absolutely amazing. She is obviously a well-practiced professional who did a wonderful job. Not only did she help me feel completely at ease with this new experience, but also worked wonders on my biggest problem areas. I have an arthritic shoulder and sciatic pain that she has helped immensely. I would happily recommend Elevate Massage to anyone.

Awesome. I have had Thai massages in Thailand, Ayurvedic massages at spas, and Swedish massages in the States, and Helen gives the best massage I've ever had. She is able to flow between techniques as needed to uncover and release the deep stresses in the body. I have sensitive skin, and so she thoughtfully uses oils that won't make me break out. I feel so much better after seeing her, physically and even mentally/emotionally. Plus, everything smells so good!
