I've been to Elements several times without complaint. However, the last two times I've seen Tina and she is incredible! She is very attentive and will focus on any area that is requested during my hour massage. My next appointment will be 90 mins and I can't wait!

My husband and I went for a couples massage. The first thing my husband said when he got on the massage table was that the bed felt sticky. I had Jacob and while the massage was great he repeatedly said the f word and $#!+ during my massage, as my muscles were very tight. I couldn’t relax due to his continued cussing and talking. My husband said other than his bed feeling sticky, Lamina was great.

So far, hands down the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. All three of the therapists, Lamond , Juli-Anne , and Jessy. They all listened and actually cared about my concerns. I signed up for the membership cause I will definitely be going back every month.

Front desk was a little questionable, but I am spoiled with over and beyond treatment at my permanent spa place. Brandon was vocal and checked in on pressure and made me feel comfortable. This was close to the best massage I’ve had in a while.

I've been getting massages from this location for almost 5 years now. I signed up for their program and get monthly 90-minute massages. I've had to go through several therapists due to turnover, but the majority of them I've gotten have been fantastic. The last several months, however, I have not been able to get in contact with anyone to schedule an appointment. I've lost track of the number of times I've called and left messages and no one has ever called me back. The month before last I ended up going to another location much further from my house just because I was in so much pain and needed a massage as soon as possible. I have no idea what's going on, but their customer service has really deteriorated the last few months.

I don't normally leave reviews for anything, and I'm always one to go or not go to places based on ratings. I've been to many massage therapy places throughout the years and I will say this place was amazing! Lamond was absolutely amazing!!! Very professional, listened to what I had to say and knew what he was doing and worked on areas he could feel needed more attention. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone needing a quality massage. I will be getting a membership because I need this way more often!

I had a 90 min massage tonight. The manager told me to get Jami. She is amazing. She did some technique on me I had never gotten done before. And she wrote recommendations for my next massage. I definitely recommend Jami. Also the manager, Tobi, was very reactive and prompt addressing the issue I had prior to my massage being done. Thank you. You made my trip worthwhile. Receptionist was super sweet. Called ahead to verify as I had booked 2 appts at the same time. 1 for me, 1 for my g/f. Very accommodating. I had Morgan and my g/f had Hiawatha. Both of us were very happy with our 90 minute sessions. Very clean and well kept. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Juli-Anna was absolutely phenomenal! I have been dealing with pain in my neck and shoulders for a year or two and nothing has relieved that pain more than my session with her. I have already referred my wife and have my next apt booked. I really can't say enough good things about my experience.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I have an excellent message therapist that honestly cares about what he does. I don't plan on ever going anywhere else. I obtained a membership here and that gives me $10 off of every message. The owner listens to the staff and seems to take very good care of them. I had a friend get a massage here and he went on and on about the massage therapist he had as well. I guess you are just hiring the best of the best!! I will definitely continue to refer others. The last visit just a few days ago, I walked in and it was hotter than usual. Hot places make it hard for me to breath. All I said to the young man at the desk ( Ethan) was, it's very hot in here, doesn't that bother you? He didn't realize how hot it was, I said nothing about my asthma, and he offered to adjust it for me. I found that to be so kind of him. He adjusted it immediately and within 10 minutes the temperature was perfect. I'm a small guy. I get cold easy. He's a small framed guy as well so I can understand him not realizing how hot it was because he sits behind the desk, greeting everyone and taking care of their needs. When you're not moving around much, you don't feel that heat so much. I just had to throw that in there because I've never been anywhere that offered to adjust the thermostat for me. Kept me from having to take my inhaler. Thank you, Ethan. I hope I have your name right. Keep up the good work and keep that love in your heart. I appreciate you.

Flexible schedule and convenient location with good parking. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable with gentle lighting and soft relaxing instrumental music. Hiawatha listened to my list of aches and pains and did everything to make me feel comfortable. He provided a thorough relaxing massage. I highly recommend Hiawatha and Elements Massage.

I’ve had a membership (well worth the money!) here for the last few years and enjoyed all of it! Recently, I’ve had both Chris and Hiawatha as massage therapists. They both listened to your needs/ aches and pains. LOL. Steven at the front desk is also amazing at working with your schedule. I had to let my contract expire for personal reasons but I will be back! Many thanks to all at that location!

I have had many massages at many locations. This was my favorite by far! They make it VERY clear that your comfort is priority number one. Theres a form giving concent for various places of massage and they ask when they get near popular trigger spots if its ok. (Like the neck) coby was also great at explaining what each massage point and pressure point helped with as well as causes for specific knots and pains. i havent felt this loose and relaxed in YEARS. I like deep tissue which i know can be painful but helpful he was good about asking about pain levels or letting me know before doing something that could be painful. At no point was i uncomfortable and i honestly will continue coming even though its so far from my home because coby was awesome!

Neither my wife or I had ever had a massage before. She is 8&1/2 months pregnant and really enjoyed it. I had a phenomenal experience as well. The front desk girl was very polite and got us back pretty quickly. The massage therapists were very good at their jobs, as well as polite and courteous. A little pricy, but worth the visit. We'll have to go again sometime.

Love coming here to relax & get any aches & pains worked out. Rachel is awesome by the way! Not only is she very good at the massage, but she is very friendly and personable. We signed up for the membership beacause my husband & I both prefer Elements ovet any of the other places we've tried. Can't wait for my next massage. I just hope next time I come the water feature is working in the lobby. It would be very serene and relaxing while we're waiting on our masseuse. 😊

I've been receiving massages at this location for over a year and always have great experiences. The therapists I have had are all friendly and knowledgeable. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders/neck and the deep tissue massages are excellent. The atmosphere is very clean, relaxing, and welcoming. My mom has a monthly membership to Elements Massage, so she gave me one of her passes, and we both got massages. The masseuse listened to the areas I wanted worked on and then actually applied the amount of pressure I wanted. I've often had trouble with other masseuses not being able to do a deep tissue massage or saying they will but then not applying much pressure at all. This was not the case with her. I felt great the next day. This business would definitely get five stars, but they didn't have any change when we went to pay, so that made the transaction more awkward than I would have liked. It seems weird for a business to not have any change. Other than that, I highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience here. Over the holiday weekend, I strained my upper back and had been feeling pain for 5 days. I have a physically demanding job and an infant son that I need to carry. By Thursday, my back was locking up and by that night, I was in so much agony I was contemplating going to the Emergency Room. I got in to see my doctor on Friday morning who prescribed me some medication and suggested a massage since he thought it was likely a muscle strain. Nothing had been providing me relief (icy hot, ice packs, LOTS of Advil, Epsom salts bath, hot shower, back patches, etc) and I was in agony. I was able to get in to see Frank right away and he was such an amazing masseuse ! He worked on my upper back trying to relax it and get out the knots for almost the entire time and even put some BioFreeze on it. Afterwards, I was still sore but did not have the stabbing sharp pain anymore! I could drive home without being in tears and I could pick up my infant son again! It is the next day and I am still relatively pain free (minus the usual massage soreness) and I have not needed any pain medication or muscle relaxers! I am SO GRATEFUL to Frank and his work yesterday!!!! I can do my daily activities with very tolerable pain. I will be getting a monthly membership after this for sure to prevent this from happening again! THANK YOU!

It was okay but I said I had a bad back going into it and the proceeded to go as hard as she could which wouldn’t have been horrible if it were in the right areas (suppose I could have said something) but it was my first time and I was nervous but then I got handed and envelope(didn’t know what it was) then realized it was a tip envelope then realized I was expected to give a tip which is never a good feeling(was going to leave a tip anyways but the experience was ruined by being asked. I work in an industry where people tip ALOT and never have had to ask for it. Just my opinion over all not that bad but definitely will go somewhere else next time.
