Wow just wow. I needed a good deep tissue massage and came here after some research. They were open late and had a $39 offer for a one hour full body massage. Paul was my therapist and he was great. He worked on most of the knots I had, he used hot stones and hot towels. They offer foot reflexology and private divided rooms for comfort. I was able to hear people talking in the other rooms but overall was nice with the relaxing music. Definitely recommend for price.

Beyond amazing! Felt like a new person and oh so light after an hour long session here. I've tried 100s of places in Manhattan and Queens over past 8yrs and this was truly awesome. We had Frank and Steven as our masseuses and boy, did my therapist get those knots out! A hidden gem and so happy we found it. Will be back for more.

Received a great massage from this massage parlor today, full body and a focus on my feet. I have severe foot aches and pains from standing at work all day and I was in desperate need of a foot massage, but when I saw I could get 30 minutes full body and 30 minutes foot for a total of $48, I went that route. Is it a beautiful atmosphere? No, but you go there for a massage, not to look at the decor. The massage itself was excellent and I felt the dedication with every rub; I felt very pampered and comfortable. The masseuse asked about my comfort levels during the more intense parts of the massage. My feet felt relaxed and pain free concluding the session. You also can’t find a 60 minute full body massage that costs under $50 at most places you go to. I was very pleased with my experience. The only reason for not giving four starts was my masseuse wasn’t very talkative and being the extrovert I am, I enjoy small talk with everyone. Aside from that, I definitely recommend this place!!!

This place is honestly incredible. I get one hour full body massages here all the time now and it’s the best deal. I like very strong massages and this is the only place I’ve ever been where I sometimes have to ask them to be a little gentler. I sometimes go to this place 3x a week because it’s just that good. Don’t expect the ambiance of a spa but do expect a great inexpensive massage that will be strong enough to improve any tension you have. I rave about this place to all of my friends and have probably been to this place over 100 times in the past couple of years and will keep going as long as I live in NY.

This place is a gem!! Seriously the best foot massage I have ever had. The individuals that work here are true reflexologists. My partner and I went in for a 1 hour foot massage this week; we both like a firm massage and they DELIVERED! It started out a bit light for both of us and we asked for more firm pressure which they definitely applied. I then had to ask for a bit less pressure. They are truly kind humans! And the biggest thing?? Only $29 for an hour long massage. I can't understand how they can offer a service such as this for that little. If I lived in NYC, this would be a weekly stop for me! Next time I'm back I'll definitely return!!

Great foot massage, decent prices. I believe it was under $30 in cash. They seemed a little pushy for a tip, which made me a bit uncomfortable, because they stand right near you, while you’re paying for your services. I seen this with every customer paying. Tipping is based on experience and at the discretion of the consumer. And foot massage area is where all the traffic goes in and out.

Amanda is Awsome. Hellen is also Great, I always get either or to Work my body. I Train Daily; run 4 to 8miles, lift weight, train as a Fighter and swim 5 times per week and Hike On Sundays 4 to 12miles. I make sure to stop here every Monday after training. Definitely worth it.

I always go to Chinatown for massages and I’m glad I found a place in this area as they do a equally good job! Service is courteous and my masseuse had a firm touch. I had the foot reflexology with half back massage. Decor is a little shoddy, but the price is great.

I was sceptical at first but when me and my wife got there I changed my opinion right away. We had a 60 minute couples massage with hot stones. At the beginning they will ask you how hard you want them to massage you. I have not had such a good deep tissue massage in a long time. I highly recommend this spa.

You seriously cannot beat an hour-long foot massage for just $25! The seating was also wide and comfortable, and the lighting was really relaxing. The overall environment is very conducive to a relaxing nap. The full body massage is also incredible. The value is the best of any massage place I've been in the city. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat both in terms of service and affordability!

If you're looking for a really good, strong reflexology massage this place is it. They can work your feet and have you walk out feeling like you're floating on a cloud. Generally you can also tell them to go stronger or lighter to adjust to your liking. It's not a fancy place, this isn't a hundreds of dollars spa, so adjust your expectations. It may not be fancy but the massage is better than some much more expensive ones I've had. For covid they have partitions between every 2 seats in the front, and then curtained rooms in the back. Everyone has a mask on too.

Best massage I had in a long time , was worth the wait to phrase 3. I had Amanda and my husband had Cindy they were both very good and professional. Massages are different now because of Covid ;for example, temperatures were checked prior to beginning , the bed you lay on is covered with plastic, and towel covering you instead of blanket . Different times now but really good massage otherwise.

This massage was INTENSE but so so effective! I have never had a massage like this, it was quite rough and not at all gentle but I didn’t mind, the massage therapist was doing actual very needed body work on my muscles. Breathe into it and let him do his thing. I was a little sore the next day, but I know it’s because I was in such bad shape to begin with. When the muscles are worked on in that way, they need a little time to recover and relax back into themselves, understandably so. On day 2 after my massage, I feel like a brand new person! I really, really needed this and I feel REAL, lasting relief I’ve not gotten from previous *more expensive* massages. This is not a simple “treat yourself” massage, this is true healing body work. THANK YOU!!!

This is my favorite massage place in NYC. The staff are kind and the prices are incredibly fair. They have a coupon on their website you can get additional time for $39. They also have a stamp card so you get a massage free. Highly recommend it.

I’m normally skeptical when it comes to these ‘Body Work’ places but my visit here was on a friends recommendation. On arrival it was a lot more inviting and welcoming than I’d imagined so I went in and asked for an hour ($39). My only stipulation was that I got a strong/form massage. Although LUCY who was massaging me was small she packed a punch. She fully kneaded and worked me out for the hour and was very thorough. Parts of it were a little intense borderline painful, but if I wanted someone to rub oil into my shoulders I would of asked my husband. I left feel loose and invigorated and I will definitely be back, I even got my stamp on a loyalty card system that they have! Money well spent for a great service that I would fully recommend! This was the best massage experience of my life and I live in India. CiCi was incredible and the place is spotless, peaceful, and gorgeous. Excellent facilities as well (don’t have to trip over anyone to go to the bathroom) and just an overall full-service beautiful body massage and foot reflexology spot. I got 60 minutes of body work and a 15-minute foot massage in a private room with a beautiful window for $54 and it’s the best money I’ve spent!

They were able to accommodate me quickly, and even though it was my first time there and I had a lot of questions, they were extremely patient with me. Cici gave me a wonderful massage that took my back and neck pain away. I felt she really did an awesome job, and I'm willing to request her forever. I loved how she asked if I wanted a medium or a strong massage-- as everyone just assumes I want strong massages. I usually go to Renew Day Spa in Chinatown, but I think I will frequent this one as well. Will recommend to everyone.

A good deep pressure massage is more important to me than a fancy decor, and this place delivers. Yes curtains separate the tables so you'll hear the people around you, but at this price you won't find a better massage. I asked for a "strong" full body massage and Emily didn't disappoint.

This place is a haven for your body and mind, if it’s late at night, you’ve had a long day/week/month, are in pain, and just need a massage so badly. I went once, and then looked for something similar again, found myself back at the very same place, despite the long-ish walk in the cold with my messed up foot. This. Place. Is. AMAZING. I have been having trouble sleeping as foot pain has woken me up in the night the last couple of days. I am not even 20min into my hour-long reflexology, he hasn't even worked on my 'problem' foot yet, and I have to say this is one of the most healing, relaxing, and pleasurable experiences of my life. This place is incredibly clean and their technician Louis is a masterfully skilled God-send, and for such cheap prices! I am beyond recommendation here, I sincerely urge you come to Renew Body Wellness for your next massage. Better than any other massage I've had in NYC, hands down.

My absolute favorite place to go in all of NYC. I usually request Mary because she gives the best massages in the world, is very welcoming, and has never pressured me to give her a tip (I tip generously, of course, but have been badgered before elsewhere.) Anyway, visiting RBW is an EXCELLENT decision. Great ambience, very clean, separate rooms, and the staff usually gets to you very quickly, even if you don't have an appointment.

Recently discovered this place and was pleasantly surprised. The prices are great, the seats are very confortable, it is set in the 2nd floor so it is much more quiet and dark than most other massage places. I got the 30min foot rub and was absolutely satisfied with the service. Will definitely visit again.

New business on the block and I'm happy they are there. They offer water, blankets and comfortable leather seats. Its cozy, affordable, quiet and very clean. Beats going on Groupon to look for specials. They close late too ; perfect place to visit after a hard days of work. Sha sha did my feet and she did her thing. I left feeling like I was walking on clouds.
