Booked my boyfriend a full body massage for his birthday. You can request female, or male. they were nice, and very thorough with everything. My boyfriend loved it, he said he feels more relaxed. He was smiling so hard lol, it was something he’s never done. He says I HAVE TO GO!!! So i’m guessing it really is amazing.

My experience was amazing, Peter was my masseuse, he respectable and made me feel very comfortable. Peter took his time and performed my deep tissue massage very well, the atmosphere was intimate, quiet, warm and welcoming. He also asked about the pressure he was applying to make sure he wasn't hurting me. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back. Signed, A satisfied customer.

My boyfriend & I went for a couples massage & it was amazing! I asked for deep pressure & they delivered! Throughout the massage my therapist asked about the pressure to assure I was good. Great experience great price. I definitely will return when I come back to NOLA! 10/10

My foot massage and back massage were wonderful! The foot massage was especially great and I’d def come back. Side note: the couple who left as I was arriving didn’t tip, even after saying they were happy with their service. Makes me so angry! If you can’t afford to tip ANYTHING to service industry workers, don’t get these services.

As a massage therapist myself, this was one of the best massages I've ever had. I got the 2 hour with scalp & foot. Pressure was perfect. Special attention paid to the areas I had pointed out that were bothering me, he would check in with me to make sure each area felt better before moving on, the hot stones were amazing. Thus will be my goto massage therapist.

We (my beautiful wife and I) on a whim, thought that we should treat ourselves to a massage. She did a quick Google Search and this place popped up. We booked an appointment last minute and they were more than accommodating. We arrived, dress down to our comfort level, and those massage technicians went to work on our wrecked frames. My wife felt that the guy working on her would change to different appendages just as he was just getting into rhythm. I, however, faired much better. The young lady overhauling this train wreck of mine was on point. She was thorough, practiced, and professional. She didn’t speak much English so I wasn’t able to get a name but she was quite awesome and I am definitely a fan. Next time I roll through here I will definitely be hitting this place up for another tune up.

Fantastic massage! I have been to many high-end spas in the area but wanted a last minute appointment today. I decided to try Wellness Massage since they had availability and good reviews. It is a clean, professional, no-frills place. The value was great. Luke was my masseuse and did an awesome job, I even extended my massage for 30 extra minutes. His pressure was great and he checked in various times to make sure. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good massage and can’t book far in advance.

Firstly I love this place. Today my person and I had a little communication disconnect. Normally I fall asleep its so good. But what I wanted and was provided was lost in translation. I did share with management that this will be my 4th time coming and this wasn't my favorite time. They were very apologetic and for my surprise my service was free. I wasn't at all looking for that because they provided a service. This company listen to their customer and provided a solution. I begged for them to take my CC but they didn't. So I tip the ladies that they didn't want to accept. So I demanded they accepted it. I said all this to say maybe this wasn't the best time. But the customer service for the disconnect was excellent. The reason for the 4 stars. I will come back. Everyone has a off day.

First off I would like to thank Wellness Massage Spa and our couples massage technicians, thanks very much. Now let me explain my Queen and I experience. Our 12th anniversary was approaching on June 23rd and normally we travel but with the pandemic and actually things started opening back up but didn't want to take any chances with such a short time to plan. So we've been working some long days and night leading up to our Anniversary. I had decided that since we'll be spending it home this year that a nice full body massage and romantic dinner and night out was a good idea,not knowing that a lot of massage parlor or spa would be booked up for weeks to a month(that was for couples massages). Now at this point I started to panic a little cause I wanted something nice and relaxing for my Queen to enjoy. I laid up there and googled couples massages and a nice bit of places popped up but some of them was places I had tried already so I just called the ones that I didn't call and I looked at the website of some and the reviews wasn't comfortable enough for the occasion even though I'm a person who likes to find out for myself but this time. I can't remember the name of the first place I called but it was actually some blocks further down from Wellness massage spa which was the second place I called and didn't get no answer so I left a message on they voicemail and sent a email to they email address. I didn't get a return call or email so now I'm worrying now, I looked at the address and noticed I wasn't working to far from there so I took a ride over by the place of business and as I was following my GPS I passed right in front of the first place I called but kept going to pull up at wellness massage spa and find them close( not sure why) but they had a note on the door stating that they will be open tomorrow which was our Anniversary day. At that point it was take a change on wellness massage spa or visit the other spa, of course I put it all on wellness massage spa because it looked better outside and I just felt it was good choice so I put all my eggs in this one basket. So the next morning when I wake up I waited patiently but very nervous because my Queen didn't know what was going on so as soon as they opened I gave them a call and spoke with the gentleman who answered the phone to see if they had any couples room available and when he said yes for 12 noon I was so relieved and excited. So when we arrived I must say everything was clean and well organized with mask requirements, safe distancing and hand sanitizer to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. The prices were very reasonable to me,everyone was nice with friendly attitudes which made it comfortable as well. We get into our room and meet our massus(Jenny and David) if I'm not mistaken. They were awesome, good relaxing sounds and they was strictly business the only time they talked was to ask was everything alright and to let you know they were finish( we did a 60 minute massage) and oh my gosh they did the hot stones and we out done, so amazing and felt wonderful, since we been getting them we never had the hot stones before so that was a new experience.The only thing was once we got dressed and getting ready to leave we couldn't find the massus responsible for that wonderful relaxing experience, so the gentleman at the front desk told me that we could leave it at front desk and he'll make sure they receive it which really no problem I'm just used to being able to give it to them and let them know how much we really appreciated it but other than that thanks a lot Wellness Massage spa for making the beginning of our day wonderful. We will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

I had full body massage at Wellness Massage Spa today and I’m very impressed! The session was super relaxing and just wonderful! The good thing is that you can choose Male or Female specialist you want. Also the private room feels clean and it has all utilities. Can’t wait to come back!

Not much to do on a cold Tuesday in Covid times, so we scheduled a couples massage on a whim. It was our best idea! Brandnew, relaxing spa with spotless interiors, quiet music, and good prices. Walk-ins are welcome, and the warm, inviting atmosphere is genuine. The place is very calming, and the staff is curteous and responsive. There is even shady, off-street parking in the back. We have been there a bunch of times now and will keep coming back.

This was our first professional massage in life and I must say it was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I did the couples massage and having the intimate vibe of us being in one room and escaping from society for a short time seemed like forever. The staff were very professional, attentive and on time. Our service consisted of (2) full body massages with myself have a male and my husband being services by a female and both performed their job duties as expected. The head man ensured we were extremely satisfied before we left our rooms. Wellness Massage Spa also has some of the best prices on the Northshore and Southshore. They ensured us we wouldn't find any prices cheaper with the services they would provide and I must say ever word was true. We will be booking again for the experience!!!

My partner and I came in for a couple's massage. We are from out of town, and after a little digging, found this spot. I am absolutely blown away by the quality of service we received. The price included hot stones too, which back home would've been an upcharge. Very impressed. Davy and Linda(I think) were incredibe.

I sent my wife for a second massage here but 3rd since we've been together. She gets the 90min deep tissue and she comes home in such a good mood because she isn't in such pain. She has some back issues that cause great pain, but she brags on this place and the service. It makes it worth every penny ,which isn't expensive to begin with, but so worth it! To have her happy & pain free ill do this biweekly if i have too.. 100% recommend.

I made a same day appointment (they only do appointments 1 day in advance) for a foot massage. When I arrived, they were ready for me. As soon as I completed the single page intake, I was taken to my chair. Andy was my massage therapist and he was great! He only talked to ask me if the pressure and temperature of the hot stones were ok with me allowing me to just relax. I walked out feeling like I had 2 brand new feet. Note: If you do a chair massage or a foot massage, those are done out in the open. So you’ll hear other things going on during your service (i.e. other guests coming in, someone answer the phone, etc). I went at 5:45 pm on a Wednesday. There were 3 other people receiving service in the open area. And none of what was going on in that area disrupted me or kept me from relaxing and enjoying my foot massage.

I have never had my body loved like this. I wasn't sure about have a male masseur but Andy was extremely respectful and really made me feel comfortable almost right away. He spent a lot of time on my neck and shoulders and checked in with me about pressure and heat from the hot stones massage. Definitely recommend this spot!

This restored old home is beautiful in it's well-lit hardwood splendor and proved tranquil. My friend rated it the best massage of her life, and I thought Jimmy was an amazing masseuse. I love coming to this place! The prices are very affordable and the staff members are nice. I would give 5 stars, however when you get reflexology it is out in the open so you hear a lot of chatter when you're trying to relax. (bring your airpods) Besides that it is a wonderful experience.

Grrr. I was super excited to come here and left grouchy. The good: this is a really clean place, comfy chairs, easy-to-reach location, parking. Foot massage and neck work were both great. The bad: I went with two friends and we all asked for different services of different durations: between 40 and 60 minutes, with some head and neck work included according to the price list. We literally all received the same 60 minute treatment, which was advertised as 30 mins feet 30 mins body and cost slightly more. I didn't want body work, but 50+ minutes of reflexology. That's why I came to get reflexology! The price difference was annoying, but the main issue is that they kept asking over and over how much time we wanted on what thing. I want the 60 minutes I'm paying for! And then the "included neck and head" turns out to be an additional cost? My suggestion to Wellness would be to simply offer a standard 60 minute treatment to avoid confusing customers, since all three of us got identical services even though we asked for different things. I feel especially bad for my friend who expected 40 minutes of reflexology and paid for the 60+ "body treatment." I suppose this is a tactic meant to disorient the customer and make them think they're paying for one service when by the constant cajoling and asking "how much time" they're actually being charged for a different service. Again, this really isn't about the money. Prices are super reasonable for the location, cleanliness, and tranquil space. But the tactic is a bit shady, and I'm reluctant to recommend it on this alone. However, if you're looking for an hour of nonspecialized bodywork in a clean spot that takes credit cards, this would be a great stop for you.
