White & Gray Matters

This Beautiful, relaxing and excellant atmosphere place is a highlight of my trip to TN. Well worth the money for a 90 min deep tissue message with a collagen eye mask. The staff are all wonderful and helpful to your needs. The decor is very peaceful and calming with sound healing playing in the message rooms. Columbus needs a place like this.

Went in with a decent amount of discomfort in my lower back, leg, quad, shoulder, and neck. I purchased the 60 minute full body with migraine relief and the CBD cream for additional relief. The care I received here was top notch! My therapist consulted with me for about 5 minutes prior to uncover what was going on and where I felt most discomfort. She explained very well what treatment she would recommend but if I wanted to void from that and stick to the full body massage that was perfectly fine. I choose here recommendations and began. She was very detailed through the entire process and worked areas we had both agreed upon. Consistently checking in with me along the way. Very professional! This has been almost a week since and I feel the best I have in over a decade. I struggle with sports injury and general wear and tear and after this I have made positive progress in the right direction. I will be returning for additional therapy. I also struggle with migraines and the migraine relief treatment has seem to hold up. It is still early to honestly tell though. For the price, it's definitely worth the try if you as well struggle with migraines. The CBD lotion, in my opinion, was not a noticeable difference for the price. This is more than likely a case by case scenario. What did not work for me may work for you.

I’ve had 4 massages here, 3 prenatal, 3 different massage therapists. Two of the massages were spectacular! One was mediocre, and one was egregiously substandard. The manager was very kind, and encouraged me to book again and she’d make a note about therapist preference in my chart. I’m just struggling to rebook, because sometimes it’s phenomenal, but sometimes I feel like I literally flushed $200 down the toilet. When it’s good, it’s great, but it’s inconsistent.

Fantastic place. Came here on my honeymoon and so glad I found it. I got a vital body massage from Alexis, and she was lovely. Did a wonderful job, made me feel comfortable and the cbd oil was just what I needed after a long hike a few days before. Now, I’m not claiming anything but, me and my partner haven’t been able to conceive, but I got pregnant after this massage and we both thought she must’ve aligned my chakras or something! Haha! Thank you Alexis!!! Wish I was closer or I would make this a normal routine. Y’all are great. Peaceful environment and I love that I had to leave my shoes at the door. A few friends bought me an experience that the Lotus room. I did the infrared sauna and had a 90-minute massage from Lacey. The building is beautiful oh, the staff is very friendly, and Lacey did a great job with my massage. I felt comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend this

The atmosphere was wonderful and very impressive. The Music was calming and wasn’t depressing, and they offered me tea and it was amazing. The best tea i’ve ever had actually. I came to get the tuneup and it was perfect, I had knots in my traps and now they’re gone. The massage therapist’s hands didn’t even feel human, she was so good. are usually can’t receive massages due to me being extremely ticklish and I didn’t have that problem at all!

Had the most relaxing and recharging experience here! I started with a deep tissue massage that made my back feel brand new, and then did a sauna session that left me feeling cleansed. The environment is super calming, cozy, & comfortable, and the staff is all super friendly and communicative. I highly recommend!!

Great place! Spencer was incredibly kind and welcoming, my massage was amazing. I got one of their specialties and definitely recommend it! Only downside is the effects of the location. They’re located in a great and accessible place, however, it is close to a busy street and near the hospital. During my massage I heard ambulance sirens, car music, etc.. It wasn’t the worst because they do play music, however, it took me a little longer to zone out because of it. Not really anything they can do, but something to keep in mind for what time you might want to go to possibly avoid some of it! Overall great experience. Already booking my next session!

Absolutely otherworldly. I’m hesitant to recommend Cassandra, who is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever worked with, only because I still want her to have room in her books for me! Lotus Room takes the practice of massage and relaxation to a new level, and their location on 21st Ave is spacious and feels very luxurious. It costs more than a chain, but one massage here is worth three at a Massage Envy or similar place. Excellent value and wonderful staff.

I do power lifting and running. I am a musician and hold certain physical positions and instruments for hours at a time. All that to say, I get some rough kinks and knots all over my body. I have gone to many massage places that were nice, but didn't actually help any of the pain. Today I went to the Lotus Room had a deep tissue massage with Karisse Olson and I feel more revitalized than I have in years. Thank you is not enough gratitude. I will be back! Cassie did such a wonderful job working out some really terrible knots in my back and gave me great advice for continuing treatment at home. The room was cozy and comfortable with a nice bohemian theme . I wish I had known there was free parking in the back - next time I'll know better. And there will be a next time for sure.

I LOVED my experience at the Lotus Room. They made me feel so safe with all of their Covid procedures. I had Cass who was amazing and so warm and kind. The staff at the front desk was nice and accommodating. They do use a LOT of oil for the head massage so plan for 4-5 shampoos to get your hair clean, but it's worth it. I will def be back many times more!

Lacey Cook was my therapist today and she truly is SO good. We have all had massages where the therapist seems to know how to work muscles but does not seem very focused one healing or enjoy their job... This is an update to my post. Some of you might have read my post with the missed appointment and no one to be found. The owner of Lotus personally reach out to us and apologize!! To be honest these days customer service sucks, so for the actual owner to reach out to us seem very remarkable to me. With the help of the owner my wife was able to schedule her massage. My wife herself is a LMT, so getting a great massage is obviously important to her and expectations might be higher than most customers. She absolutely loved her massage from Victoria and claimed it was one of the best massages she has ever had and vowed to return. I am so thankful that Jenna, the owner, reach back out to us with her apologies and made it right. My wife has found a new place for massages!!

I was given a massage by Jenna and it was great. The atmosphere was excellent. Once you arrive at the small parking lot in the back, it's a straight shot to the entrance in the back of the house. Once you enter you must take your shoes off. They have communal slippers that looked new but I just rocked my socks the entire time. There are signs guiding you to the front desk where you check in. I was offered water or tea while I waited which was nice but I didn't wait long before getting my massage. Everything was very professional and Jenna knew what she was doing. I would recommend her to my closest friends. A well deserved 5/5

I have been wanting to write a review on this place for a long time! I’ve been going here for about three years now. They are the only place I go to for my massages. There are many reasons that I love the staff here. The biggest reason is that I feel accepted to come as I am! I have an autoimmune disease called psoriasis (you can google it but it’s non-contagious skin disease). Medically, there is nothing I can do for it. I have red, huge splotches all over my skin that most people tend to cringe away from. Cassandra knows about my condition and has loved me and my skin from day one! She doesn’t seem to mind and massages / treats me like a normal person! I’ve been to other “name-brand” massage places before The Lotus Room. When I went and explained my condition before I began the massage at other places, I felt almost untouchable to the massage therapist. It made me feel very lonely since this disease is something I cannot control and it feels so good to get a massage for my dry skin! I would end up crying in my car and promising to myself I would never get a massage again then I found Cassandra and The Lotus Room. Thank you Lotus Room for making me feel wanted, worthy, and loved in this sometimes difficult world! A massage might seem like a small event but it really calms my autoimmune disease. Thank you!

Got a massage from Cassie and it was AMAZING! Very professional, soothing, and DETAILED. I didn't know I could relax that hard. I recently hurt my back doing something stupid, and she recovered my neck and shoulder movement in just one visit. It's averagely priced, but worth more than you pay. I'm planning on coming back many more times to see her. My lower back and neck have been bothering me for a few weeks now. My boyfriend researched a few places and surprised me with a full body, deep tissue massage at the Lotus Room. Cassandra was so awesome! I got up off the table and felt like I was floating! Best Massage ever, This place is located in an old house that has been turned into many businesses. If you park behind the building and take the exterior stairs you will find a hallway with 4 different businesses and one of them is the Lotus Room. They have a bench for you to wait with a clip board to fill out the normal massage form. The other doors are salons with people coming in and out. The room is a simply room with one table, she will leave let you slip under the covers and then come back and give you a wonderful massage.
