Jacqui is a phenomenal masseuse! It was my first experience with massage therapy, as my chiropractor is on maternity leave. I expressed my concerns with this, and Jacqui frequently ensured that I was comfortable throughout the session. The facilities were extremely clean and comforting, and did not harbor any uncomfortable experiences. I would recommend Jacqui at Elite Therapeutic Massage for any individual new to the massage therapy field of medicine - her hands are powerful and she is an attentive masseuse. She greeted me with a smile and introduced herself, which was very welcoming and eased my nerves.

Highly recommend! I have had two appointments at the Moorhead location, and was very impressed. Kat and Sydney are both amazing therapists. Added note--I really recommend the Miracle Migraine treatment for fellow migraine sufferers. I was a little skeptical if anything would help, but thankfully I was able to get a same day appointment. It was only a 30 minute session--but I walked out migraine free! I will definitely be a repeat customer, not only for regular deep tissue massages, but also the migraine treatments.

I received a first-time 60-minute massage with Ashley Johnson and if I’m honest, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I am a nurse who carries all my stress in my shoulders and back. Ashley addressed all my concerns and questions prior to my massage which made me feel heard and valued. During my massage, she created an amazingly calm and relaxing environment and was thorough in ensuring my comfort from room temperature to massage pressure. My shoulders and back have never felt better! She even helped me choose my two free add-ons for my appointment that she thought would best fit my needs. Afterwards, Ashley walked me through the areas she felt were most tight/tense and ways I could help alleviate some of the tension at home prior to my next appointment. I could not have asked for a better experience at Elite Therapeutic Massage and would highly recommend Ashley for anyone looking into a massage!

Have a back injury and went in for a massage. The front desk staff were super friendly and informed me I could pick 2 free add ons for being a new customer. I chose hot towels and cupping. My massage therapist was kind and knowledgeable about what would work best to help my injury. The cupping was a new experience for me and while painful initially, the release of tension was incredible. Very pleased with this experience and plan to go back!

My shoulder pain had disappeared by the time she was done with the massage. Audrey was very caring and informative. I had a pregnancy massage and didn't know what to expect as I normally get deep tissue massages and was in a lot of pain. Audrey was able to make most the pain go away. For any remaining areas of pain she informed me on stretches/ soaks I can do to loosen the muscles further. I very much recommend her!

If you are in need of a fantastic massage go see Sheyenne Freitag!!!!! She made me feel instantly comfortable from the moment I walked in. Massages have always left me feeling unsatisfied until I started going to her. I typically get very anxious when it comes to discussing pressure changes, or pain, but I have never felt so comfortable until now. She is a very intentional therapist and wants to make sure you are relaxed at all times. She is amazing and SUPER nice. Seriously can’t recommend her enough!!! Today was my third time seeing her and I will be going regularly from now on.

She always does an amazing job making sure I am comfortable, my temperature is good, and the pressure of the massage is what I want. I understand they are students. I signed up to have a massage. When I arrived I was told there was a mixup. I would have to have someone else. That wasnt the end of the world, until it happened the second time. If they are not going to let you stay with the one you picked. Why let us choose. The second time I picked a different person. I wanted to try another one. The first seemed very light on her fingers. I asked her about this, and she said nothing she could do.

Wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I booked a last-minute couples massage two days before our session after hiking through Glacier National Park. Krista and Kitana were thorough, professional, and welcoming to us. They gave us fantastic massage, were respectful throughout, and gave us great feedback as we left. I was in so much back/neck pain at work a coworker talked me into trying a massage. I was able to get a same day appointment with a time that worked around my work schedule. Scheduling was very easy online. Danielle did a fantastic job working on my problem areas, making me feel comfortable and making the 60 minutes feel amazing! She gave recommendations for stretches and identified problems areas I didn't even know I had. It was the perfect 60 minutes of kid free relaxation and I cannot wait for my next massage.

I have been to Angela twice now. The first for only 60 minutes and yesterday for 2 hours. Angela is incredible. I was referred to her from another massage therapist who wasn't able to break through my muscle tension and deep knots and thought I would need dry needling. Angela informed me she only uses the needles if she needs to, and to my amazement- she was able to break through without them! I fully expected to be sore today and took the day off from work. Much to my amazement, I had very little soreness and I cannot believe how different I feel!

As someone whom just wants a massage and not Christianity/religion shoved down my throat, all of the pictures and quotes about God and Jesus and his plans for us are extremely disturbing and off-putting. I have had a massage membership for 7 years and yet my session with Elite showed me what I was truly missing out on. I experienced cupping therapy for the first time, which gave me great release. My therapist name was Mel and she was super great with walking me through the cupping experience and asking me questions about my personal preferences/ areas of need along the way. She also spoke highly of her team members and being apart of the Elite family which again gave me comfort in the choice I made in booking with Elite. I personally went with whoever was available so I was super nervous about who would be my therapist but I got a great pick, and I have even more comfort if I ever needed a last minute choice again. I love Elite! My favorite place in ND to get a massage. I drive 100 miles from Jamestown to go here. I've had numerous massages with different therapists and I've always had a good experience. The services are excellent and reasonably priced, and the facility is always clean and inviting. Today I was blown away by the customer service I received. The therapist I was scheduled to see wasn't able to come in due to illness. Rather than cancel or reschedule my appointment, the owner herself came in (despite bad weather) and gave me a fabulous massage. She went above and beyond today and I was so impressed. Highly recommend -- you will love this place!

This is a great place to go to for ache and pain relief. The atmosphere and the staff at the Moorhead location are awesome and unlike other places I've been to, the therapists here actually look for and focus on problem areas as well as give advice on how to care for those muscles and ligaments at home. I get deep tissue every 2 to 3 weeks, opposite to my chiropractic treatments, and I can't say enough great things about the treatment I receive at Elite. I am always treated with respect and enthusiasm. They send text reminders and offers if you wish. My therapist, Elizabeth, is awesome. She knows exactly what I need where. She is very professional, and we banter back and forth about life and before I know it, she is done! Elizabeth is a wonder, and I am so happy I found her! Kitana, at the Moorhead location, is very good at what she does. I asked for a relaxing massage but also indicated some tense areas on my back. She confirmed with me before we started and asked some follow-up questions. She started with the relaxing part and found all the points on my back that needed a bit more effort. All the pressure applied was perfect. Nothing ever hurt but the tension was released. As is generally the case at Elite, including this time as well, I'm disappointed when the session is complete. I got up feeling relaxed and recharged with no pain from the tougher massage on my back. I know I will be back to Elite and hopefully Kitana Is available when that comes around.

My massage therapist was McKenzie H, She was fabulous! This was my first time at this place and I loved the environment. The room was very elegant looking, the diffuser was letting off a very calming relaxing scent as the music played, enhancing the calmness and the serenity of the room. Mckenzie was very knowledgeable, she was patient and intentional with her movements and her pressure used during the massage. She was very in tune to my body's needs. Hands down best massage I have ever experienced. In my 90-minute massage I had two add-ins one hot stones and the second was cupping, these were great add-ins and definitely added benefit to the massage. This will be where I go from now on, McKenzie will be my requested therapist each time.

Traditionally when you go to a massage, you are asked where some pain is, the masseuse focuses on that area for a few min then massages the rest of your body. I would like to begin this review by saying I never ever leave reviews. However, after tonight’s session with Trent I feel like I have to share my experience. First off their facility is beautiful and I have never felt so relaxed walking into a place before. Whoever greets me is always warm, professional, and so kind. I have had countless massages before and multiple types of therapy performed on me but nothing is like the Reiki I get from Trent. For those of you who have never tried it I would describe is as going to a therapy session without having to talk, or for those of you who have seen the movie Get Out, it’s like experiencing the good version of the sunken place. After leaving there I felt relaxed and like I had lost 20 pounds of negative energy. I could go on and on but bottom line if you are looking for the best massage of your life look no further. Hope Braton is extrememly knowledgeable and professional in massage techniques. She uses just the right amount of pressure, whether you need her to get deep into the tissue or just light pressure. Hope is sure to relieve your tension leaving you feeling relaxed. What I most appreciate about receiving a massage from Hope is that she truely listens and really understands where the pain is, and is able to get you back to doing whatever you want to do, pain free. As a bonus the cost is very reasonable. As a double bonus Hope is extremely personable and always greets me with a smile. You must book an appointment, or two or three or more, with Hope. You will absolutely be satisfied and then some. Hope is my only choice for getting a massage.
