Sasha is just excellent! I’ve had hundreds of massages at different places throughout the years and I keep coming back to Total Solace because the massages here as good as you can get. Whether I’m looking to relax and fall asleep or if there are specific spots that need work following exercise, Sasha is always my go to person. Highly recommended.

It is a great space! It is in an old building but as soon as you step into the massage room it is warm and inviting and comfortable. Our massage therapist was amazing and made my daughter feel at ease right away. It was all so very clean and covid aware. She also totally respected that my daughter just wanted to relax and didn't try to talk to her the whole time which was really nice. I would definitely go back!!! If you're looking for a great massage, you need to go here for sure!!

SUCH an incredible massage experience- I was really nervous going in, but the Total Solace team has obviously put a ton of work and intention into creating a safe & affirming environment. Can't recommend highly enough for folks seeking trans-friendly and/or trauma-informed massages; or just looking for truly grounding and revitalizing body work. (And, as a bonus, the studio is super cute.)

Misha far exceeded my already high expectations. I have chronic pain issues that have made it difficult to find a therapist with the skill level required to provide relaxation and relief. Misha was absolutely amazing! Honestly I can’t remember the last time my body felt this great during/after a massage and Misha stayed 100% in tune with my needs throughout my massage. Finding a good massage place is like finding a good haircut place. It is completely dependant on the service you get from the people who do the work. I've been going to Total Solace for over a year now, and have yet to have a bad massage. The staff is friendly, the rates are competitive, and scheduling is easy. Highly recommended.

Very relaxing massage. The hot towels are a great touch. Really nice folks. Sasha and Misha have different styles and I select one or the other depending on what I need. Sasha tends to massage with a bit more power while Misha is more gentle - but both are effective.

I have a very high pressure tolerance and have had too many massage therapists be afraid to really dig in and work on my knots but Georgia was absolutely wonderful at finding problem areas and gently but firmly working them out. She worked quickly but was so thorough and focused that I felt like I got more work done in an hour than I do at most massage locations. The suite is in the back of the building so it's quiet and feels tucked away from the world. Georgia got me in right away without the usual 15-20 mins of paperwork, waiting, and explanation of how a massage works (even when you've had many before!). Georgia was so friendly and welcoming that I was instantly at ease. I hope to visit again!

I've had massage for decades, on and off. Techniques vary, and rarely do I select one form/style over another, but the thing that always matters, and it's not teachable, I don't think (you either have it or you don't), and that is intuition. Have now seen Sasha 2x and she REALLY just gets it. Pressure, angles, form, all right on! I plan on becoming a regular. What more can I say..... the location is great, the rooms clean, the manner of the staff professional and top notch. Do yourself a favor and get scheduled (online appointment tool is fab)!
